Man, this place used to be EVERYONES go-to place! We had Binske and other brands we love with FAST SERVICE. Now you have to wait 45 minutes while people do the "select-a-weed" station, and then weigh it out per order. Like anyone had an issue with weighed out 8ths, halfs, etc. No music so nothing man its wack in here. Ive never seen a dispo go from prime to terrible so fast. And all of the posters and swag are gone so now too so it feels like a sad mental asylum with slow service where I go to re up. Super sad. read more

The Green Solution - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Fort Collins, Colorado

New owners ruined the place and jacked up the prices. They even took away happy hour, replaced all the products with worse more expensive crap thanks read more

Buds are EXTREMELY dry. You don't get to look at what you're buying so they sell you some years old dust. and seems as if they're keeping all the good purp to themselves. Granddaddy is 90% green. Also, these girls are zero help, they look at you like you're supposed to reach around the counter and grab something. Sad what these places are becoming. *edit* I literally can't even smoke this. It's so dry it's like gravel. How is this acceptable???? Do they not have a better way to keep the flower???? I had so much expectations for Colorado and ALL the dispensaries are like this. I travel for work and I would say just go to Missouri. What a rip off. read more

this place is now a big disappointment, they got bought out and now they won't honor the point I obtained on stash cash, so i spent my money, racked up points and now I cant use them because they refuse to honor them, its not the customers fault that y'all sold out, our points should be honored. was told i had to contact stash cash and have them "cash me out" I shouldn't be the one who has to go through this inconvenience especially when i previously asked and was told they had to manually place them in, and if i had the app or a screenshot of my points they would be honored, but i went in today with the app, and nope not honored. so now they lie too loyal customers! read more

I have been an online customer and loyalty member for more than five years. I almost order ahead for pickup. Today it took me three attempts to put an order in online. The page kept crashing when I tried to get to checkout. I am not sure what TGS means by saying they have a new shopping system but it sucks! There are plenty of other dispensaries in Fort Collins. If the next time I try to order this happens, I will shop elsewhere. read more

Tried to buy ONE pre-roll and a concentrate. For some reason the total came to $101, I was charged $120 (ANYWHERE ELSE) it rounds to the nearest $5! I got to my car and looked at the receipt. I was actually charged for TWO pre-rolls. I went back inside and told the MANAGER that I only wanted ONE pre-roll. Not really sure of the disconnect. He walked up to me all proud of himself, "here ya go, there's that extra one". Again, I said that I did NOT want TWO. May not seem like a lot to some, but this isn't hard. You double check your work, you listen when a paying customer says something. read more

Sad to say..Just gave this place our last visit. Staff used to be very down to earth, not rude. Not snippy, not giving attitude. Said specifically what I did not want and was told it would be double the cost to not use the seed and strain brand. This place served me great for a long time but this is the 3rd visit where me or my wife have been treated very rudely. I will miss this place, but I'm not being treated like this. read more

I have been to this dispo a couple of times but earlier this week was my last time. When I went here earlier this week, I had my real ID taken, though I am well over the age of 21. The staff was very rude and made me wait over an hour for a police officer to show up and verify my id. After all of this had went down, the store refused to give me any sort of compensation for my long wait. I felt very disrespected at this establishment and I certainly wouldn't recommend the business to anyone that I know. read more

The best dispensary in Colorado with the biggest selection. Prices are a little bit higher than some of the other competitors but the weeds much better read more

The selection at The Green Solution is great and the staff is very knowledgeable about the products. They have pretty good deals, and it's the easiest place to use your med card without jumping through a ton of hoops. That being said, the advertised hours are false and the security guards are rude and very dismissive. The hours advertised state they are open until 12:00am. The very lackadaisical security guards will lock the doors early even with the open sign on and customers in the store. Don't try to go late at night to this location as they close early often and are very very unhelpful towards the end of the evening. read more

Server was short and rude been coming here for years but not happy with today's service so that's why you got one star treat people with respect!. read more

Really enjoy coming in due to the low prices. However the staff is very uneducated or untrained with the products.

Asked for their best product, bone dry and doesn't smell like weed. Doesn't even get me high

Less than an hour after receiving their promotion (attached) I went to the Fort Collins store only to be told they were out. The manager said they were only given ten and sold out shortly after opening. I phoned customer service and was told I could expect a return call. Received the worst customer service I have ever received from a budtender. He was not friendly and rather robotic. He got a little hostile because he didn't understand what a disposable vape is. He made no recommendations and didn't engage us at all. At the register, he took exception when I asked which items received the bogo discount, so much so that I APOLOGIZED TO HIM FOR ASKING QUESTIONS. To top it off, he sent us out the door and without ringing up my wife's purchases and she was UPSET!! You should hire me and not transactional jerks who have no customer service awareness. read more

Inconsistent and inconsiderate, sometimes nice ...I waited forever quietly After several people said they were going to assist me, when the store was empty for online pickup, then when they finally came I was harassed, although im a regular, and all I wanted was my order. several times they had to call someone to the online section, no one came, then when they finally show I was harassed with repeated apologies, and then they asked me if I need the pamphlet .. then prolonged the wait to be rude, I didn't say one word just waited so to be treated so poorly is outrageous.. read more

