I've been standing in the front room for 15 minutes while the front desk lady tries to sign in customers to be let in to the main room. Not sure if the fault is on her for not being savvy and fast or if the place is just understaffed. It shouldn't take 15 minutes to get into a dispensary. I wouldn't write a review if it wasn't truly a problem. This is not the first time I've experienced this. Getting in and getting out should be simple and easy and fast and it's definitely the longest process for any dispensary I've been to. read more

We've been in there several times before and had great experiences, but tonight was awful. The host asked us if we had a loyalty card, (we didn't), but didn't tell us about the program or offer us one. Once inside, our attendant acted irritated from the start. We like to learn about the different strains and he was not in the mood to answer many questions. Needless to say we will try other options before heading there again. Welcome to the beginning of the cannabis Wal-Marts! First off, the place is very, VERY professionally run and the first thing you'll notice is that everything is absolutely IMMACULATE. They do an excellent job of giving you a nice looking place to shop. The employees are friendly and pretty much always prompt to help you out. Their knowledge is a little lacking sometimes as most employees don't know the genetics in most strains asked about and generally will have to ask a manager or you're left with the 'but trust me it's good' instead of actual fact. Now for the largest negative around. This is probably one of the most expensive dispensaries you'll go to, bar none. They sell half grams of shatter/wax for the price of a FULL gram any other places with absolutely no quality increase, in fact the last I had purchased from them (which led to my tipping point to start looking elsewhere) was the sub-par quality that I had purchased. Granted, shatter is not supposed to taste like candy, but this tasted like chemicals and badly. I've purchased about 4-5 grams from them in the past, but after this experience I've been exploring the other alternatives around here which are far more cost effective and are much higher on the quality end. It seems as though they have the marketing down to an art, but the actual product and customer experience is lacking as other places feel like they're a part of the community, but here you just feel like you're going to Wal-Mart but without the low prices. If you don't mind spending (a lot of) extra money and quality isn't an issue for you this is extremely conveniently placed and there's never a huge wait. read more

I went there with my cousin to purchase a cartridge for my pen. When we got home the cartridge immediately broke because it was made of cheap plastic. The brand was Nectarbee and we were able to do the exchange but when we informed the budtender about the issue he knew about it already which made me think why would they sell a product like that. We exchanged the cartridge for some flower and a preroll. We got it home and the flower was dryer then some ashy knees. I took the preroll out and it was flakier than a dry biscuit. I placed an order online and then received a text at 9:45pm that it was ready for pickup. We got to the store at 9:50pm only to realize it was closed. Not a big deal, but I made eye contact with the employee and he just shook his head at me. Then when he looked back up I tried to ask him to come over so I could show him my phone with the text saying my order was ready and he and his coworker just walked away. We started to walk to the car and I looked back and the second guy was laughing at us. I don't understand why they would fill an order that close to closing and let me know it was ready? And why couldn't they come to the door and let me know they couldn't help me? I won't be going back to that store. read more

I thought I would check this place out since it's down the street from my house but it's By far the worst dispo I've been to. 1 gram of weed is $20 and I have my mad card! You're pretty much paying for all the computers, it's pretty much a Apple Store for dispos. The workers don't even know what they are talking about. When I go to a dispo I wanna hear some one explain from the heart and soul not just saying "oh read the screen and it will tell you" no knowledge at all. And the flower sucks doesn't taste like it's been naturally grown. It burns the shit out of your throat and doesn't taste good at all. So never again. read more

I'm traveling from out of town. It was my first time at The Green Solution. I don't live in a state where marijuana is legal so I was unsure what to expect as it was my first time going there. A man named Ralston helped me. Except he was exactly the opposite of helpful. He was short, rude and uninterested. I felt rushed. There was CBD shatter available and I have never seen CBD in that form. I tried to ask what was in it and if it had THC in it and he cut me off with ,"yep it's CBD." He was condescending and rude towards me and my boyfriend for our lack of knowledge. How are we supposed to know what we are looking at? This is all illegal where we are from. On top of terrible customer service, compared to other dispensaries I have been to in the area, it's more than a little pricey. I absolutely would not recommend going here to anyone. Especially not anybody who is from somewhere where weed isn't legal. read more

Worst service ever. I would not recommend them to anyone. Waited in line for 10 minutes and only 1 person had been brought to the counter in that time. Left and went to one right down the street, Colorado harvest, got fastfriendly service there and great product. Response to comment: there were numerous employees standing around. 2 were talking to each other and others exited a door leaving the bud tending area. When leaving I commented to the guy at the desk that there wait time was ridiculous and that employees were standing around. I didn't hear exactly what he replied but the tone and he body language was confrontational and is actually what made me the most angry about the entire situation. Customers come first and it's clear from other reviews that this has been an ongoing issue for this location. I won't ever shop at one of these locations. Horrible. The people are friendly and the place is nicely put together. They have all these tablets displayed behind glass with the info about each strain they offer with a big ol bud in front of it. Went in there to get their $89 ounce special and it was "ground shake"! Eww. I then asked to see they next step up which was $99/oz. which was supposed to be buds. When you get up to the counter, which I might add is like 7 ft high, you have to smell the bud on your tippy toes with the bud tender barely holding it down for you and smell it over his finger (gross). I asked if I could see the bud I was getting and asked them to pour it our on a tray and they couldn't even do that. So I can't see or smell what kind of weed I'm getting! No thanks! Yesterday was my 2nd visit to The Green solution even thought I have visited quite a few dispensaries here in CO. I'm from CA and this is the worst visit ever that I need to write a review. Came in and greeted by this lady, i forgot her name. I asked her about shatter and she was rushing me, she keeps asking me questions and didnt even give me enough time to think. So i got a freaking 0.5 gram of hybrid and indica shatter for $19.99 each and i got a brookie edible for $7.00. $19.99 per half a gram is way overpriced, i think she charged me out of state price. I dont know if she need to disclose that but the guy who helped me the last i went to the TGS didn't charge me this HIGH!! On top of $48 dollars, they taxed me $10 and paid a total of $58. I never get taxed this high from a dispensary and I didnt even know, i was already outside when i read my receipt and just didnt care. I'm just not going back here anymore.
