I rate any place I visit not just on the food, but the service provided and overall experience. I've been coming here for a while. The food is actually pretty decent (which is the only reason I return) but the friendliness of the owners leaves a lot to be desired. Tony is incredibly rude and unfriendly, as is his family. I don't know why, they appear to be friendly and warm to everyone else, and I have attempted to smile and be friendly to all, but am met with coldness, indifference and outright rudeness, and his attitude make me wish this place had a drive thru or call ahead to reduce interaction as dealing with him is always a very unpleasant experience. And even when there's a long wait, you can easily pass the time reading the stories about various Lehigh athletics from the past several decades pasted and fading all around you. The portions are huge and you may, against your own wishes, be forced to order something with a dorky name that will promptly be yelled out. The sandwiches are tasty and they move through so much inventory that the ingredients are always fresh. There are zillions of potato chip varieties to choose from to go with your sandwich, too. (I suppose the only people who wouldn't enjoy it here are the highly indecisive). It's also just a tad less fun when the owner is getting frustrated with his student employees and starts snapping at them. This menu had some real interesting choices. I opted for the Charizard. The Charizard consisted of buffalo chicken, prosciutto, bacon, pepper jack, Santa Fe turkey, and hot sauce. This was very solid. At first, I thought it was going to be buffalo chicken tenders, but it was the cold cut which was even better.
