Our grandson's 13th. Birthday and he picked here to celebrate. The adults got the bowling, laser tag, and Buillards package. The grandchildren got arcade cards too. The bowling lanes were sticky. We couldn't glide up to the could line. Wiping the floor down didn't seem to help. Possibly it could have been our shoes. I am not sure. The laser tag was a lot of fun. Okay, I live D&B even more after this place. It's difficult to find a reason to like this other than the employees, whom are completely undervalued and underpaid. If only they knew how much more money they could make literally at any place on earth. Aside from that: it's not just a normal rip off. Non of the games play right so you are ( if you catch it and don't put $1000 in one machine) you have to stand in line and talk to the poor under paid employees to get your money back... or credits which you would never even really know most times. It interrupts time with f Your family to dispute faulty games all night. I lost my card in the place that I just put $100 - bonus on. The people at the counter were nice enough to give some of it back to me. It wasn't the whole amount and also there's no way to shut off the other card so some very dishonest kid or adult Sunni g around with $100, which bothered me more than anything. Of it was a credit card, we would t be rewarding Theft, we'd be prosecuting. If I want to give $100 dollars to someone, it would be a cool someone. Also, it's su day and it say I ca. okay play pool from 5- close for $16 the. You go get balls from the bar to pay for it and it's $10 an hour but at the game counter the people playing next to me got it for $16 until close. How is that a thing ?! The only stats here are the under paid employees Also!!! It's March madness and every TV is set to the Discovery channel. Wtf? At least I. The pool room area have some games. We had a great experience with a large party today at Main Event! The in-person support from staff was kind and helpful - I got introduced to two different managers and our 3 waitstaff at the start of the event and the waitstaff especially were super attentive. The group enjoyed unlimited sodas, hot pizza, bowling, laser tag, and arcade games. When there was a mishap with booking and laser tag wasn't included in the reservation, it was added in as a perk for those who wanted to participate, which was impressive! The facility itself is clean, with lots of options to play (though a smaller arcade) and plentiful staff around. The booking process itself was a bit confusing - I submitted an online request and was connected to one person via email, but that person wasn't available via phone, so I talked to two different people via phone (and they're only free 9-5) as I had some additional questions. I then waited over a week to actually receive a contract via email, so that process could definitely be improved/sped up. read more

So we had a mix-up regarding a birthday party for my son when we got there, but they were more than happy to assist me anyway. So they made a great deal of effort to make my son feel special. I believe the birthday boy ate a burger and some pretzels and was enjoying them. We began our celebration with a game of bowling, and the area was spacious and open enough for us to enjoy ourselves. The software for paying the bill is super glitchy and not great for splitting the bill. The tipping part is very confusing. Came here for the first time recently with my husband for a work xmas party in January party. Had never been so wasn't quite sure what to expect. The parking lot in spite of being pretty large was packed. Be prepared you may need to park across the street. It is a pretty large venue. They have laser tag, bowling, bar, arcade games and more?? They did have some rooms for events/parties. My husbands company rented a room and had their party catered via the venue. The food was all clearly labeled if it was gluten free or vegetarian. But the items chose there was not a lot of vegan/vegetarian. What was there was some salad with wilted lettuce, fruit, and then some steamed vegetables. The servers were pleasant. and my husband did enjoy his meal which had many more options. Bowling was great. lots of lanes and lots of balls to choose from. The seats were comfortable. Laser tag was also really fun. The arcade area was pretty loud so if you are sensitive to noise that is probably not the area for you. It was a fun party. Overall this is not really my scene however. I bowl once a year usually and then its too far away from our house to go do laser tag there if we wanted to do that again. It was fun to experience though. Do NOT trust this facility ! I called ahead to plan a birthday party that was going to be 700.00 for. Special needs child. After taking my deposit I received a call from Alejandro Martinez who is the Regional event planner. She said they would not be willing to reserve the Eagles Nest room. I told her this group was special needs children and if the facility could not guarantee that room then I would need to cancel the reservation. I then explained these children would need that private area. She again said it would be a "Day of decision". I told her I would not put these families through that. She said, you can cancel but I am not giving back your deposit". This lady and company do not care about our community or special needs children at all. While it started rough waiting past the time we were told, the GM Ryan made it right putting our large party in the Eagles Nest and giving us a complimentary one hour of bowling cards and the kids arcade cards for the inconvenience of our wait, saving our family holiday party. If you get a server named Brittney request a new one! I came here with my family to go bowling. There was only 3 of us. We get there and we wanted to order some drinks, she comes takes our order and my sister ordered a Dr Pepper it tasted so bad she wanted to exchange it. My sister had to go up the bar and ask for a new one. Mean while she's behind the bar doing literally nothing just sitting there looking at her phone. A little bit later we wanted to order some food, so we had to go up and ask where is our server because She was no where in sight. Someone had to tell her multiple times to come over and do her job. I will say the food was good and bowling was really fun. There was a lot of other people coming over and doing her job for her, someone brought our food to us and was asking if we needed anything else the second she saw him come over to help us that's when she came running over to act like she was being "helpful". By the end of the night she comes up and asks for our payment didn't bring a bill to tell us our total or anything just came and grabbed our cards! We were asking her if she was going to tell us a total or give us a receipt for what we were being charged for! She brought the receipt after we spoke up not sure why she didn't bring the bill before asking for the card but it was probably because she obviously didn't wanna be there. I get that some people have bad days but she has been our server before a week before this incident and she did the exact same thing. Unfortunately, this was a disappointing visit. In fact, we will find a new place to bowl. My parents invited us and all of their grandchildren to bowl and enjoy lunch. They made a reservation because that's an appropriate thing to do; however it cost them $30. The entire place had less than half occupancy. I took pictures of just how empty it was during our visit. The manager, Kristen, attempted to explain why the Summit thinks it's acceptable to take a nonrefundable $15/lane at time of making a reservation. No additional service was provided. This money got us nothing extra. When asked about it, Kristen was a condescending. Although, in the end, I was not upset with her, she still refused to comp the $30 reservation fee which was upsetting and disappointing. Yes, it's fair to charge for a reservation if you credit it back to the costumer when they show up. But just charging money for a reservation? In my book that's bad business; it's stealing. I asked for regional or corporate contact info which she could not or did not want to provide. I cannot find it on the website. For boasting elevated entertainment, the food and service have grossly declined. Yet, the prices and cost to costumers have increased. We'll spend our money elsewhere--a place that values a customers experience at a fair price. The Summit seeks to gouge customers at every turn or click on a website. Despicable! read more

