Camila, Travis, Marcus, Nathan, you all rock. Thank you for bringing light to my day always!!! Knowledgeable, kind, and always have smiles. And for any bud tender I didn't mention, I can't speak highly enough. Amazing team....Best shop in Fort Collins by far. Thank you all read more

my favorite shop in Northern Colorado! huge variety of products. great deals and amazing staff. highly recommend!!

The best goods in town! Super friendly and good service and product. I don't even know why I've been going to the place down the street so long. This is by far a superior experience. read more

This place is terrible. Wouldn't accept me because my license said under 21 until November of 2020 lol. We are in 2022 already. Plus they didn't even have much choices of flower. read more

I love this place. Always best deals friendly staff. Erica is my favorite love that girl.

The personnel at Solace were the best Friendly, informative and knowledgable on all areas I will return many times! read more

I had no clue what I was doing. I went to Solace after someone recommended it to me. Instead of pointing and laughing at me due to my lack of knowledge, they were very helpful. I want to call out Travis in particular for being patient with me and not slapping me across the face out of frustration. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and had a super friendly attitude. I would definitely recommend this place to other first timers, you won't get slapped or laughed at, so yay! read more

I like this dispensary. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and does not rush you to select what you would like. Prices on the medical side can be a little higher than some dispensaries but not bad and they do have some good deals. Masks and social distancing enforced. Preorders are also available. read more

Dude this place is AMAZING!! Such awesome staff and anyone thinking the meds here are anything but awesome really need help. Awesome flower and love the maze to get curbside. Can't wait to blow my stimulus check here next week! read more

Bought On a scale from 1-10 northern lights 2 White lightning 0 Cantaloupe haze 2 White lightening was the worst bud I've ever smoked in my life burned completely black . Basically I wasted 120$ Bought a Pat pen cartridge also - tastes like burned wax put it back in the box & never reused Penny .5 spliff (great idea !) although , must be their leftover trash flowers. My first experience here ... & the flowers did nothing for me . I really would like my money back . Waste of hard earned cash & they owe me some FIRE Until then ... I will stick with PINK HOUSE CHERRY !!!! read more

The place is all it is cracked up, nice interior lighting even though the windows are blotted out, great atmosphere, bar esq, maybe one day they will serve vape samples and flavors to guests at their seats, so much potential, never let me down, they just do it! read more

Fast service good choices. Camila was friendly and knowledgeable, shout out 561! Lodi dodi we likes to party

Overall best cannabis store the city. Have been going here for 4 years now and am always happy with the products and service and prices.

I've always had a great experience. They are following COVID guidelines as all businesses are right now. But that hasn't changed the great service and quality I get. Reviews should be for service and quality. Theres is exceptional! I've been a shopper for over 4 years here so I approve this message. read more

Max & Emily (hope I got their names right) were absolutely amazing and everything I could experience at a cannabis shop. I truly appreciate their kindness and just overall customer service was excellent. They greeted me appropriately and conversed about several topics during our interaction while shopping. Definitely will be coming back. Thank y'all! Fort Collins has several shops but after trying different ones, I loved the welcoming environment Solace Meds brings to town. Will be coming back! read more

Very helpful staff and great selection! Nice realistic prices also.

Fantastic first experience in a dispensary! Thank you Derek for taking the time to walk me through all my options! I felt super comfortable and will definitely be returning. Hoping for sweet dreams tonight, finally!!! read more

I was told I couldn't see any of the waxes because of COVID, but the customer next to me was being shown all the waxes by her budtender. Was told my mask had to cover my nose even after letting them know I had asthma and could not do that, then overheard another budtender telling her customer they didn't need to have the mask over their nose. Budtender also told me the CHEAPEST sugar/wax/resin I could get was $47 when I KNOW that's not the case at Solace. Not pleased with the inconsistency, sounds like management needs to do some training and get everyone on the same page. And don't lie to your customers and say masks are required because of "marijuana regulations." Kept my money and went to Green Solution who took care of me without a mask on. read more

