We ordered European Seabass mixed vegetables and rice, Norwegian Salmon broccoli, carrots and rice, Baked Atlantic Cod mixed vegetables and rice, Beef Stroganoff with broccoli and carrots. For dessert we got 3 lemons bars . Everything was super delicious! Blaine was super polite, sweet, kind, caring, super down to earth! Blaine has this super positive energy about himself that really radiates! As we were finishing up the Chef Harold came to our table so sweet & kind of him! He had asked if everything was ok? It wasn't ok! It's was spot on delicious, the dishes were so savory, we really enjoyed our meals!! Their price points are spot on & the portions are great too! On Tuesday, 7 April 2026, this establishment committed a Class 2 Misdemeanor by refusing service to a veteran, his family, and his service animal. The reason, they apparently didn't think the "dog was a registered Service Dog". Folks, there is no "registry" of service animals, nor can an establishment ask this question. Under the ADA and Arizona Statute A.R.S 11-1024, denial of access is a Class 2 misdemeanor. And, this establishment, and another in Patagonia, committed that crime. There are EXACTLY two questions that can be asked of a service animal handler. One, "is this animal required for a disability". The answer in this case was "yes". Two, "what specific task or tasks is the animal trained for". This question was answered. It's not funny, it's discrimination. Against a disabled veteran and his family. And it's illegal. If I were a Patagonian, I'd probably avoid this establishment. I mean, if they can't follow simple ADA and Arizona statutes, what else are they violating? Food safety rules? How would we know? When next in Sonoita I was going to visit Patagonia. Now I have no motivation to. In my personal opinion, protected by the First Amendment, this is not an establishment worth patronizing. Shame on the owner, who claims the dog wasn't "registered". Either you, your staff, or both broke the law. Wonder how that's going to work out?

The wait was about just ten minutes and service was so fast and friendly as always with Stacie and her crew. The new menu is delightful and the portions are 'HUGE'. They also have new culinary Chefs that push out very tasty food. The Ruben in this picture is 1/2 a sandwich with shoestring fries. The owner/manager Stacie informed us that her dinner service is always packed and lines out the door so 'reservations' are recommended for dinner. I ordered the Happy Family dish, which was mediocre at best, and Almond Chicken. According to the menu, the Almond Chicken should be "Tender Chicken Breast, lightly breaded and Fried," but what I received was neither breaded nor fried. When I called the restaurant about the issue, the staff was unhelpful; the person on the phone claimed there was nothing she could do, and when I asked for the manager, it seemed like I was speaking to the same person. She told me since I received the food, no resolution would be offered and abruptly hung up. I want to warn others--avoid Panda House at all costs. After documenting everything with photos, including the food, receipt, and menu, I contacted my card company to dispute the charge. Paying $50 for a takeout meal for two and not getting what was promised is unacceptable. Panda House used to be good, but things have definitely changed. I will not be returning.
