If you're looking for a more traditional berry smoothie, the Post Workout is a must-try. In my opinion, the pricing matches the quality and it's definitely worth it. This place was beautiful and very visually appealing, however the price for the QUALITY of some of their items was disappointing. The smoothie I ordered was around $15 which is understandable, slightly ridiculous but understandable, however the quality of the smoothie was so grainy and the mango and pineapple I was hoping for was nowhere to be found on the flavor profile. If you're a green person and you enjoy barely any flavor for a high price, this is the place for you! Also don't get the muffins unless you enjoy the texture of sand! read more

A small and super cute juicery right near the coastline of Virginia Beach. This place is perfect if you need a refreshing drink or a shot made with ginger. I love coming here when I'm too lazy to make my own juice and smoothie or if I come out for a Trader Joe's run because they do a great job, and everything is very fresh. I will say that the service was a little bit on the slower end. We saw that there were over five drinks that were ready just on the counter for over five minutes and one of them was ours that we were just waiting for someone to call out. Another thing is that I personally think that it is a little bit over priced for the drinks, so definitely not a place I go to all the time but definitely will come here at least once a month if I'm feeling like I want to try and new juice or just get a refresher! I always get the green drink with a ginger shot, so I highly recommend those two. There was a couple who sat next to me- I had my well behaved leashed dogs under the table and one got up to get a drink of water and the women yelled at me and raised her hand at my dog. I was appalled as we were many other people on the patio at the time. Who raises their hand to hit someone else's dog. I understand not everyone is dog friendly, and I am very mindful of my dogs in public spaces . The staff was apologetic and very kind. They even brought the dogs a little peanut butter shake. It was a perfect portion for what I needed. The yummy toast slices were topped with avocado, green goddess dressing, and greens. It was fresh and tasty. My friend wasn't a big fan of what she got. Her coffee was bitter and the protein bites weren't that good but they were filling and healthy, which is why she got them. Our fresh pressed juices were delicious, however. All and all I was quite happy with what I ordered and the cafe in general. Locals will point you to other places, but my friends & I wanted to give it a second chance. To note, the acai bowl does NOT contain granola and it just was not that thick for your typical acai. When I ordered an iced chai, the baristas genuinely tried to figure something out to make the drink, but it ended up tasting super watered down but with an added mix of milk and tea. I couldn't finish it so I ordered an iced coffee and it also ended up tasting super watered down too despite the fact they were both served immediately. Overall, I'd say my experience was so-so.
