What a nice place. So glad I stopped here. I admit I had a lot of questions. Mike was super helpful and made some great suggestions. , and he didn't make me feel weird for inquiring. Very knowledgeable and Customer service is top notch. Definitely stop in read more

Visited from out of state, and Mike was amazing! He was patient and answered all my questions! Very friendly and knowledgeable

Mike's the very best! We will ask for him by name again next time we're in. Thanks Mike! We appreciate your expertise and value your help and opinions. read more

Some tiny manlet who I was told was a manager wouldn't buzz me in until I was outside for about 5 minutes and hit the button 3 times. Then this tiny effeminate goes on to purposely mispronounce my name, which I immediately corrected it for, as a result, it claims it is because my name is spelled weird. You are going to mock a customers' name because you can't read?! Mind blowing experience. Everyone else in the 6 years of my patronage has been fairly charming. A manager named Shiloh being exceptional, but this creature attacking customers should be addressed. Good day. read more

I was reluctant to go based on the poor reviews but I'm glad I decide to go ahead and go anyways!! The staff was super nice and helpful and very efficient. I'm an out of towner but would definitely go back if I lived in the area read more

Stopped in yesterday after not having been here in quite awhile and was instantly reminded why! Although the staff is very friendly and professional, your products leave much to be desired! We ended up buying 6 different types of flower and every single one of them smelled good, but once consumed tasted like mold and mildew....what we call "musty muckluck" as it taste like damp mold!y boot! GROSS!! Learn to cure your product.....honestly very disappointed and won't return. Learn how to cure your product because what your doing isn't working! If you want to smoke flower that tastes like mildew...this is your place! read more

the budtender today 5/2 was extremely rude and unprofessional when I asked for wax options she was not very helpful or polite to me at all after that experience today I no longer will be shopping here anymore !! read more

Thank you so much for all your help and good quality people and flower I'm never let down when I leave

This business breaks state law by allowing broken cartridges to be brought back in the store. They had me drive back across town and bring it in to tell me, even though it was coming out the top of the mouth piece and was getting on my mouth that they would not take it back. Why tell someone you will take it back then after they drive over and go out of theyre way, refuse to? They lost a couple customers for sure. The heavier woman with blonde hair was rude and so was the manager. No thanks!!!! read more

Flower was good however, the girl that checked me in at the front desk with the blue hair was so rude I will never be shopping here ever again. I don't care how good your product is if I have to put up with someones bad attitude for no reason. This person should probably not work in customer service. read more

Probably the best medical dispensary in Larimer county the staff are always nice especially Jae and their membership program is the best I've seen read more

I walked in having no idea what exactly I needed. I sometimes have a hard time falling asleep but don't like the effects of too much thc. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and kind. They suggested a certain type/brand of gummies. These things are AMAZING exactly what I wanted! So happy I found this place! I will definitely be going back for more! read more

Bait and switch!!!!! We ordered our favorite strain online and of course when we get there it isn't in stock at all, never was in stock but had it on the site only to be switched at pickup. Not only did they try to make me buy the switched strain, but when we got it home, it was not a sativa like they said and I ordered. Now I'm stuck with a half oz of crap. NEVER AGAIN!!! read more

Flower power is less than a mile from my house so I figured I would try them out. I purchased an ounce of orange kush. As soon as I went to break up the first bud seeds started to fall out. Pictured are the seeds that came with this ounce! Soooooo disappointed. From now on I will drive the extra mile and go to INfinite wellness instead. Lesson Learned!!! read more

