Went solo and sat at one of the high tops. Started with coffee, which was actually really good for diner coffee. I ordered the chicken fried steak with crispy hashbrowns covered in Monterey Jack cheese and a sweet cream pancake. The chicken fried steak was well seasoned and flavorful. I just wish the breading had been a little crispier. The gravy was definitely a highlight though. The hashbrowns had good flavor but were a little soft in the middle compared to how crispy I personally like them. Now the pancake... HUGE. Basically plate-sized. The sweet cream batter already gives it sweetness on its own, but once you add butter and syrup it really takes it over the top. Overall, a really good breakfast and definitely a solid option for breakfast or lunch in the area. They can get busy, but if there's a wait it's worth sticking around for.

They do have a small parklet area if you want some more shelter. It's fast casual, so order at the window and they'll give you a buzzer that'll go off when your order is ready. I had the breakfast sandwich entree. As you can see, portion sizes are generous and the food did not disappoint! Breakfast sandwich was lightly toasted and the potatoes were well-seasoned. Customer service was a bit lacking. Had to go back to the window a couple of times to ask for stuff and felt bad having to bother them every time.