Tried this place out cause we needed a new place for bowling. Wow, what a great surprise. It's like a mix between a bowling alley, sports bar and Dave n busters. First, we had a blast. Couple drinks while bowling followed by time in the arcade and dinner at the restaurant. Our server Gabriel was attentive, assertive, and super friendly. We got the Mac n cheese burger (epic burger, Mac n cheese was a home made recipe, complements to the chef in charge of that!) and the PB & Strawberry Habanero Jelly Burger. Bother we're cooked and presented as expected minus the pb&j. Sadly I had to ask for more pb&j since there was only a little smattering on either side of the burger. Gabriel hooks up up quickly and with a smile. Also, just a recommendation from someone that loves pepper jelly: if you advertise habanero, I better feel a lil heat, or a bite of it. the jelly was good and complemented, but would've been better with the habanero. For those like me who are slightly hearing impaired, it's loud... conversations are hard to have since the acoustics echo everything from everyone. This is the second time we've been here and second time we had an issue w the wine available. This specific time there was 2 of us in our party that asked for a sauvignon blanc-which was our fault for not realizing that white wine was not available but the waitress seemed to have put it into her tablet and all was fine. She gave us our drinks she said we didn't have what you wanted so here is a Cabernet--if she knew what we ordered, we ordered a white wine, not a red and never asked if we wanted a different wine or suggested anything. We still paid for the wine we did not want so I would suggest that the servers know the wines or ask before serving something unwanted. read more

Came during the week to have lunch and have my 12-year-old grandson burn off some energy. The food was a little slow getting out just a little. But once It got there it was good much better than I would expect of a place like this. We had nachos a hamburger and a quesadilla and they were all terrific. Plus they have these things called "funnel fries". It was a funnel cake cut up and french fries. And they are addictive just giving you a heads up. The server was incredibly nice and friendly and it was a very nice atmosphere. As for the game room it's fun. But like all game room is very noisy and a little busy. I've heard really good things about this place so I gave it a shot. Upon walking in, the young girl at the front treated my friend and I like a burden when in reality she could've just been helpful from the start considering we'd never been there. Then our lane didn't work. We pressed the service button and waited 15 minutes and finally had to go find someone to help. One girl said she'd help and just disappeared. Thankfully I found the manager who actually helped and managed to fix it. It ended up not fixing the second time around (no fault of his) so he moved us and then all was well with how the game went that is.. while we were waiting doe the maintenance stuff with the lane, it was impossible to find a waitress. Eventually we got one and the manager gave us all the food for free. The loaded fries were amazing. The wings were good too. They definitely have a good selection on food and drinks. The manager is what made me want to give this place another chance, he was helpful and patient. The two waitresses and the girl up front need training on customer service bc they were just rude and way too sassy to be working around customers. I've been in customer service 10+ years and I realize people can be stressful but in this case, they just had attitude issues. read more

The Summit is a fun place. It is well designed and has lots to do. We bowled for an hour and were surprised that the lane was only 5.00/hour for all of us instead of per person. An hour of bowling during happy hour with shoe rental was less than 15.00 for a family of four! We ordered appetizers and they were delicious and brought right to us at the bowling lane. The lanes are comfortable, clean and the music was great! read more

Rude bartender refused to take our order, when we asked to speak to a manager our concerns were dismissed by Anthony (a manager) who resolved nothing. We don't ask for anything other than decent service. The facility itself is pretty amazing and houses laser tag, bowling and game room but the service was a zero. As far as versatility goes, this place has a lot. The restaurant is nice, there is an arcade and bowling alley along with party rooms. You can also set the bumpers to pop up for specific bowlers and not be out the entire time. As wonderful as everything is, my one hang up is the price. It seems very expensive. I paid almost $80 for 3 pizzas and bowling is by the hour and I want to say was over $40/hr. For a family to go out for the evening it's easy to spend $200 here. Great venue for family and Sunday noon is a popular place for kids birthdays. If you're not into loud parties, ripped benches and possibly sticky lanes, then move on to other bowling alleys. When they dim the lights and the flashing lights are turned in, music is cranked up, forget about your league bowling conditions. Enjoy it. Most bowlers will not be league etiquette savvy so you'd definitely need to put aside all expectations of someone not bowling when you're already up there. There is regular bar service without needing to leave the lane. I think it's an all time low having to sit on sunken ripped benches. read more

Read the health inspection report. It's horrifying: Wiping cloths are dirty. Cold handling. Dishwasher wasn't run with proper chemicals. No connections between potable water and waste water. Not marking dates on food. Bag of mixed greens was stored at 54 degrees (suppose to be in the 40's). Mop sink had standing water. Clorox Disinfectant wipes stored above food. Wet wiping cloths were found filthy and stored on cutting boards behind the bar. The list goes on. Look up their report for yourselves. It's bad. Botulism is a real thing and you can die from it. read more
