The good: - Proper use of rye bread and onions - Proper buttering and griddling of the bread - Beef pink and juicy - Can substitute tots or hash browns for fries - Good flavors and mostly good textures The not-so-good: - Cheap beef with a clenched feel; a bit rubbery The cooking and overall presentation overcame the weakness of the beef ingredient to yield a tasty and pleasurable finished product. But the beef is noticeable as the weak link. Spicy hash browns were very good. Soft texture with some crispness too, and very enjoyable spiciness that didn't overpower. Decent coffee.
