From the moment we walked in, we felt comfortable and welcomed, which really put us at ease since we weren't sure what to expect. The shop itself was laid out very well, clean, and easy to navigate, which made browsing so much more enjoyable. The atmosphere felt professional but still friendly and inviting. The staff were all extremely helpful, patient, and kind, taking the time to explain things clearly and answer our questions without making us feel rushed. We actually stopped by twice during our trip because the first visit was so good, and both times we received the same excellent service. The product selection was impressive, with a wide range of options for different preferences, and the prices were even better than we imagined. We'll definitely make Green Dragon a stop every time we visit Fort Collins.

When I made this clear the budtender continued to debate every aspect of their poor business practice to the point I was exhausted simply trying to get meds. I've called and already posted a review, but today tried to see if product was there even without website indicating. Edited: I left, frustrated. Taylor had greeted me and checked ID, reminding me of rewards and to use the benefit. As I sat and completed the review outside, I thought about Taylor's words before I had walked to the counter and had poor sales service. I went back and was helped by Jake, the GM. I recall Jake also helping resolve issue with lack of product in the past. He's very good at his job and was likely the reason I keep hoping for the best when I go back. There are so many excellent service providers there that today was really surprising but I'm glad it was resolvable. Still, if the website is not updating to what's available to purchase on-site, I don't want to drive up there and be disappointed. The surprise issues with administrative side of things from medical provider through LivWell since new ownership at multiple locations has been challenging and I feel for the employees who have to be the face of a company not equipping them with effective resources. Jake did a great job. I imagine other guy was misunderstanding and hopefully more helpful in the future. Taylor did a dang good job; without her, I wouldn't have come back.

He easily went over all of the important info I would need to know not being local or completely familiar with all of the laws, explained the percentages + tiers of all the edibles, different flowers, dabs, && pointed out all the other fun products that were his favs. He respectfully pointed out the CBD products and HOW they are beneficial vs "they just wont get you high," and happily sent me on my way with a strong warning to not cross state lines with any of the products. I'm going to be filing a suit in small claims court against this location and then we'll heavily publicize all over the state the judgment they have to pay out so that they can't steal money from people like this anymore. We're going to have volunteers passing out copies of the court order on the sidewalk outside of their locations. This is a totally dishonest group of people and they're going to experience the consequences of taking up roots in Fort Collins only to hurt the community.
