I like this dispensary. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and does not rush you to select what you would like. Prices on the medical side can be a little higher than some dispensaries but not bad and they do have some good deals. Masks and social distancing enforced. Preorders are also available. read more

I was told I couldn't see any of the waxes because of COVID, but the customer next to me was being shown all the waxes by her budtender. Was told my mask had to cover my nose even after letting them know I had asthma and could not do that, then overheard another budtender telling her customer they didn't need to have the mask over their nose. Budtender also told me the CHEAPEST sugar/wax/resin I could get was $47 when I KNOW that's not the case at Solace. Not pleased with the inconsistency, sounds like management needs to do some training and get everyone on the same page. And don't lie to your customers and say masks are required because of "marijuana regulations." Kept my money and went to Green Solution who took care of me without a mask on. read more

Any shop can take your money in exchange for a weed, or other product without issues. It's when issues arise! Lady at counter made simple mistake, but refused to admit it. She accidentally took 5000 award points worth $100. Applied it to 25 to lighters I purchased. These are solace marked lighters I hand out when giving bids. I'm a contractor. So I'd advertise for them. But use my points. No ext visit I'm 5000 or 100$ down. She charged me $2 per lighter, was a nice thing I was doing. I saw same lady next time I went in. She flat lied claiming I said use all my points!! Sure, I mean money grows on trees right. Then after saying she's fibbing, she walked away saying (oh well, you live and learn) I'm in my 50s, disabled veteran and you choose that to say as a young girl. Then she walked away. Saw owner outside, mentioned it to him. He brought me in, showed me to Mgr. Who acted concerned. Said will call back after review of acct. Okay. 3 days later nothing. So this company does well when it goes their way, you get ripped off, your out the door with a go f yourself attitude. I had to wait in the normal line, not expediting the process at all. This is a nice local shop with an awesome staff. Their focus is on helping you get in, find what you are looking for, and quickly getting you on with your day. Many shops I've been to require waiting 10-15 minutes on a good day. From entrance to exit my trips here are usually less than 5 minutes total. Bud quality is decent- not amazing, but they have the best non-medical prices I've seen in town and always have a sale selection of $10 grams and $35 eighths.
