It's been a while since I've had a customer service/sales experience that left me with this many good things to say. My friend Patty and I came to this location for her 3:15 appointment with Ray Lawrence. We arrived early at about 2:50. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by the manager and walked to our seats where Patty would be helped. I was simply along for the ride and to be of moral support lol. Almost immediately Ray, her salesman/consultant, approached us with a smile and made sure we were comfortable and aware that he would be with us shortly. Just a couple minute later he returned with the ink pad and items he needed to begin. Before starting the measuring, he made sure to ask in-depth questions of what it was she needed. She's 58 and is a good candidate for knee replacement surgery but has decided not to go through with it. She's giving good feet a try first. After all, many knee issues start with the feet. We were there probably close to half an hour or so, while he took every step possible to ensure that the orthotics fit properly, provided immediate relief, and were comfortable for her. He made sure she never had to change the shoe herself, and that each time he changed an insert, he demonstrated HOW to change them for the best fit. He changed her shoes, bow tied and all probably 4-5 times to allow her to experience the differences. Each time she'd get up to walk, I could see the difference in her posture and pase. She was walking faster, with straighter posture, and MUCH better balance. She said she felt INSTANT pain relief. He got to know her mobility needs and schedule in regard to working on concrete floors for a long time. He gave her a schedule and explained the process of adapting to the inserts, what instances to wear which ones, what to and not to do, etc. When it came time for the price, we were both in a bit of a shock, but Ray took the time to explain all that came with the price. She went with the $2995 package which included 4 pairs of inserts, a pair of brooks sneakers, medical grade socks, and a lot more. Not to mention the lifetime warranty. When these ones wear out, you bring them in and get new ones. It's an amazing investment. He went over the finance options ($160ish per month for 18 months INTEREST FREE - totally doable for extended mobility!) and made her feel comfortable taking her time with her decision. You'd think the experience would've been high pressure to buy like some other reviews said, but it really wasn't. It was a comfortable learning experience that ended in a sale and greatly improved mobility .. if that makes sense. Anywho, I always talk too much on these, but to sum it up, Ray was amazing and my friend loves her inserts. The Good Feet Store is a scam. The people are friendly it's just they know very little about the feet or the back or how it all works. I got ripped off for over $2,000 for absolute waste of bogus shoe pads and made my feet hurt more. Went through multiple employees. I gave up after almost 5 months and went to a chiropractor and he had me completely better in 3 weeks. I feel like I need to hire a lawyer. read more

This place is TERRIBLE. I would give it zero stars if I could. Please, I implore you, random person that I don't know, DO NOT FALL FOR IT. This company is a huge scam. How do I know? NO REFUNDS I got suckered into spending $2k on a whole "program" of inserts, plus a pair of shoes, and the next week when I realized that they just made my feet hurt worse, I tried to get a refund. In fact, I was told that I could get store credit if I was not satisfied. O....k.... When I contacted them about the store credit, they refused. They called me to go back and "refit", but I don't want to get MORE useless inserts. Honestly, I would have just bought a bunch of pairs of the shoes that they sell, since THEY are comfortable. I bought some arch supports a few years ago when I started developing plantar fasciitis. I had no idea how expensive it would be and I wish I would have gone to the podiatrist first before coming here. Long story short, the staff are not medical professionals, they are sales people. They will convince you that they are giving you custom orthotics, but they do not take actual measurements of your feet. They take an imprint of your foot on a giant ink pad and then try to find orthotics that closely matches your foot. One of the pitches is that you can walk out in the same day with the orthotics, whereas you have to wait if you get custom made ones that are prescribed by a podiatrist. The plastic ones that I received didn't work at all. I also got a pair of leather ones and they helped a little bit but didn't provide enough relief for me. I will say that I did eventually go to a podiatrist and got custom orthotics and it didn't help my pain much either, so I will not say that the products don't work. It just depends on the individual person. But just know that the employee's job is to sell you products and they will persuade you to purchase a bunch of products that may or may not help you. I did buy a pair of Brooks tennis shoes from them as well, but the pair I got were very bulky and heavy so after about a year or so, I ended up getting a different pair of shoes that were much lighter. Just be aware when you walk in, so you are not caught off guard by the process or the price. read more

Pros: Arch supports do seem to help align my body and decrease my foot pain. Cons: This product is VERY expensive with no refunds, if the product is as great as advertised on tv they should offer all products with a 30 day 100% money back guarantee. You require three inserts at around 300 bucks a piece not just one of course and lots of extras they are "throwing in" at an extra $28/$24/$99/$9. Inserts $329, $299, $299 equaling over 900 $. The insert for flats and flip flops was worthless for me and a complete waste of money, they do not stay in place even with the Velcro they give you and make most flats not fit right in your foot. The salesman said he was gonna call me in two weeks and check on me to see how I was doing, I never heard from him. The inserts when adjusting or when you haven't worn them for a day or two can be very uncomfortable and even painful at times. I paid extra for "strengthener" inserts, flat shoes inserts, Velcro and the "Strengtheners" the salesman said these you only need if your mowing the lawn or something...??? Receipt states: ALL SALES FINAL (which should have been a clue for me to do more homework before buying). TO SUM UP MY EXPERIENCE: Save your money, go to a reputable shoe store or even look online for shoes and socks with built in arch support that work just as well or better. read more

