Tried to buy ONE pre-roll and a concentrate. For some reason the total came to $101, I was charged $120 (ANYWHERE ELSE) it rounds to the nearest $5! I got to my car and looked at the receipt. I was actually charged for TWO pre-rolls. I went back inside and told the MANAGER that I only wanted ONE pre-roll. Not really sure of the disconnect. He walked up to me all proud of himself, "here ya go, there's that extra one". Again, I said that I did NOT want TWO. May not seem like a lot to some, but this isn't hard. I have been an online customer and loyalty member for more than five years. I almost order ahead for pickup. Today it took me three attempts to put an order in online. The page kept crashing when I tried to get to checkout. I am not sure what TGS means by saying they have a new shopping system but it sucks! There are plenty of other dispensaries in Fort Collins. Sad to say..Just gave this place our last visit. Staff used to be very down to earth, not rude. Not snippy, not giving attitude. Said specifically what I did not want and was told it would be double the cost to not use the seed and strain brand. I have been to this dispo a couple of times but earlier this week was my last time. When I went here earlier this week, I had my real ID taken, though I am well over the age of 21. The staff was very rude and made me wait over an hour for a police officer to show up and verify my id. After all of this had went down, the store refused to give me any sort of compensation for my long wait. I felt very disrespected at this establishment and I certainly wouldn't recommend the business to anyone that I know. read more

The selection at The Green Solution is great and the staff is very knowledgeable about the products. They have pretty good deals, and it's the easiest place to use your med card without jumping through a ton of hoops. That being said, the advertised hours are false and the security guards are rude and very dismissive. The hours advertised state they are open until 12:00am. The very lackadaisical security guards will lock the doors early even with the open sign on and customers in the store. Don't try to go late at night to this location as they close early often and are very very unhelpful towards the end of the evening. read more

Received the worst customer service I have ever received from a budtender. He was not friendly and rather robotic. He got a little hostile because he didn't understand what a disposable vape is. He made no recommendations and didn't engage us at all. At the register, he took exception when I asked which items received the bogo discount, so much so that I APOLOGIZED TO HIM FOR ASKING QUESTIONS. To top it off, he sent us out the door and without ringing up my wife's purchases and she was UPSET!! You should hire me and not transactional jerks who have no customer service awareness. read more

This place consistently has the longest wait. You would think they would figure out a better system...Plan on anywhere from 20 to 40 minutes to get in and out. Their opening line is always, "Sorry we are short staffed today..." just to prime you up. I walk out more times than I purchase. read more

I have always been very pleased with the customer service at the store. The bud tenders have always been so nice and helpful. I come to green solution for all my marijuana needs and I was very disappointed with how NOLAN M. treated me he huffed and puffed when he came to get me from the line. Didn't greet me, was very cold, huffed again when he had to look a little harder for something I needed and then wouldn't help recommend any edibles when I was clearly needed help because I didn't know where the singles were and proceeded to stare at me. Then to finish it off I said he could keep the change because I always tip. He said okay and then handed me my bag and said nothing. Makes me gag reflex and thats just from a small chilum test bowl thats not going to get finished. I only went in for some edibles for my friend but decided to give it one chance. My skepticism about this place was well deserved even in terms of a product that is supposedly grown organically and branded with Willie Nelsons name. I have two prescriptions - one for 2.5mg THC & 2.5mg CBD; and another for 2.5 CBD for very painful arthritis. I called to verify they had the 1906 Genius Swallowable Pills. Both the call center and the young man at the door checking IDs said they had what I needed. A young salesgirl said they didn't have anything under 10mg. She became insolent. I explained what I was told and asked if we could call a manager or the young man at the door. She found and sold me a 1906 Genius that is over 2.5mg of each, and a Wyld strawberry gummy 10mg THC. Taking her word, I paid and left. (Yes, an elderly individual has difficulty reading smaller lettering despite bifocals) When I arrived home, had better lighting and stronger bifocals I saw she sold me wrong items. This sales girl took advantage of me and now I'm out $54 as they don't accept returns. Very, very bad customer service. read more

I'd have to say the past 3 times I've tried to use it, I get the spinning wheel of death and have to come in to the store personally to shop. Which sucks because, 1.) You didn't have the products in stock that I had tried to order online 2.) I'm usually out of the store in 30 minutes, instead of the quick in-and-out that I was originally hoping for. The budtenders did seem apologetic, and they did give me the 10% online discount in-store but I just wish I could've placed the online order to begin with. I went to this store as a medical patient. They had line to stand in (rec and med) to get stand in another line inside the dispensary. When my turn came (hour+), I asked for Sativa and they sold me Indica? The "lady" who helped me (71 year old) treated me very poorly and was condescending. I will never return to this store. I lived in Denver for years and frequented the Green Solutions nearby. They are always friendly, extremely clean, and really consistent in quality and service. When I moved to Fort Collins I was delighted to find the Green Solution on College. From the front door check-in to my final ring out, everything is kept at such a high quality standard. I have worked with quite a few bud tenders but KT is definitely my favorite. She is happy to take the time to give you recommendations or explanations of different products, strains, etc. but her warm demeanor is what makes this store feel really comfortable and welcoming. I've lived in Colorado my entire life and have grown up around weed culture so I can only imagine the anxiety out-of-towners may feel before walking into a dispensary. However, I would say that TGS is where you want to go if you're new in town. The worst experience I could imagine would be coming all the way to Colorado just to roll up to a dirty, rundown dispensary with demeaning staff and stale weed. You won't have that experience here. And instead of feeling like an outsider for not knowing "stoner basics" like the difference between sativas and indicas, the staff are eagerly waiting to answer those questions. This is an extremely professional dispensary with highly knowledgeable staff. All of my questions were answered and they didn't rush me to check out. There was a long line waiting which obviously says that the products are good. I like how customers have to wait for a staff person to escort them onto the floor.