I called early this morning to find out why I couldn't buy 2oz of medical online. The manager couldn't get on the system because it was too early. She didn't say that it probably occurred because of inventory issues. I told her I'd be up. I don't go into stores presently. So, I was disappointed I had to go in. I wanted to drive up. I got there early and waited. Upon being waited on, I requested two oz of a strain and he weighed it up. When he went to ring it up, he couldn't sell me more than an ounce. He asked the manager for more product. Couldn't do it. He stuck to only selling me an oz. The manager came in and started making excuses. I've had this happen before, with the same rude manager. She needed to make a transfer or something and instead of doing her job, she decided to attack me for complaining. I want to buy their product. She went back out front. The bud tender then got rude. Told me I'd only get one oz. and, "you can take you buttons back". I make Colorado buttons and give them out. In this case, the bud tender was already wearing one of mine. When finished, I went back to the manager to complain about their rudeness. I'm a "customer". Suck it up. She made more excuses, wanting to blame me, for her not doing her job. Then the bud tender comes out and starts threatening me. WTF? Go sell buds, bud tender. And take my button off of your lanyard, fool. I wouldn't even give them one star. I've been a member for several years. When the manager said "you can go to one of the other eleven dispensaries in town" I was confused. Does her boss know that she is such a shitty manager. I've never had anyone else there be anything but helpful and nice. These people should get a new job if they can't smile and please the customer. Incidentally, there are fourteen other dispensaries in FC. All of which would probably like my business, as they are probably in it to make money. Her final statement to me was that "they have been bought out." I'm not sure if that was the reason for her shifty attitude, but I hope the new owner gets rid of her. Karen, another manager, is a much better "people person" and manager. Aside from having to interact with these people, I've always enjoyed going here. Lately, their inventory, on the med side, is lacking product. Just excuses there. Not on the rec side. I had to go to the rec side to buy anything worthwhile. And I'll give them credit for usually having good quality buds. Occasionally, no. Sticks. I guess I should take my six plants and go elsewhere.. read more

The customer service immediately through the door was awful. Rather than asking for our med card they automatically assumed and told us we were on the wrong side. they continued to be rude when the med card was proven so we left. the experience left us feeling irked so we called to speak with someone about it. the kid on the phone was just as rude. the medical side at Natural Alternatives and Solace Meds are both much friendlier and more inviting... we will continue to give them our business. Flower Power should take some notes. I just wanted an ounce of weed for Mother's Day, jerks! read more

Good gravy! That's is some Good Gravy! Loved it. Thank you for always being kind and patient with me. You're the only dispo I shop. As you know, I'll be back soon! read more

Great selection! Bud tenders were super friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend and I will be coming back.

Flower Power is great! I found they have the best prices and sell a quality product. They have been under new owners for over a year and they are friendly and amazing. I would highly recommend them! read more

Very nice staff, don't seem extremely knowledgeable but will help you as much as you need. The bud is priced great and is pretty good, but definitely no where near the quality of places like Leiffa and Organic Alternatives. Their live resin is dirt cheap and always good quality, but do not get the sale wax. I got a sale gram of regular wax and it definitely was not purged enough. Terrible taste on the exhale and left more of a tar on the nail after than normal. Will never buy any wax besides live resin from them again. read more

Always enjoy coming here for my products! Great customer service and very informative without asking!

This is the 2nd time I've been with my black family member here and the 2nd time the workers there gave them crap! I suggest going somewhere else if you are a person of color. This is BS! I'm going to make it a mission to tell everybody I know to never frequent this poorly run establishment. They should be ashamed! Too many other more friendly places we have been to and they can make that money..Adios!!!! read more

Worst customer service ever! Basically, if you ask a question as to why the price is higher than what is quoted online you are told F U! That's exactly what was said to me. More surprising, the manager didn't say anything to her employee(White male with shoulder length, dirty blonde hair). And he said F U right in front of her. Never seen an employee speak inappropriate words to a customer who has not even said one cuss word, and retain their job. yet he did, and wasn't even spoken to. I literally had to ask her to have him leave me alone. Harassment. All for asking a question. And they do not honor what is quoted to you online. As a business owner, you should always honor the online system to keep customers happy because that's what they think they're paying. Not surprised them in the end and make them feel like crap for asking a question Besides, the weed really isn't that Good. Good riddance will never step foot in the shop again. read more

Some of the best products in the area at this dispensary. I've read reviews on how their flower has seeds in it- which is ludicrous to me as I've never had one seed in the past 4 years I've been a member here. Just have to say their management and bud tenders are amazing. Shout out to Wes for always recommending the best products and Becca for always getting my order perfect. Best shop in FOCO no doubt. read more

I'm moving down to Fort Collins in August and I got to visit Flower Power while I was down there viewing homes. I was treated very kindly in reception and in the product room as well. As I was rung in a small mistake was made and I was given member prices despite not being a member! The manager was very professional about it and let me have the 4 grams of sale concentrate for $60! I'm not gonna complain about that deal! For there only being 2 dispensaries in FOCO that accept med patients under 21 ( which is a bummer ) I definitely know where I'll become a member at. read more

