The staff were all extremely helpful, patient, and kind, taking the time to explain things clearly and answer our questions without making us feel rushed. We actually stopped by twice during our trip because the first visit was so good, and both times we received the same excellent service. The product selection was impressive, with a wide range of options for different preferences, and the prices were even better than we imagined. I clearly explained to the guy that they had messed up my pickup order they were trying to charge me for some platinum tier bud when I ordered shake because apparently they also had it on Platinum... After him telling his manager that I wanted to switch it which was so incorrect I had ordered the shake I even showed him that on my phone but he didn't care... The online price said 10% discount for construction which is been how it is this whole time and they explained to me a long time ago the only thing that doesn't apply to is the pre-weigh ounce again I ordered a quarter of shake... Then they wouldn't honor the price that it had said online which I believe is illegal if your listing a price and I'm showing up with the amount of money to pay that price and you're not willing to honor it it makes no sense... So being $0.25 short I slammed what I had on the counter and said you're going to have to figure out the other 25 cents and I promise you I won't be going back there... Hilarious to me because I promise I have spent way more than most people there if they check my overall spent on my account because I know they can see that My business will be elsewhere....

I happened to park in the motorcycle only parking because no one was in the whole parking lot. Upon waking up, the bald headed dickhead came storming out like he wanted to scrap and said "is that your truck!?" Before I could answer he questioned again. I said yes. "Oh you need it move it, that's motorcycle parking only." I said okay, where do I park then? He pointed as it was obvious, which it wasn't. My first time visiting, it was dark and the parking was in the back not well lit. After parking where he advised, I walked back up to the entry and followed some kid in. Oh that's a big no no. Apparently I have to wait outside in the dark and cold when ONE person is it inside at a time. Huge eff you to this place and this terrible staff. Don't ever go.
