Clean clinic but they are not aggressive with their lipo. I have had 2 friends ask me if i am sure I had anything done ( even told me i would have had better results with ozempic). The back fat I came in with, i still have it, my upper abdomen still has fat, the fat transferred to my butt, died, which I feel they should have overfilled knowing that is a possibility. I should have suspected they did trash because i paid for arm lipo, lipo 360 and fat transfer with Jplasma and my sister said around the 2 hour mark of her been told they had started surgery, they called her to be ready to pick me up. I started surgery at around 11 and i was home by 2.30/3pm. The facility is clean and they are nice. Already prepping to do my round 2 but it surely will not be here. I Attached a picture of my back at 5 weeks post op, THIS MAN DID NOT TOUCH MY BACK AT ALL! Go somewhere else, if you want better results.

Dr. Santiago and the team were so welcoming and accommodating. Dr. Santiago has great bedside manners and he took his time to explain everything that was going to happen and also the realistic Ness of the expectations. The procedure went so well I was so calm and comfortable and each team member treated me so well. Excellent staff excellent surgeon. My procedure results were awesome. read more

I am writing to update my previous review of Dr. Santiago of Glow Plastuc Surgery. When I had surgery in July of this year I was Extreme happy with my results because I could only see my front and my waistline. But that is no longer the case 5 months later. My previous review, that staff push you to write immediately post surgery with the promise of free lymphatic massage and/or free faja... so of course you write it. But what happens after the initial 3 days post op? A lot of debauchery. You don't hear about the stories of opening 3 times post op. And not receiving medical help while your surgeon goes out of the country. You don't hear about being open and having staff continue to wrap you in a soiled binder which is causing you to open further. You aren't made aware of being stitched repeatedly but not seeing any result. Or receiving conflicting medical care from the surgeon, his staff and then the lymphatic massage therapist that leaves you in a puddle of tears of confusion after paying $13,050 of your hard earned money. No you don't. So, I'm going to show you and tell you. I'm being harassed for an additional $600 from the surgery center stating Dr. Santiago went over during my surgery. I was sent a text message 2 days post op from the Anesthesiologist for an additional $200 for the same reason. My boyfriend was told he needed to pay $300 before I was even wheeled out of Recovery. Oh, and when he returned to retrieve me they told him to prop a side door open and go grab something to eat because they still weren't finished. And when he returned upstairs to the surgery floor he walked down the hall to find an open surgical door where I laid on the table being operated on. I had to seek outside care to have my wounds finally close costing me an additional $800. I've seen no positive change in my back from before the surgery until now, 5 months post op. And according to Dr. Santiago I look good in the front. And he never promised me a flat back. According to him, I have skin and not fat. So, unless he rwmoved skin, there's nothing he can do. But I know that during my consult with Teresa, his point of contact, simply having lipo wouldnt take care of my back. Lipo 360 with tummy tuck and abdominoplasty would. You take a look at the attached pics and tell me what you see? That's right. The same extra back i went in there with. And oh yeah.... i requested my complete medical record. And it looks doctored, is missing pages, and he didnt document all of my medical visita for my openings. Don't do it. RUN! Because it's not fair to lead people on. I went telling them that I wanted to have only 1 back. Meaning have my back rolls removed. And they are still there. I guess I'm just supposed to never wear a backless dress ever according to Santago. Because as he's stated... you look good from the front. read more

I am day one post Brachioplasty with liposuction and I am extremely pleased and excited about my results! I am a petite framed woman who had extremely large arms, which have been completely transformed to match my frame. The booking process with staff (Teresa) and follow-up scheduling with Natasha has been seamless. My surgeon, Dr. Amir Ghaznavi and his surgical staff were amazing and my pain thus far has been minimal with a bit of stinging at the underarms and arm tightening. The glow plastic surgery botched me and ruined my life. I am one year post up and I wake up every day and see how they ruined my body I cry everyday I regret coming here with everything in my life. I have a HIGH BMI and they only took 3L despite telling me they would take more and advertising that they take up to 5. The fat they did take was botched and uneven. My lipo is botched and uneven. After my experience I kept scheduling follow ups and they kept cancelling them meaning I never even saw the doctor again! I was rescheduled about 5 times before I gave up. I paid almost 10,000 dollars here and went through immense pain to have a terrible experience. read more

