The Cedar Hill, TX location has to have the worse customer service I have experienced in a long…read moretime in my 47 years of walking this God's green earth. I have worked in customer service for over 30 years in the civilian sector and while in the military, and this location has to have the worse service I have seen or experienced. There is a young man named Josh who definitely needs some customer service training and and the district manager definitely needs to help that store get QR code training and training on response time between where they send instruments to get serviced and the customer service guys contacting the customers in a timely manner. It has been a week and a half and now I'm awaiting for my daughters flute to be returned so I can take it to another location. I have zero trust in this location with my daughter's instrument and Josh needs training if he's going to be a representation of what Music and Arts hires within their organization to take care of Music and Arts customers. -F

Your lesson fees are drafted automatically. Staff is friendly just sometimes short handed so I guess be patient. There is plenty of parking. It's clean and fairly organized. You can rent instruments here for a monthly fee as well. There are a few seats when waiting for lessons to be done.