I purchased what I thought was "shake" and this is most definitely trim. NOT shake. I asked a few dispensaries and they agreed. Soooo disappointed. I don't think is even legitimate to sell baking quality TRIM as shake that will medicate you. I work hard for my money and don't appreciate being ripped off! Definitely taking my medical membership else where as will my daughter. THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF read more

Flower Power Botanicals - Cannabis Clinics Near Me - Fort Collins, Colorado

The manager with the nappy almost dreaded hair, you are extremely rude and very unprofessional. Honestly who do you think you are. You should come back down to reality and get over yourself. No one cares where your boyfriend works. You need to stop interrupting customers that are talking to bud tenders trying to make a purchase because you think that what you have to say is more important. You guys lost some good employees and now I'm understanding why. Your ego is so big it makes you a bad manager. Ugly. My response ~ Lmao that is the exact response I expected from someone who is so self important. Honey I'm there for the product not because I need attention. Good one tho! You really need to stop. You weren't just talking to another customer about their injury, you had to go into some big long story about where you boyfriend works and blah blah blah. I've already seen former employees working at other places around town and they've all said they are so much happier! I'll just keep taking my business else where. Thanks! read more

amazing place great competitive prices, employees, and selection! love it here i don't ever go anywhere else

This place could be great if they had some friendly people working. As soon as you enter you go in a room to be mean mugged by the receptionist 9 out of 10 times, to then go in another room to be mean mugged by two more people 10 out of 10 times. Coming here every few days and still, people working are exceptionally rude and would rather have a side conversation then help, and when they do help it's as if you are a burden. I would rather pay $70 for 1/8 elsewhere to not deal with the rude workers here, and that is exactly what I did, and plenty more people I talk with have also decided. My experience isn't near as bad as some of the other people I've spoke to. If kindness is something that makes your decision on where to go, avoid this dispensary at all costs. I was spending around $300 a week on my medicine here but couldnt handle the budtenders so i switched to around $400 a week at a better dispo and couldn't be happier. If you're not a local AVOID AT ALL COSTS as I imagine they would treat you far worse than the locals, and that is already horrible. Do check out different dispensaries!! EDIT: Went from 2 stars down to 1 as I didn't want to give them 1 at first but I also forgot how low quality their top shelf is. 1 star is what they deserve. read more

We are repeat customers for one and always have good customer service but this time a new guy was scanning ID's and kept scanning my husband's over and over giving him a hard time. I don't know if he was new but it made me upset because my husband is a black man and he didn't do that to any of the other customers in front or behind us. There are too many other places to go and be treated better. This was my favorite place to shop read more

Unhelpful, combative and downright paranoid sales staff. No thanks, plenty of alternative dispensaries in town.

Their web-sight does not reflect what their prices really are it is unacceptable for me to look at the web-sight then walk in and there's close to a $30 difference in price But the bud tender was super friendly and had some good jokes read more

I've heard great things about Flower Power from friends and was excited to give them a try. They were affordable, quick, nice, and their website was easy to use. HOWEVER the reason I only gave 3 stars is because I ordered an eighth and what I got is definitely less than an eighth. I understand businesses and staff are strained with the pandemic and social distancing restrictions, but it's very disappointing to get less than you payed for. I'd say I got closer to 2.5 grams. Very disappointed read more

This was my first visit to a legal dispensary, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! They were open before 9 am, the location was easy to find with plenty of parking, and most of all, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and extremely knowledgable. The guy who checked us in took the time to answer all my silly questions and share his expertise with me, which is important in this business, especially considering how controversial the idea of legal weed is to a lot of people. Getting information out there and showing people that cannibis is not something to fear is definitely what needs to happen to expand public opinion and really get the legalization ball moving for the rest of the country. These guys are going by the book and doing it right, in my opinion, and I will absolutely be returning in the future. read more

I wouldn't waste my time here. The Bud Tenders were pretentious and rude. The selection of eatables was good. The sample I was shown looked much different from what I received . It was poorly trimmed and not flushed well. Not medical grade. read more
