This spot is the full package--hotel, live music, and restaurant--all done right. The hotel rooms are truly 5-star: spacious, beautifully designed, and comfortable enough to make you want to stay longer. Customer service was excellent from start to finish--attentive, professional, and welcoming without being overbearing. The live music added an amazing vibe, elevating the entire experience and making the space feel alive and upscale at the same time. The drinks were fire , well-crafted and balanced, clearly made by bartenders who know what they're doing. Food-wise, don't skip the salmon bites--absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked, and packed with flavor. They're one of those dishes you keep thinking about after you leave. Whether you're staying the night, coming for music, or just dining and drinking, Greyhound sets a high standard across the board. Definitely a place worth returning to.

I stopped by on a Thursday evening before a concert at the FedExForum, and this place was the perfect pregame spot! I parked in the Gossett Motors Garage and took a quick Uber over to Greyhound--only about a 6-minute ride and $7. Just a heads up, Greyhound only has street parking, but it's conveniently located on the corner right across from the baseball stadium, near The Peabody and DoubleTree. As soon as I pulled up, I could hear music coming from the patio--the vibes were already set! I got there around 5:30 PM and was able to grab a seat at the bar. Sean, the bartender, immediately greeted me and took great care of me all night. He had such a fun personality--definitely kept the experience entertaining. I ordered a French 75, and he jokingly pretended not to know what it was before turning around and making it perfectly right in front of me. The drink came out quickly and was so good! The menu had a great variety, and although it was happy hour, I couldn't pass up the catfish plate (because catfish always wins!). I ordered it with collard greens and fries. The food took about 30 minutes, which was totally fine given the lively atmosphere. A DJ started spinning old-school hip-hop, and the energy in the place really picked up--people were dancing, and it felt like the perfect lead-in to a concert night. When my food arrived, it was hot and fresh. The catfish was fried to perfection, crispy and flavorful. The collard greens were chef's kiss--perfectly seasoned and clearly cooked with some meat. The fries were crispy and well-seasoned, and the hush puppies? So good I only left one on the plate! Overall, the food exceeded my expectations, the service was great, and the vibe was everything. My tab was very reasonable too. I'd definitely come back--especially to hang out on the patio and catch the DJ again. This spot is a whole vibe on a Thursday night!

I went on a Saturday evening at 6p to enjoy live music and food. The place was packed with a group of fraternity brothers and otherd so it was a bit chaotic as the wait staff was pulled all over the place so it took longer than normal to get seated and served. We heard the food was good especially the collard greens and mac & cheese. We were decieved. My friend had them both and returned them both. Mac & cheese was bland and greens were under cooked. The salmon was good as was the loaded nachos with chicken. Another friend has wings and again, basic. Everything seemed processed and not cooked to order. However before we were served a food runner brought fries that were hot and good! The DJ was good also and being right across from Auto Zone stadium in downtow foot traffic made for a lively bussling good vibe. I would come back for the drinks for sure because Sean was great, attentive and personable. Our server Tonya was too fun and made the visit even better.

Did not take food pictures but did experience Soul 7. Great Cover Band feel on Union off Beale.

So this bar is attached to the hotel we're staying at, but it's a difficult bar to buy a cocktail from. They had difficult hours. I had to promise to return the glass to them so that they would allow me to take my cocktail to my room. The bartenders weren't as accomplished as at other locations. They did not instill confidence that they knew how to make a basic cocktail like an old-fashioned. Would I buy a cocktail there again? Probably, but my expectations would be very low. Maybe this is a function of competition, as they're just a half block away from the Peabody. Given the choice, I go to the Peabody.

This is a nice bar to have a couple of cocktails and pregame before going to the game at the stadium. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing. The bartender is excellent and pretty fast..

Great little bar. Drinks were great. Food was a little pricy. Price on menu said 1 price we were charged quite a bit more than that.

I have been here multiple times and enjoyed all the menu items I have tried. I love the chicken wings. They are fried well and seasoned to perfection. I ordered the rice bowl this time. It was good but not my fav dish. The dumplings were tasty too. Service was very good. Our waitress was nice and helpful. Decor is very unique and pleasant to admire. I will return to get those chicken wings for sure.

When you walk in you'll check in with the host to be seated. The restaurant feels like a super cute, casual ramen shop vibe right in the heart of Memphis. For food we started by ordering the crawfish dumplings (crawfish, shrimp, cream cheese & togarashi). The dumplings were good, almost like a take on a Crab Rangoon but with shrimp and crawfish. For entrees my partner ordered the Big City Ramen (chicken broth, chicken thigh, ajitama, corn & menma) and I ordered the Spicy Pork Ramen (miso broth, pork chashu, soft egg, scallion, nori). The Big City ramen had a really good balance of flavors and wasn't too spicy. The spicy pork ramen was good but a bit like on the spicy side. For dessert we ordered the Thai tea dessert which was really well balanced and a perfect way to the end the meal. Highly recommend stopping by Good Fortune if you are in the Memphis area.
