I'm 66 gave red head my drivers license and medical card and showed him everything I had. He told me he needed a passport or birth certificate. He and the female stated it is Colorado Law. Bull shit. I was never treated this way in my live. I went to a popular dispensary and I told them my experience. The place was packed and had 8 flower tenders. This place had 2 people with no customers. I came into the store earlier this afternoon and was as it was my first time into this location, was impressed by the size. The people checking me in and helping me get my selection were great and then I go to the check out counter. The woman there was very cold (Wearing a hat with curly hair) and standoffish for no reason. I gave her my card and knowing there was plenty in my account it got declined and she goes "well your bank denied your card." Nothing about using the atm, etc. I said don't you all have an atm and she very rudely pointed me toward the atm and was rude when I came back to pay. Sorry your life sucks you can sure tell. If you are a medical client, be prepared to be treated as a second class citizen at Green Dragon. I've been with this dispensary since 2015, when it was Choice Organics, and have lived thru the change of ownership with utter DISMAY!! The medical side is stark white. It used to be colorful No one is there. You used to be greeted when you walked in. You ring the bell and if it's a Saturday morning, no one answers. You call the phone number. It goes to voice mail. So then you walk over to the Rec side and ... Lo-n-Behold!! It's booming over there! All sorts of color and eye candy over there. A ton of activity over there. Meanwhile, it was MEDICAL marijuana that opened to the door to legalization in our state. We should be treated with more respect. read more

This man's name is Jeff and choose Organics needed to rid rid of him, because I will never go there again and When I go to the dispensaries I usually spend 400-500 because I like to stock up. Plain and simple, he was a dick with absolutely no customer service skills and had the most condescending attitude toward myself and my daughter. Med patient here - came to check out the 1st in the Nation in Fort Collins - this refers to them being the first licensed. Interesting location off Mulberry & 25. Great parking, small med waiting room, small med shopping room. Look at a few very well grown flowers, a few mediocre flowers, and some poorly cared for concentrate half grams. Though they were starting to butter out, they were a bit extra flavorful. Did not care for the strain unspecific Sativa concentrate, felt like i could taste some of the solvent. Sour Diesel concentrate was tasty, though also starting to auto butter. Ghost Train Haze made my day. Definitely worth checking out this store, especially on rec for their show grow if you're visiting from out of town. read more

This place is the definition of "highway robbery" overpriced mediocre products with a smile! I went here instead of where I usually go because I was on my way out of town and I spent $55 on 4 grams, 2 of which were from their "bargain" shake jar. The people were friendly but the bud was super dry and smoked up quickly. I'm sure they just charge more than the places in town I'm used to because of the convenience factor since they are right off the highway and I wouldn't have minded paying what I did if I would have gotten some decent bud for my buck. It was unfortunately super dry and not that Stoney. The blue dream was definitely the best strain of the three I purchased. Pretty unlikely that I will return to this dispensary. read more

Often my condition makes me sensitive to sounds and smells, so it's nice to be in the quiet waiting room. Their specials and member benefits allow me to afford the medication I need. One of two dispensaries in the Fort Collins area that allows medical patients under 21. At other dispensaries the entry process was hostile and tricky but the lady at choice Organics treated me great and the whole process was very smooth and understandable. Got a great deal on concentrates, and purchased a great gram of live sugar. Flower was a bit pricey as it's all one price, but that is just a personal thing - quality was worth the price. Horrible customer service. They only accept cash, no credit/debit cards. Limited to purchasing only a half ounce a day if you are from out of state. I usually go to Infinite Wellness and they accept both and they let you buy unlimited amount if you are from out of state. I only stopped here because I was on my way to a concert in Denver and this place is right off the highway. So I stopped at this dispensary and I assumed this place accepted credit cards as well. While I admit they had a staff member sitting at a desk to answer questions, it didn't occur to me to ask because I buy weed frequently, so this is absolutely my mistake...However, after I waited 20 minutes in the lobby, I got into the actual dispensary and was greeted by a long haired hipster girl. I went to her line and made my selection, I pulled out my card and she informed me they were cash only and an atm was in the lobby for me to get cash from, I was a bit embarrassed and was about to go get cash when as I was walking away I turned to ask her a question and I saw her say "God, so stupid" to her co-worker, who then laughed. Wait what? I made a mistake, was about to rectify it, would have left you a decent tip to compensate for your extra time, but I'm stupid? Nice. Thank you for reminding me why I stick with Infinite Wellness. Their prices are lower, they have a better edible and plant selection. Mostly though, they treat their customers with respect. Don't let the convenience of the location lure you to this dispensary. Take the extra 10 minutes and check out literally any other one in Ft. Collins. . read more

The people who work there are always super-friendly and usually helpful in helping you choose among the many varieties of flower they have. The location is convenient. It's right off the interstate. I sometimes go to a different store which is slightly cheaper but they can't compete with the quality that comes out of Choice Organics. You may have to wait for as long as 10 minutes, but the waiting room is nice and you can literally watch the grass grow or chat with other customers or the receptionist. If you go early in the day there might not even be a wait, but as you might expect if you go at 6 PM on a Friday there may be a bunch of people ahead of you. read more

