Not really sure why this place gets such mixed reviews we've been here multiple times and have always had a great experience. The food is consistently good and the service has been solid every time. I love the wings, the happy hour tacos are sooo good, I've tried a couple sandwiches that I've really liked, the nachos are great too. It's just an easy spot to go when you want something reliable. There are tons of TVs if you're there for a game, and the outdoor area is such a great setup with views, fire pits, and plenty of seating. Inside has lots of space too, and the happy hour is definitely worth it. If I had one small note, I'd just love to see the beers rotate every once in a while since they're usually the same when we come in, but overall we'll definitely keep going back. read more

When my family and I walked through the front door we were greeted by a sign that said seat yourself. Not a single server greeted us. We were there for about an hour, in that time we only were able to order a round of drinks and an appetizer. They didn't even give my kids crayons for their color menus.... The whole time we kept noticing all of the servers congregating around the server station area and not doing anything else. Every so often one would go actually do their job and then immediately back to the server station to do nothing at all.... I have been there before and enjoyed the food and ambiance but the service is sub par. Seems like they get annoyed to have to actually do any waitressing. I met a few old high school buddies at the Grainhouse for a couple of beers and some lunch. The beers were cold and the service was OK, but the price of the food was outrageous! Tell me when a soft pretzel is worth 15.00? My bill for a pretzel and 2 beers was 32.44, and the service wasn't that great either. On top of that they have the audacity to charge you a 1.45 project improvement fee on your tab. Seems like the outrageous price of that pretzel would cover any made-up fees that they put on your tab. Came here just to watch the Broncos game. Drinks were great atmosphere was amazing, I will say we got one of the last open tables but we came a little late. We did not try the food but everything we saw that came out looked good. read more

Some of the earlier reviews may have been from when the restaurant first opened, but we had a great experience. We visited with a large group of about 25 people after the last day of school. The staff handled our group really well, especially with us sitting outside. They split the checks at the time of ordering, which made paying simple and stress-free. There was no automatic gratuity added, which was also appreciated. The food was solid. The kids' burger was a great portion size, the cowboy sandwich was really good, and the wings were above average. Not the best I've ever had, but definitely enjoyable. The drinks were also worth mentioning. The margarita was excellent, and the espresso martini was smooth and well made. read more

I really wanted to love it here. The location is awesome and I love the vibe they are going for, but it could really use some improvements. I think if you are just coming for a beer and to watch a game, it's great for that. There are TVs everywhere and one giant screen over the bar. They have a decent selection of beers on tap. We went for lunch and weren't super impressed. The iced tea is poured from Gold Peak tea bottles. Our sever was very nice but we never got the sweetener we asked for. My turkey melt was okay, but it wasn't hot when I got it. My husband said his burger was bland and he wouldn't order it again. Also, there were flies everywhere and constantly landing on our food so that was a bummer. Maybe we'll try again in a few months and see if anything has changed. read more

First time here. Was a fun, comfy atmosphere. There is a large amount of seating inside and at the bar as well as a yon of tables and swing tables outside. It's old farm land so that is the feeling and design. Old tractors and farm equipment sitting outside to look at and enjoy. There are also a few goats to pet. It's a great place for kids and family to gather or meeting up with friends. It's big and open so it can get a bit loud . Didn't bother us. It's near the golf course so there is a golf store on the premises. They had great cocktails and several beers. Good menu has appetizers and a couple sandwiches and several different types of poutine . Fun place! read more

The venue is a super cool idea but it is a very mixed crowd due to its connection with the golf course. It definitely could use more seating. The staff was super friendly but not enough people at the bar, the line for walk up bar orders was crazy long. I didn't try the food but it looked good; we were there to see the band. Overall I would recommend going if you are in the area, I live south of Denver but would make the drive to try the food and hang out in the huge outdoor seating area. What a pleasant surprise in a newer section if Windsor! I thought the sledding/ski hill was the only attraction here but The Grainhouse opened a couple of months ago. The inside is huge with a fun agricultural theme. There are a few options for food and several drinks to choose from. If you're a sports lover, the TV screens are also enormous. Our kind server informed us they will introduce live music as the weather improves. The outdoor seating area looks very inviting for warmer temps as well. read more

Been to this place a few times during the different seasons. During the winter is good but it's really busy with people using the slopes. Went a few weeks ago and I must say it's a different vibe. I really like the inside of this place and the huge tv screen is great for sports viewing. Have only had some of the appetizers and they were good. The green beans are really good and the service is great. Plan to enjoy a few more visits during the summer. read more

I didn't even get to try a glass of water as the 6 servers that were standing talking by the bar never bother to acknowledge us even when they were serving the small group right next to us, literally inches from us. Waited 30 minutes and I went grabbed a menu from the bar waited 15 more minutes and left. read more

Sat there for 20 minutes inside and 20 minutes outside. No one ever acknowledged us even after my wife asked if they waited tables outside. Let me know when the service gets fixed and we'd love to try it. One star for decor! read more

I'm surprised I haven't gotten food poisoning here before but the only thing they serve is 2 sandwiches and a bunch of fries. They have 4 options of fries and that is half the entire menu.