I am 6 days post op. I've decided to leave a review early because the reviews and Facebook page influence me to book and I wanted to be prompt in updating others. Based on my results over time I will update the review, maybe. Were they nice, decent in a way sure in the way a business is nice enough to earn your business. As you know they are well pricey then other is it worth it? Absolutely not and not a good idea for most women. You may be feeling vulnerable because you want to change your body but there are way more professional and quality services providers. This is your experience as a consumer choose wisely! I truly blame myself for the disappointment as there have been many red flags. They love bomb you in the beginning with prompt communication and promises it fades quickly! They offered a "discount for filling and taking a last minute booking and it would do them a favor" i still paid well over $8000 for lipo 360 I booked March 26/27th they really rushed for payment without explaining much and the tone changed when I asked questions. I wanted this procedure , I had done a lot of research with other facilities and had good consults but I chose this out of convenience of time, my fault. Once you convey that you are annoyed or disengaged the entire experience is influenced. Semi patient when everything is surface level, but the tone and interaction changed greatly when more came up. To note a Whole knew set of documents is required to be signed after you arrive and they have your money. Their marketing is good because this is the first disclosure they have you sign on top of a pile of more serious forms that no one goes over with you. Very poorly handled, and in my opinion unprofessional and makes this place come off as a gimmick. The moments before surgery I felt like I made a very poor decision with the location, and process. I was desperate and well my nurse was so kind that I remained calm and just went with it. I came in the next day but since then NO ONE has check on me, NO post op appointments made no follow up nothing! I have no idea what's going on, all I have is papers I signed digitally before operation. This is truly heartbreaking experience to have right now and I was truly so hopeful. I want to encourage others and support other women to feel confident to move forward but now I feel partial to warn others to pursue other options. The staff is decent mostly just cordial. Some back hand comments were made and pressured me while I was very vulnerable. The most I heard the doctor speak was in someone else's marketing video. My nest day appointment mostly consist them taking photos of me, they seemed up prepared that I was there the young lady that helped me was kind and so was Stephanie but it felt rushed and not routine. I've over come so much in my life and I was not prepared for what the experience this facility was to provide me. I do not recommend. read more

My experience at the glow has been nothing short of amazing. The staff I worked with was professional, fiona, teresa, and Dr. Santiago, Elizabeth, Ken and Ashlee are always available to speak to me and/or answer my questions. I highly recommend the glow for tummy tuck, and body modifications. I did not have any complications or issues during my treatments. I will definitely come back for any additional work. If you needed any reassurance to move forward this is your sign to go for it. My 1st massage with Ashlee was ultimately amazing I felt 10 times better when I left. *pix* First two are my results - the last pic in all grey is what i asked for! I already had the perfect shape for it. EVERYTHING IS DISPROPORTIONATE Very unsatisfied. I had surgery on 4/26 with Ghaznavi. Firstly, my surgery was suppose to start at 7a. However, we couldn't even get into the building until around 9a because someone else had the key. Because we started late, everything felt rushed. I had lipo360 and bbl. I wanted natural looking round heart shape butt with filling in my hip dips. I did have the awake procedure as well. I FELT EVERYTHING. The 'laughing gas' they give you, does absolutely nothing. I made sure to make them aware that I could feel everything as well. It was only Ghaznavi and 1 nurse in the OR the whole time. No other medical staff were present. After surgery I became more and more dissatisfied with my results. I got massages regularly (mind you, aftercare was not discussed - I knew based on my own research), wore my faja 23 hours a day (& still do), sat on my BBL pillow whenever I needed to sit and rarely drove unless necessary, including with my BBL pillow. However, I have extreme asymmetry, no projection, no hip dips filled, and it is box shaped. I addressed these concerns prior to my follow up appointment and made it clear about any issues I was having as well. When I came for my follow up appointment, I believe they forgot I was even coming. Because the doctor was leaving. They had no room to put me in for follow up either. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I guess they snagged the doctor to come do the follow up appointment which lasted all of 5 min where I was told that I would have to PAY for a round 2 when the results were not of my own negligence. I have spoken to other surgeons who have suggested I take legal action (which I am considering) or I receive a refund. This has caused me extreme emotional distress and depression. As a social media personality, my image is my income. This has caused me to post less due to the emotional turmoil and having to edit my photos to still make money. I will be disputing with my bank as The Fair Credit Billing Act of 1974 affords me that right due to being dissatisfied with this transaction. They have done NOTHING to make this right. They have only suggested that I pay AGAIN for another surgery. read more

