Cash only, over priced, the location is absolutely terrible/confusing, and the employee I dealt with was no help, she just looked at me like I'm supposed to just grab whatever I want from behind the counter. Like dude, at least try to LOOK enthusiastic, or pretend to want to help. Ace's is a total F. read more

Ace's Place - Overpriced disposable. - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Fort Collins, Colorado

The Last 2 weeks Andre(?)helped me out, he was friendly and pleasant, and I feel he's genuine. It's easy to smile and say "How can I help you, eyeroll, here. Not with Andre. Actually all of the staff are all up -beat, smiling and enjoying their jobs, and there all good and knowledgeable, a trait I find, exceptional. Now for the Medical side, it looks deserted and empty.. read more

Favorite dispo in town! I went there once and haven't gone anywhere since. Highly recommend

Phenomenal experience everytime I go in, the homie Dave helped get everything easy and taken care of!

Bud tenders are very helpful with knowledge of new product and suggestions for other stuff never have to question quality of the product always first stop if not only thank you all read more

I really don't know what's up with this dispensary it's always a 50/50 on getting a decent friendly employee or one that hates their job and has no customer service skills. It's a different vibe of dispensary for sure if you're of color (and I'm serious) this isn't the dispensary for you. I don't know why this dispensary seems segregated but if you know then you know. Starting off with having to drive on the wrong side of the road (through cones) to park that to me doesnt make sense. When it's a good employee taking care of me it's alright the weed isn't too bad of quality even on a cheap pre-roll. read more

Aces place is the worst f****** place I've ever been to and my birthday is 4/20 and literally I paid almost $140 for wax to look like f****** heroin I'm not happy do not go to this place at all they'll get you f****** sick read more

Ace's Place - Shit - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Fort Collins, Colorado

Reasonable prices. You definitely get what you pay for, cheap weed. Not a lot of options. Rude employees. Not great service. Shop elsewhere if you can afford it read more

Only shop here if you want to buy MOLD. Found MOLD in my bud from here. Disgusting bad for your health. They do not care I promise you. Do yourself a favor shop elsewhere. There are plenty of places that do better. read more

I first started coming here because it was super close to my home but after my first visit I was a fan! The bus tenders are friendly and extremely helpful. There hasn't been one time they led me astray! It's rarely busy and they have good pricing. The only con I have is that I would like some additional cartridge selection. Maybe a couple rotating every month, sort of like a guest vape I love Ace's and make it my regular haunt for all my cannabis needs. read more

Super friendly staff. I was helped by Zak and he was an amazing budtender! would totally recommend!

From a loyal Aces Member: I will never shop here again. Terrible customer service, terrible bud tenders and I will make sure that all my friends and family go elsewhere. Take your business elsewhere read more

Wow talk about some 5 star customer service!!!! Thank you so much Amanda & Gavin for your help answering all our questions! If you are in Ft.Collins and looking for a dispensary LOOK NO MORE! and ask for Amanda and Gavin! I'm pretty sure the rest of the staff there is equally as knowledgeable as they were busy attending other customers! read more

Super shady putting different percentage of thc on same strain purchased a few days apart. Always out of inventory and screwed over tons of loyal customers on there point system. Obviously a sketchy place that does everything the shady and cheap way. Disappointed! read more

Katie was amazing! Great prices and the best customer service! Amanda was also fun and friendly. They work fast and hook it up! Best place to go in Fort Collins! Bring your friends! read more

This place is the absolute bomb. Friendly customer Service: Bang. Knowledgeable Customer Service: Bang. Great selection: Bang. Literally this is the best dispensary in town, and they have everything you could possibly want at great prices. I was helped by Jeremy and Ryland, and they were both helpful and nice. You always feel like part of the family here. read more

The location looks a little sketchy and it's not the prettiest dispensary in Ft. Collins, but they had a decent selection and their prices were super cheap. I went to three other dispensaries in town just looking for indica flower and no place had any. Only hybrid strains. They had some great bud for $20/ eighth and the tender was a nice guy. I'll definitely be going here from now on. read more

I've been coming here for over a year now. Wait time is usually short, staff is great and the products are priced well. Best Dispo in Fort Collins. read more

I love this place! It's hard to find, but it's worth it. Check out their house shatter for $30 a gram, OTD. Good stuff! The bud tenders are super awesome, too. I really enjoyed my experience. When I'm in Colorado and need shatter, this is where I go. read more

Love that I can order online and it's ready by the time I get there! Cool staff and friendly :)

Going to take a moment to rave about Dave! He helped me maximize my purchase today by wisely using my points! Thanks a whole bunch dude!

