Instead of receiving my order, I was informed that my package was "lost" before it ever arrived. What made the situation even worse was the customer service. When I contacted the company for help, Salman Nasir was extremely rude and unprofessional. He raised his voice at me and spoke to me disrespectfully, despite the fact that I was simply trying to find out where my order was. As the customer, I did nothing to deserve being treated that way. After looking through other reviews, I noticed similar complaints regarding shipping issues, poor communication, and unprofessional customer service. My experience appears to be consistent with what others have reported, which is very concerning. If you're ordering something time-sensitive--especially for school or work--I would strongly recommend using a different seller. My order never arrived, I lost valuable time preparing for school, and the way I was treated was completely unacceptable. Came a couple months ago and talked with David to update my son's MacBook and was told it would be done in a day with an agreed upon price. Came back to the store after no call to get an update or hopefully pick up the laptop and it wasn't ready. Called in a couple times and more excuses on why it had not been done yet. Fast forward to over a month later and visited the store to see what the hold-up was and got the owner. First he could not find not only the paperwork or my information in the system but he also could not find the laptop till I described it. It was in the "unclaimed pile" as he said. Turned it on and it had not been updated, no work had been done! He apologized and offered to do it himself. Before finishing up the paperwork I asked to confirm the price of doing the update. He quoted me 3x's more than originally agreed upon. When I expressed that it was not the price David had given me he said "sorry but that is not what we charge and he'd talk with his employee" with no other option to make it right. Long story short, he kept my laptop for months, did not do the work, lost my paperwork and misplaced my laptop then did not honor the price his employee gave. I am not upset with the business owner for his employee but I am upset that he as a business owner in our community would not make this right. Choose for yourself where you want to spend your money but there are other options not far down the road. I will not be coming back and will make sure they are never recommended from me. I'm just glad I got the laptop back. No paperwork, no info in the system, easily could have claimed I was never there.

I've been slacking when it comes to writing reviews lately, but my amazing interaction with one…read moreparticular employee at CIR named Freddy compelled me to write a review for the first time in a while. I went to CIR today for two reasons. First, I dropped my son's Kindle, and of course it didn't have the case on it when I did so the back cover in the corner near where the lock button is dislodged and I couldn't lock/unlock the Kindle or access the volume buttons. I actually thought that the buttons flew off when I dropped it. Then, a while back I noticed a faint scratch on my iPhone 13 screen and when I messaged CIR on Yelp, they gave me the best price for an OLED screen so I said might as well kill two birds with one stone and go to CIR. When I came in on a Saturday afternoon, Freddy was working alone and told me they don't work on Kindles, which makes sense since they're so cheap and you might as well just buy a new one instead of pay to repair it. He agreed to take a quick look at it and with a tool I didn't have at home was able to quickly snap the back cover back into place and the Kindle works again! It turns out the buttons didn't fall off, they were just blocked by the dislodged screen so that fix took a minute or less. Then it was time for the iPhone. Freddy told me the scratch was on a screen protector which -- as hilarious as this may sound -- I had no idea I had because I bought the phone used. So instead of a $159 screen repair, he stopped what he was working on and quickly installed a new, better-quality screen protector which cost me $15. I was out in less than five minutes. Again, big thanks to Freddy for his honesty and going above and beyond to help me out! I'm truly grateful and will be back to CIR the next time I need a phone or tablet repair.
