One taking the orders and serving and a young man working the grill like a pro. We got a super big torta with braised pork. The sandwich looked so good - I gulped in down in flashes only to realize I haven't taken a picture of it. Too late. Then my eyes went on the tacos with the red hot braised pork, pickled red onions and a side of home made salsa and avocado purée. Although only 10:30 am - I had to get the tacos. And this time I didn't forget to take a picture before downing the same like a hungry wolf. A jar of sliced orange and green habanero peppers in equally hot juice was placed in front of us with the avocado purée.