Love Green solution! Great prices and deals. Stopped by today & Josh was so helpful & nice!!! read more

This place consistently has the longest wait. You would think they would figure out a better system...Plan on anywhere from 20 to 40 minutes to get in and out. Their opening line is always, "Sorry we are short staffed today..." just to prime you up. I walk out more times than I purchase. read more

Knowledgeable staff, great selection with reasonable prices. Yes you may have to wait in line for a minute or two, but if you want personal service from your budtender, that is the price you pay. This is our go to place. read more

It's not cheap but certainly not the most expensive high THC limited selection it's a average nice attractive place to shop

I have always been very pleased with the customer service at the store. The bud tenders have always been so nice and helpful. I come to green solution for all my marijuana needs and I was very disappointed with how NOLAN M. treated me he huffed and puffed when he came to get me from the line. Didn't greet me, was very cold, huffed again when he had to look a little harder for something I needed and then wouldn't help recommend any edibles when I was clearly needed help because I didn't know where the singles were and proceeded to stare at me. Then to finish it off I said he could keep the change because I always tip. He said okay and then handed me my bag and said nothing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this budtender NOLAN M. he made me never want to come back to my favorite place. read more

Lady was very helpful, couldn't find my account from last July, but I'm system now. I would give 5 stars but I bought 3/$15 of NectarBee and I got charged $6.95 each. I called and was told to go back in which was impossible for at least a couple weeks. I asked if I saved my receipt, would they refund. She said maybe, it was up to them when I went in. So for now, I will try again when I go back. Otherwise, plenty of selection and very knowledgeable, especially for a newbie like me, just trying to get some Help with back pain. read more

Average products. Manager takes sweet time to check out of state IDs. Fire the manger, get s new manger anything please.. wasting my time

MOLDY BUDS!!! Purchased an eighth of "Willies Reserve" Bubba Kush yesterday. Tastes like straight mold. Makes me gag reflex and thats just from a small chilum test bowl thats not going to get finished. I only went in for some edibles for my friend but decided to give it one chance. My skepticism about this place was well deserved even in terms of a product that is supposedly grown organically and branded with Willie Nelsons name. I've had better mids from some guy in New Jersey in 2006. read more

Excellent customer service! I am a first time customer and wasn't really sure exactly what I was looking for. Ernesto was super knowledgeable and after a few minutes of us chatting he recommended several products that he thought I would find most beneficial. I ended up going with Blue Raspberry Suck-It hard candies with just a tiny bit of THC in it for me to get used to, and I am a fan! Definitely will be back to try other products! read more

I have two prescriptions - one for 2.5mg THC & 2.5mg CBD; and another for 2.5 CBD for very painful arthritis. I called to verify they had the 1906 Genius Swallowable Pills. Both the call center and the young man at the door checking IDs said they had what I needed. A young salesgirl said they didn't have anything under 10mg. She became insolent. I explained what I was told and asked if we could call a manager or the young man at the door. She found and sold me a 1906 Genius that is over 2.5mg of each, and a Wyld strawberry gummy 10mg THC. Taking her word, I paid and left. (Yes, an elderly individual has difficulty reading smaller lettering despite bifocals) When I arrived home, had better lighting and stronger bifocals I saw she sold me wrong items. This sales girl took advantage of me and now I'm out $54 as they don't accept returns. Very, very bad customer service. read more

We should all boycott them until they bring back the 59$ Oz deal. I'm pretty sure that's the only reason any of us were coming.

This is quite honestly the worst product I have ever seen produced by any single person, local business, franchise, mother, son, daughter, grandpa, etc. Find a better place to spend your money because they have not heard of quality assurance. read more

Whichever member of management at TGS is reading this- PLEASE FIX YOUR ONLINE ORDERING SYSTEM! I'd have to say the past 3 times I've tried to use it, I get the spinning wheel of death and have to come in to the store personally to shop. Which sucks because, 1.) You didn't have the products in stock that I had tried to order online 2.) I'm usually out of the store in 30 minutes, instead of the quick in-and-out that I was originally hoping for. The budtenders did seem apologetic, and they did give me the 10% online discount in-store but I just wish I could've placed the online order to begin with. So please- reach out to your IT team and let them know the bugs in the website are enough to lose customers, at this point. read more

It's a bit overwhelming almost like going into a big box retailer. They got just about everything and a lot of staff that knew what they were talking about but just lacked the welcoming personal feeling of being helped and not rushed. I won't be going in again but if you like that fasted paced know what you want in and out. then this is the place for you. I don't recommend if your trying to ask questions and get informed and shop around read more

They sent me an email with a $30 coupon because they say they want me to come back. I go when I collect about $50 worth of items and they say oh this has expired a couple days ago. I don't understand why They are willing to spend $30 to bring me back in the store The last week of February but not the first week of March. So I was embarrassed angry and I will never go back again. So instead of bringing the customer back they have alienated one forever there are a lot of marijuana stores here in Fort Collins and personally I prefer the little place called aces read more

I went to this store as a medical patient. They had line to stand in (rec and med) to get stand in another line inside the dispensary.
