Recently purchasin pre-rolls and I have to say the quality is extremely poor. They are packed loosely and the flavor tastes close to cigarettes. The staff is friendly and very nice but the pre-roll/joints are not worth it. read more

Homegrown is good for me. Homegrown is the way it should be! Prices are fair, people are nice. It's in the basement, so just follow the signs at the store front. There are only a few stairs to take. It really is like an old school head shop. read more

I have been a patron of Herban Urderground since they opened, but the quality has very recently plummeted. I bought some flower today and brought it home, trusting that it would be the same high quality as ever. It is incredibly dry and crumbles to powder at the softest touch. I'm very disappointed and will not be purchasing flower from them again. It takes some guts and desperation to pawn off sub-par product on a long term customer such as myself, and I'm really surprised by this sudden and remarkable collapse in quality. Edit: It was 3.57 g of the Gelato hybrid. The person who measured it would have felt and been aware of the extreme level of desiccation, and yet he sold it to me anyway. If you don't want 1-star reviews, don't sell completely dried out product in the first place. I won't be back for a refund or anything else. It's not my job to make sure your business gets good reviews. read more

If a good dispensary can get 5 stars, then Herban Underground deserves 6 for being a great one! From the moment I parked in their lot, the great experience started. I was looking a little confused finding the right door to enter, when 2 people who obviously had ties to the place, directed me to it. There I was helped by another Philly transplant, Natalie. She was extremely knowledgeable about all the products, and the products themselves were top notch. I really enjoyed the big window to their grow room, very beautiful plants there! The flower was exceptional and the selection of carts & edibles was beyond anything I could ask for. Although it took me about 30 minutes to get there, I'll definitely be making this trip weekly for the great selection & the great staff! read more

They have an excellent point system, and even though you're spending, you're also accumulating points & before you know it, you have $20 or more to take off your bill. Their cannabis flower is priced in tiers, with the max around $40 an 1/8th, so there's something for every budget. Back in the day, I made pot brownies the old fashion way and I was only able to make desserts. You can buy a bottle of Ripple that carries 10 individual packages of fast-acting dissolvable spice to make breakfast, lunch, dinner and of course dessert.
