The shop itself was laid out very well, clean, and easy to navigate, which made browsing so much more enjoyable. The atmosphere felt professional but still friendly and inviting. The staff were all extremely helpful, patient, and kind, taking the time to explain things clearly and answer our questions without making us feel rushed. We actually stopped by twice during our trip because the first visit was so good, and both times we received the same excellent service. The product selection was impressive, with a wide range of options for different preferences, and the prices were even better than we imagined. There are so many excellent service providers there that today was really surprising but I'm glad it was resolvable. Still, if the website is not updating to what's available to purchase on-site, I don't want to drive up there and be disappointed. The surprise issues with administrative side of things from medical provider through LivWell since new ownership at multiple locations has been challenging and I feel for the employees who have to be the face of a company not equipping them with effective resources.