I really like coming to choice organics. They always have some sort of deal, or sale. They offer discounts for Veterans, recycling containers, bags, etc. The staff is super friendly. The wait time is short, and you really get a one-on-one experience with the staff servicing you. I feel safe being in the facility, and each time I go in I see new improvements. Look. The pot here is good, lots of choices. But the prices are probably the worst I've seen in all of Colorado. No variance based on strain. No specials. No daily deals. Same price, every day, every strain. They act like they're the only weed shop in town. $58 for an eighth in a state with legalized pot is absolutely ridiculous. I don't care how stony it is. I can get the same bag in Greeley for forty bucks. Or on the street for that matter. Add to that the long time you'll spend in the waiting room and it just doesn't add up to a good experience. I've gone here for over a year now. I am checking around to other stores as this one is still more costly than others here locally. They don't carry as much as on the med side as many other stores. Limited parking, but can usually fins someplace to park. Tenders are great people. They had some deals for the nonmembers, but as of April, that's changed I hear. I've been both on the rec side and on the med side here. Before I had my med card, the rec side was probably one of my favorites out of all the rec stores I had been in before. I of course enjoyed the beautiful (& large) display of plants growing, as well as the nice atmosphere inside and the helpful staff. The med side however, is DEFINITELY my favorite place in Northern Colorado. I have again visited many (I can count 5 off the top of my head in Fort Collins) and I could go on and on about why Choice Organics is my favorite. Here are a few of the top reasons: 1. I've shopped around for edibles and concentrates and they're prices are always the best, plus you don't have to pay the city tax! 2. You never wait more than 5-10 minutes, but typically there's NO WAIT at all 3. The staff is phenomenal! They have always taken their time to explain things, are looking out for deals to save you money, truly care about what brings you in, and go out of their way to make you feel special. I actually heard the words "We missed you!" after being gone visiting other "more convenient" stores, all of which let me down in their own ways. 4. They're also looking for new products and the best deals, and often hooking it up with different deals (my favorite is the buy this get this for a penny!) 5. The owners are truly great people. They fixed the roads for their customers since the city wouldn't do it. They offer their employees great benefits and have staff that stick around long term which goes to show something. I've talked extensively with them both and they're truly good people. Only downfall with Choice Organics is that they are cash only... but of course they provide ATMs on both the rec and med sides. Needless to say, I would recommend Choice to anyone looking for a new shop to call home, or for anyone just driving through! :); read more

I visited this place for my first time today, and I am very impressed! I usually go to Organic Alternatives on Mountain, because it was close to my old apartment. Now that I am moving out east more I decided to give Choice a shot since it's close to my new place. There was no wait, walked right in pretty much. I love the plant display! I was helped by a girl with glasses and long, straight blonde hair. She was super helpful and pleasant. She answered all my questions and the ones she didn't know, she offered to find the answer. The silicone bongs look awesome, I want one. Bud prices were awesome compared to my usual dispensary! I got the Blue Dream hybrid. It smells great and smokes good too. Dollar off when you bring the container back, very cool. Discount when you wear Choice Organics gear (genius idea). Although I didn't choose a strain on special, the daily special prices are legit. I love OA, but I'm definitely not upset that I'm closer to Choice now. read more

Organic Heaven! This place is worth it every time! I cannot go on enough about the friendliness of the more-than-qualified staff! I was almost burnt out on dispensaries in northern Colorado when I tried this place. It was the first time that I felt like I was walking into a store where the product was of a consistent quality and the staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and not just trying to rush me through a line and take my money. I breathed a sigh of relief as the very kind bud tender guided me through their most popular selections. I asked the usual questions about taste, potency, house strains, comparing THC content to CBD content, density of buds and so on. Right down the line, these guys know cannabis and they know the strains they sell in their store. Their concentrates are A-list, top-shelf quality and the cleanest around. Joints are reasonably priced and pre-rolled fat. I like that all of their bud is organic and doesn't have that weird fertilizer taste you get from a lot of other dispensaries. You might have to wait up to 15 minutes in the waiting room, but that's only because the staff takes their time to make sure your experience in the salesroom is top notch and they want to help you find precisely what you are looking for. Prices for buds and especially concentrates are a little steep but I think Fort Collins is still catching up with the rest of the world in that area. Not long ago, they were charging for the containers, so things are changing. Besides, I don't mind paying a little extra for the excellent customer service and guaranteed quality (in Fort Collins anyway). That said, the ONLY reason I cannot give Choice Organics five stars has to be the pricing. Some strains are simply better than others and I think that should be reflected in the price, no matter where in the world you are. It is sold this way in other states and other parts of Colorado, so why not in Foco? AS A FOOTNOTE: I hate to rant, but I am not alone when I say that ALL of the dispensaries in northern Colorado should be more competitive with the pricing of their concentrates and edibles. They are the highest prices anywhere in the U.S. or Canada! Come on, guys, the get-rich-quick "Green Rush" as you call it is over and it's time for you to join the competitive world of business and make an honest living by selling a quality product at a fair and reasonable profit margin. Keep in mind that this stuff is medicine for some people and it is not covered by health insurance. To inflate the profit margins of products which are medicinal and not purely recreational is generally considered unscrupulous and in poor taste. I understand that if prices were lowered you might not get rich quickly, but you would still be making an honest living. read more
