I'm sure it's a loss leader, but like the Costco rotisserie chickens it gets me in the door to spend money on other things. In general it is a pleasant shopping experience now that I know the store layout - it doesn't seem to get as crowded as other grocery stores and their staff are always nice. My one quibble would be with stocking of sale items - they often seem to be sold out and/or limited selection.

After she rang everything but the last item up she asked if I need bags. I said yes. She then said " you can grab them and start bagging". I said no I just finished a long day at work I'm not here to work more. She looked at me offended. I said "I'm really suppose to bag them?" She said "yes". I made a complaint to the manager and he sided with her saying " it's hard for me to believe she expected you to bag." He was very un polite and unprofessional to me.
