DON'T BOTHER GOING HERE!…read more I purchased a brand new Fender Squier Mini Strat Electric Guitar, a (supposedly leather) guitar strap, and a used Blackstar amp. I only played the Fender Squier Mini once after removing the plastic, and it plays, but it doesn't sound like it should. I also attempted to use the "leather" guitar strap with the Fender (which was suggested by the salesperson for this guitar), but it didn't hold the guitar and started fraying after one use. Then, after using the amp only 3 times, it completely stopped working. It turns on occasionally but none of the buttons work and there is clearly something wrong with the internal electrical system, so it's useless. I reached out to the manager of this store about returning these items but I have not heard back. I would definitely NOT recommend this place!!

The Cedar Hill, TX location has to have the worse customer service I have experienced in a long…read moretime in my 47 years of walking this God's green earth. I have worked in customer service for over 30 years in the civilian sector and while in the military, and this location has to have the worse service I have seen or experienced. There is a young man named Josh who definitely needs some customer service training and and the district manager definitely needs to help that store get QR code training and training on response time between where they send instruments to get serviced and the customer service guys contacting the customers in a timely manner. It has been a week and a half and now I'm awaiting for my daughters flute to be returned so I can take it to another location.