The staff is very friendly, however, do NOT go in this store thinking you're going to come out spending anything less than $300. I spent $500, got fitted for the WRONG inserts & had to go back to switch them out. In the process of switching them out, a different sales person from my first visit told me that i needed 2 other sets of inserts besides the $500 ones had already bought. Had i went ahead and bought all 3 sets, i would have come out of there spending a total of $1,500+. DO NOT DO IT!!!! read more

If I could I'd give this business a half star or less! We first went Into 'The Good Feet Store' in May 2019 after my wife's feet had given her a lot of pain and we happened to hear about them through a radio advertisement. Personally, I had been through a Podiatrist (a real doctor) and got fitted with orthotics that have worked well for me. Now I wish I had taken her there too! As with other previous reviews of this business, we experienced a smooth, high pressure sales tactic from the 'Store Manager' Jeff Gindel leading us into a $1400 package purchase. During the pressure of the sale Mr Gindel told us that with the package we were buying that after my wife tried them out we could come back and get additional inserts for her other shoes for just $39.95 a set. After we walked out of the store with our purchase we went to lunch. During our meal my wife felt like $1400 was too much, so we went back to return them. That's when I found out that what I'd signed was telling me "no refunds." Then Christmas rolls around and my wife is asking for another set of inserts for another pair of shoes. I go into The Good Feet Store and find out that no where on our paperwork does it say anything about $39.95 additional sets. In fact, because it's Christmas I dropped a whopping $369.95 for one set of additional inserts. Wife is now pissed. The day after Christmas we go into the store to get a better explanation and hopefully get some of my $369.95 back. That's when the other salesman, Adolev, reiterates the "no refunds" policy, but stated "had you asked for a discount" he could've taken $50 off the $369.95! Then I specifically ask to speak with Jeff Gindel. Right from start I tell Jeff that his business practice is deceptive and dishonest, to which he took offense to. Jeff Gindel then tried to explain that in no way did he ever say anything about additional sets for $39.95, further stating that nothing in their package is priced at $39.95, but then pointing out that if she were to break a set they could be "replaced" for $24.95. My wife and I both heard Jeff Gindel say we could get extra sets for $39.95. I restated that I believed he was dishonest and asked for a refund of the $369.95, to which he said "it is not possible. There is no way for me to give you a refund." After we left, Jeff called my wife to offer refunding $50 to the credit card I used to to buy the set for $369.95. So if this jackass can refund me $50 he should very well be able to refund the entire $369.95. This outfit is flat out deceptive and dishonest! Stay away from The Good Feet Store!" First let me say that I was cautiously hopeful to get good results from this VERY EXPENSIVE 3 Step System that I got from the Webster Good Feet Store... In my zeal for some relief from foot and leg pain, I might have acted too quickly and bought this system. The high pressure sales technique was a lot like buying a used car, I am feeling like I should have done more research as $1400 is a lot of money to spend on a system that does not have a Money Back Guarantee. I did not notice until I got home and read through the paperwork that "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in other words there is no money-back guarantee with their products, you buy it - you are stuck with it... Yes these inserts are expensive but they are worth the price. I have been using them for over two years now and the sales staff has always been very helpful. The daily ones I wear need replacing every 6-8 months for a very minimal charge. If anyone has had to purchase orthopedic inserts they know that what you pay for these is reasonable and you don't have to pay price again for replacements. I use them in all my shoes, boots, and sandals. I have never had an issue with them not staying in place. I even wore them with flip flop sandals on a cruise. I went in completely desperate for relief of my heel pain. The pain had become a part of my daily life and continually interfered with basic activities, especially work. I tried everything short of surgery including oral and topical treatments, injections, shoe inserts, ice, stretches, new shoes, etc... My husband told me to give The Good Feet Store a call and see what they could do. I was hesitant knowing full well that orthotics are expensive. Yes, they are expensive but so worth every penny! There are payment plans available and flexible spending is also accepted. Jeff was amazing. He is very well educated, patient, and thorough. Jeff continually reminded me throughout the appointment that they are available with any issues or concerns that arise once I leave. We tested out different inserts during my appointment. The pain was not completely resolved but there were marked improvements immediately. I left feeling excited about being able to once again live life on my terms and not revolve around my almost constant foot pain. They are expensive ($1200.00) and if you do not like what you were sold, restocking fees are assessed plus only the inserts are returnable, not any of the extras. From my experience, lots of manipulation, very little knowledge, and not much satisfaction. After 3 visits, I am the frustrated owner of $579 arch supports. For the same price I could have gotten 2 to 3 pairs of Red Wing shoes with excellent arch supports, which I much prefer. I will never shop here again. read more