First time in Colorado and went to Solace for education about medicinal options and was impressed. Camila was so awesome and knowledgeable. The only bad thing was I got cash to tip and forgot to put in the jar! I really was impressed with the professionalism, environment, organization, and highly knowledgeable staff. read more

I would have given this place 5 stars had it not been for a slightly higher price than my other shop. I'm from out of town so don't take it personally. Alex's customer service was outstanding during a times of apocalypse. They also do a military discount, which is cool. Thanks Alex and solace meds for the good experience. read more

The staff there were wonderful for someone who has never been in before. Very helpful. And helped me get exactly what I wanted. I would recommend Solace meds to each and every person I know read more

Any shop can take your money in exchange for a weed, or other product without issues. It's when issues arise! Lady at counter made simple mistake, but refused to admit it. She accidentally took 5000 award points worth $100. Applied it to 25 to lighters I purchased. These are solace marked lighters I hand out when giving bids. I'm a contractor. So I'd advertise for them. But use my points. No ext visit I'm 5000 or 100$ down. She charged me $2 per lighter, was a nice thing I was doing. I saw same lady next time I went in. She flat lied claiming I said use all my points!! Sure, I mean money grows on trees right. Then after saying she's fibbing, she walked away saying (oh well, you live and learn) I'm in my 50s, disabled veteran and you choose that to say as a young girl. Then she walked away. Saw owner outside, mentioned it to him. He brought me in, showed me to Mgr. Who acted concerned. Said will call back after review of acct. Okay. 3 days later nothing. So this company does well when it goes their way, you get ripped off, your out the door with a go f yourself attitude. By the way, I've spent over 10k over past year or so with friends etc. Plus I'm a security contractor (escort product) I won't be referring any more truckers either... Made this company a lot of money. For owner, Mgr. And employee to treat people like this makes me sick. What a shame we can't all be friendly at (all) times. Snow White syndrome.. read more

If you think ordering online is more convenient in any way, think again! I ordered 3 types of flower and when I got there to pick up (which was within a hour) they only had 1. I had to wait in the normal line, not expediting the process at all. And when I asked about the multiple rolling trays around the shop I was told that they were just for display, not for sale.. read more

Quick service, incredible selection and bud tenders who know their stuff. Kelli was wonderful and really helped me out today. :)

Sole less. And meds? No, more like bad weed. The locals love this place. (God knows why) But I grow my own and I know good weed. This place doesn't have good weed and meds??? With a bigger rec side???? Change your name to solace cannabis. Cause there isn't anything medical about this place. And for $58 an eighth I'll buy better weed for less from my friends. read more

Super friendly and helpful staff. Recreational prices are a little higher than most coming from out of state.

A really intimate place. The staff is friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. The prices are really good and they have a decent selection of edibles. Including some that fall under vegan, gluten free, nut allergy, etc. read more

So, i looked around all over fort collins and i decided to save $20 and buy a "super sale" 8th. this weed has not been flushed. From the very first hit its apparent that the taste of nutes over powers the taste of the strain, but you get what you pay for right. Maybe the next batch will be better, but this one, i can see why it was on super sale. read more

A first for my husband and I. Walked in and had to show our ID. Walked to the back room and had to show our ID again. There were other people there, but we were helped quickly by Michelle. We told her it was our first time and we had no idea about anything. Michelle was very educational and had us smell all the different varieties they had. They had so many different options like edibles, drinks, lotions, etc. A cash only place. We had a great experience! read more

This staff is willing to help you out to make sure your experience is satisfying. Always have a smile on their face and warm greetings.

Not my favourite dispensary for buying flower, but have had a great experience every time I have been.

Immediate service during the day, best price on wax in town I've come across (35 a g after tax, no discount nor special). Flowers looked good, prices are better than places close to downtown foco. The girl who helped me was friendly and non biased in the products, she didn't seem like she was trying to sell me things I didn't want, something I've experienced in other shops occasionally. Good place! read more

Only went here once, pre ordered online. Sealed bag. Once i got home I found I'd been shorted an entire 1/8th of an ounce. Not pleased, won't be back. read more