Front door guy was rude but I was really happy with the buds I got definitely worth 20 bucks and some. Will recommend to friends

So I asked for shatter. I'm old school and have had my med card for 10 years I never had to say pure thc. Well the bud tender didn't say they were half cbd half thc so I got 2 of those and 1 pure thc so why would I want the cbd. In the end the bud tender didn't do her job. And the fact you guys won't make it right. Obviously I don't want cbd. Very very disappointed read more

This place advertises as the hidden gem of Fort Collins and their not kidding! They have the lowest prices in Fort Collins and a super friendly staff. They are always happy to walk me through their different products to find the treat I'm looking for. ATM on site makes this cash only place super easy to navigate. They run great deals in the back of several local magazines such as Rooster each month. Not going to go anywhere else for a while, this place has all you need! read more

After what happened last time, the gentleman I had as a budtender apologize about what happened even though it was not him. He made sure I was taken cared of and he turned my day around that day. He did more than I can even ask for and I appreciate him for it. This place is really a good place, it was just that one bad experience I had. Overall definitely check this place out. It's hard to find at first but once you do, you'll never forget it. read more

Loved the bud varieties, was not disappointed in the flowers or the price point. Easy to get to, service was top notch and they have a rewards program! Highly recommended if you are stopping thru Ft. Collins. read more

Very rude employees, decent selection, coming from Washington state. And I felt like the employees had a lot of sass and attitude, and don't take a phone call because they will kick you out real quick, like sketchy. I don't know, pick a better one with kinder employees:) read more

Best dispensary in Fort Collins! The staff is always super nice and helpful and have great recommendations! They have a different deal of the day everyday and are very reasonable on prices. Would 10/10 recommend!! read more

Reading these other reviews makes me laugh. I guess if you are a complete weirdo than I guess the budtenders might treat you badly, but that's never happened to me in three years. @Tyler M. If you work next to a bakery your company will smell like bagels. If you work next to a factory your company will smell like chemicals. It's not a valid reason to give a one star. Like seriously, who gives a fuck if your shitty warehouse smells like weed? Anyways, this place has the cheapest concentrates in the city for rec. Need I say more? Wax Wednesday is the best weekly marijuana deal in Fort Collins. That alone makes this place worthy of 5 stars. read more

Ace's is typically my fav dispensary in Colorado but my experiment there today was super frustrating. I'm sure I'll still shop there but as a hotel agent I'll no longer feel comfortable recommending my guests go there. I felt like we were duped today because they refused to honor the sale promotion posted for concentrates even tho the items were all listed on their menu under concentrates and on the receipt rung up under concentrates!!! They still refused to honor it. The person claiming to be the store manager did a horrible job justifying why they didn't qualify, only that he refused to add the discount because the items could be used to vape as well. No reasonable explanation was given, after showing him where they showed as concentrates on their own men and receipt!!! Probably because he couldn't even justify why he wouldn't honor their sale. If you take time out of your busy schedule to go to aces be warned you may not get what you're promised. read more

Breaks my heart to say this but watch their fingers. I had been coming here for years. Yesterday, I asked the budtender for a shirt AFTER I already handed him my money. When he came back with the shirt, he insisted I never paid him in the first place. He didn't even check his pockets. I called later and reported it, was told they'd look into it, but nobody called me back. I thought I was done with this kind of stuff when weed became legal! Feels like I lost some good friends. The least they could have done was call me back. Looks like I won't be needing that shirt after all. read more

This is the best place to get bud in FoCo. Best deals, best customer service, best location, best variety. Overall aces place is the best.

