Rocky Mountain Cannabis has AMAZING customer service!! I wish I got homeboy's name who was helping me, but he was a gem. I believe this is an old house converted into a dispensary and I'm in love. For a smaller store, they have a phenomenal selection of high end THC cartridges. What is showing on their Weed Maps menu, is exactly what's in store. For you Blue Dream lovers out there, like myself, they have it in a 1g cartridge. Hits like a dream! I'll probably only come here for my cartridges moving forward. read more

Hands-down, one of my top three favorite dispensaries in Denver. Soleil, Freedom, and Jonathan kick ass. They keep this tiny house of a shop running like a foreign sports car. I love the deals. I love the prices and I love the no-frills vibe. You'd be surprised at the selection that they can fit into this tiny little green and white house sitting on Alameda next to a random car wash ( which is my secret way to get there by taking that Alley). If you blink on Alameda, you will miss it. Not far from the Safeway. Most of all every single time I come no matter what I'm looking to spend I never leave empty-handed The service is top-notch. I'm treated like a person not like a situation or a number or anything other than a friend that is coming in looking to buy some mud and I really appreciate that about the shop. They know I will be back and I will always bring visitors and more. I hope I can continue to support you guys in this difficult marijuana industry. read more

The worst place I've experienced in Denver, so far! Poor customer service and will sell you anything. You won't know it's wrong until you get home. read more

5 stars, you earned it! These guys are the best. Ive never been to the other location, just Alameda. I had to return a vape cartridge and they went above and beyond to help me exchange it. Joe, the manager was in boss mode and going far to help me out. I'm not a heavy user, but I will come here all the time from now on. Good selection of edibles and vape carts as well as flower and wax, etc. Free parking in rear of old bungalow house on alameda, or park at liquor store next door. read more

I'm experienced and have my MED badge. I've applied a few times and have even stopped in. I'm a great customer too but don't even get the consideration of a response. They hired two twenty somethings to work and I know at least one quit. Guess if I wasn't in my 50s I would've been treated better read more

We were greeted at the door by Arcelia who was a delight to talk with. She answered all of our questions regarding medicinals as well as recreational options. She was very knowledgeable of all the products and made some fantastic recommendations. I don't see how you could go wrong visiting Northern Lights. We'll be back soon! Thanks, Jim and Lisa read more

Davis helped me and was awesome! Answered all of my questions and overall great experience

Covid has changed a lot of rules and regulations right now, which I totally get. When we first arrived a women employee greeted us at the door and she was super nice. She explained the rules to me and how I couldn't cross the blue line. The Asian male employee was rude. My toes went over the blue line and he yelled at me to get back. I apologized and he went back to whatever he was doing. His attitude changed the whole vibe. My friend went in after me and was asking questions about the cartridges and the male was rude to him also. Because the man had a bad attitude and ruined the good vibe the female was sending out, we will not be back. Rude employees will run a company down. read more

First dispensary visit in Denver and we couldn't have been treated better. Awesome atmosphere was so welcoming and had a super chill vibe. Workers were on point with helping us and explained any question we could have had. Highly Recommend!! Also helped that the owner (I assume was the owner or manager) was a fellow midwesterner. Sealed the deal! read more

Always very friendly service here. And they give their neighbors 10% off which is nice. They also have daily deals which can all be accessed on Sundays which is great. The top shelf bud is a bit overpriced compared to surrounding competitors, but they have a decent line up and price ranges. The top top shelf buds are nice and fresh and well cured. read more

The staff was very knowledgeable, took the time to go over different products and educate me as a consumer. Mitch was awesome!!!

I just got some of the planet Pluto from here it says it's grown from the chronic factory?? I wish I never would've got this weed it has black aphids all on the buds I'm so disappointed in this weed don't ever buy from this company. read more

This place is top notch! The bud tenders (esp Freedom) are so inviting and helpful. Patient and thoughtful and made us feel absolutely valued. Amazing and best selection of PAX Pods we've found anywhere... different from the usual suspects at other shops. Definitely come and enjoy the welcoming folks here. Quality all the way! read more

LOVE THIS PLACE!! the staff is super knowledgeable, friendly and frankly they're just fun! lots of discounts and running discounts for some of their neighbors. i hate places that look like a mall jewelry store, this place IS OPEN UNTIL 10!! i gotta get over there brb read more

Similar to the real "Northern Lights", this place can't fully be explained. It's in a quaint little house, yet has a waiting room out of an underground poker movie. The people tending to you are laid back, but still shrewd business negotiators. I loved it. read more

I went in this morning because I was having issues with turtle cartridges on my o-pen battery. The two guys working gave me a free battery that is more compatible with the cartridges and totally fixed the problem! read more

Just went in for a night-cap and I have to say Stephanie who works the counter is so nice. Very personable and just a generally pleasant experience all around. Keep it up! read more

The people here were awesome! It was the first time to a dispensary for me, and they were so helpful and took the time to explain all of their products. I would highly recommend them!! read more

I love the Sloans lake area and i am normally so excited to be back in the area. I was ecstatic to discover that not too far from my apartment, in Denver, there was a pleasant little dispensary only 10 minutes away. When i got there the skinny little girl at the front desk, checking IDs , was rude as heck. She had bangs, and i Think she owned the dog running around in the shop at the time. She was quiet, rude and showed no care for her job at all. The lady inside trying to sell me weed products was lame and showed no desire to educate me on the best edibles and cartridges available to me at the time of purchase! She was short and seemed irritated with our visit. On the other hand the man who helped a second portion of our party was very informative had our best interest in mind at all times. Unfortunately i will not be coming back to this dispensary due to the poor service. We will always go to all other dispensaries offered in the region. read more

I love this dispensary! :) I have shopped in Denver for close to three years and this shop is consistently one of the best, so I thought I would come say so! They have a consistently good selection of great cannabis and their bud tenders are really helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend to anyone, in state or out of state read more

Top notch. First time being to the area and they were able to answer any questions I had. Super friendly staff, great variety. I'd definitely recommend. read more

The assistant manager in today was too excited to kick me out and instructed me to write a review. So, here it goes. I was dropped off by a lyft at the Aamco next door. No car was parked in their lot. Someone who worked there came out and started harassing me. I flipped her off and walked in the dispensary. I asked if the car place usually harnesses their customers, the asst manager said if you park in their lot. The owner of the car place comes over to the dispensary. The asst manager let him in. He proceeds to talk about a car that isnt in his lot. The asst manager says the "fight" is between me and the car place owner. The asst manager proceeds to tell me because of how I am acting, he isn't selling me anything. I ask if this is customer service and he tells me he isn't selling to me, because he let the person in, that I asked do they harass customers. I won't be back in and suggest anyone that is a person of color, do the same. read more

I was disappointed with the quality of products and poor customer service. And some very silly rules. Grow up Northern you are not the only game in town. read more

I've been visiting you guys for a good year now, before you changed names but the staff has not changed and the buds have just gotten better! Your staff are happy faces I love to see whenever I come in, they are nice and know their stuff and know what I enjoy. It's easy to say I'd easily be friends with them, even if I wasn't buying things. The store over all is one of my more favorites for its small and intimate and doesn't have a big feel at all, but have nice stocked shelves. They are defiantly the goods so give them a visit!! read more

Service is terrible. Second time that I said I would never come back. They think they're the only place with bud in town.