This became my new "go-to" dispensary, fairly close to my house, beautiful buds, nice percentages and Most all of the bud tenders I dealt with were super nice and helpful. The menu on Leafly was wrong (sale strain) a few times but after that they got it back on point . I was going two or 3 times a week at least and the least I ever bought was a half. Now THANKS to the Hispanic bigger guy clean shaved maybe bald (wears hat with brim pointed up)i won't be going back unless It's a last resort. He was extremely rude and assumed and basically singled me out. The bud tender wasn't familiar with the penny pre roll when you leave a review so he asked and the guy immediately says " YEA BUT THERES ONLY LIKE 4 Sites. YOU CAN DO THAT ON" I had to show I hadn't posted it which was no problem bc I hadn't . Mind you the girl Budtender I got on my first visit there told me I'd get that deal whenever I left a review no matter how many times bc most of their busy is strictly word of mouth since their location is so tucked away off the main road. I drove to Denver with my mom to Native Roots just to get buds to get us both by until We figure out what other dispo we will use. If anyone can recommend pls lmk. Little do they know bc of him they lost 2 High paying faithful biweekly clients bc of his rudeness and assumptions . That's at least a thousand a month between the both of us they can say goodbye too thank to this rude man with such an attitude and obviously mad at something!! I have no clue why bc it was very Close to closing time smh . Miserable. Stay away from that negativity . I hear natural alternatives is great. I guess we'll try there next .... stay away from bad vibes! Good vibes ONLY! Especially when buying a good vibe herb!! Peace and Loveee read more

Probably the most awkward interaction with one of the female workers. I presented my ID to her and then she asked to see it again because it's a California ID. She looked at it like she thought it was fake and gave it back. I was confused because I had a gentleman helping me, and I knew what I wanted, and she stepped in and started putting the products into their baggies. She then proceeded to talk down to the gentleman helping me saying "Don't write the on the product, that's what we have bags for." It came off (to me) as she was telling the gentleman that he was doing his job wrong. I said I didn't care if they wrote on it or not. She then asked another coworker if it's okay to write on the product, and he said that he does it, but it's the customers preference really. I felt like she had a mini hissy fit because she couldn't prove her other coworker wrong. Mind you, this all happened right in front of me! I felt awkward because then she went over to the corner and started whispering to another female coworker and then kept staring at me. The gentleman helping me was very friendly, and he handled this awkward situation very professionally. The female co-worker on the other hand, not so much. Her personality came off like she was trying to "one up" everyone. Not cool. read more

Before last Sunday, the 24th, I would have given 5 stars and an excellent review. Last Sunday I walked in, always happy to be there. Used the ATM and acted silly by moving to the music. I was escorted in and helped by a big blonde woman. By big I mean big boned, not tall. I asked for 1/8 of Pucker and a gram (for $1.00) of Pucker. She puts the containers on the counter and rings it up. She tells me it's 21.00. I look at her confused and say, "Well, I'm getting an eighth right?" She doesn't even say thank you (for my honesty at least)- just tells me $41.00. I pay her, leave her a tip and grab my containers and pup them in my purse. In my car I take out the containers of a gram each. There were only 4!!! She neglected to give me 5!!! I go back in and tell her-she says, "I'm pretty sure I gave you 5." I kept saying check the cameras! They gave me the 5th container, after making me feel like I am a liar. She acted like she was a manager, so according to another review, their managers are horrible! I'm thinking about going elsewhere now. There are so many others. Hopefully someone from the store reads these. read more

Favorite dispensary in Fort Collins for sure! Great prices and great bud! The bud tenders are super nice and helpful! One more plus is that it's so close to my house! read more

Show up at 7:55, no one is waiting in a line, wide open, and the budtender is all "oh sorry man, were clossseedd" 8pm means 8pm, so maybe they should change it to "we serve when we want". Fucking joke, waste of my time, not to mention their smoke is trash anyway. Figured I'd get a pre roll on the way home but nooo, too fucking lazy to serve people because its 5 minutes till close. Hopefully people quit supporting this shit hole and find a real dispensary. My dumbass thought they would honor their times but nahh, lazy ass budtenders as usual. read more

A bit expensive. Especially for location. Sale bud doesn't get the job done at all. Very nice tenders though.

I love coming to Aces Place! I found that other dispensaries are intimidating and don't give you the time to ask questions or aren't caring enough to inform you on your purchases. I love aces place because you walk in to popular music playing, employees who look like they enjoy their job and you can also bring your doggy in!! They never rush you to make a decision and are always open to explaining your options. I never feel nervous coming in and have never received bad service. Thanks Aces Place! read more