I recently got two PRP facials done here and it went amazing! I was so nervous to get it done because of how pictures looked but it went really well. I am squeamish so having to get my blood drawn was my least favorite part but the actual procedure was incredible. I didn't even feel a thing. I had a horrible experience getting lipo 360 (liposuction of abdomen, flanks, and back) at the Glow Plastic Surgery with Dr. Santiago. I am horrified and depressed as a result of this sham of a facility. 1. The surgery they do its self is mediocre. They are allowed to remove 5 L, their doctor told me he could get 4 but then only removed 3 L from me. I would need two surgeries from this place just to achieve what another doctor could have done in one. I saw many people complain that they were unhappy about their results. They post deceptive photos on social media. 2. For what they provide, the price is absurd. They always have A "sale". Their lipo360 is 10,000$ but they will offer you a few thousand off to trick you into booking. But then they add enough fees that the surgery is 10,000$ regardless. They claim they charge more because they are somehow better but the work is subpar and customer service is awful. You can get better surgery for 6,000 or less. 3. The customer service was terrible. Their coordinator Teresa literally ghosted me the week of my surgery. She told me the wrong surgery time, then when other staff correct her she told me would check the time, then disappeared. Then she rescheduled my appointment 4 different times. Before and after my surgery they were no help. I never got post op appointments because they kept canceling them and I had to rely on the internet after surgery. I am just so sad and disappointed whenever I think about my experience and all the pain and money I spent for such subpar results. I could have paid half the price and gotten nearly double the fat removed and probably not had to go through all these hassles had I chosen elsewhere. Go anywhere but here! read more

I would rate this place 0 out of 5 if it gave me an option to. First and foremost I went in for a hair transplant around 15 months ago I have not got one check up phone call, and or email. I went in for supposedly 2,500+ grafts, here I am 15 months later with only 400 new hairs (yes you read that correctly). Not that I am worried about the almost $10k I absolutely wasted, but the time, effort, recovery and etc... that I wasted. I got my hopes up and in the end I was left with results worse than the worse results I could find online. Words cannot explain how disappointed I am with my entire experience. The ONLY thing I recommend about getting a hair transplant here is.... DO NOT. read more

Untrained and unprofessional....went in for a lymphatic drainage massage and having had them regularly before, I knew what to expect. However, the second I stepped foot into the office I was shocked at how unprofessional I was handled. After I changed into the skimpy, paper undergarments I was given for the massage, I waited 10 minutes for anyone to come check on me. Only to be met with the front desk lady coming back into my room while I'm nearly naked to tell me she gave me the wrong paperwork. Not only did my hour long appointment only last about 40 minutes, the woman performing the massage lacked the basic knowledge of the treatment (opening the lymph nodes, massaging in single direction strokes towards the lymphs, etc). I basically paid $75 to have oil lathered on me for 40 minutes. I will never go back. read more

Dr. Diaconu thoroughly explained all options. Originally I was in for a tummy tuck plus matching new boobs. For many medical reasons involving other surgeries that I had over the years I chose to have another masectomy with no reconstruction. I wasn't sure why I needed a plastic surgeon at his point until I saw my results. Dr. D removed a chunk of fat from my back from the previous masectomy and then fixed up andaligned the stitches to match my new masectomy. It all sounds kind of horrible but I am as impressed as I can be with a scar across my chest, I'm very impressed. I'm also glad not to be lopsided. I had no complications and am mending quickly and easily.

There was no prior notice, no apology, and no courtesy, despite the fact that I rearranged my schedule to be available at 4PM. 5:08 PM - I received a text from Bridget asking WHEN would be a good time to talk. There was no apology for missing the appointment, no acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused, and no respect for my time. A response 1 hour and 8 minutes after a scheduled appointment without any proactive communication beforehand is unprofessional. Even if Dr. Cohen is considered a top plastic surgeon, I would never proceed with this office. The patient care coordinator is often the first point of contact and a reflection of the practice as a whole. If this is the level of communication during the intake process, I can only imagine the disorganization that might occur during pre- and post-operative care.

Laser Lipo Flank and Outer Thighs and Laser Lipo-Upper/Lower Abdomen…read more Three years ago, I decided to have Laser Lipo on my flanks and outer thighs and selected Dr. Khalifeh as my doctor of choice. I chose him because of his excellent credentials, professional demeanor, and outstanding track record. I could see results immediately after the surgery and once the swelling had subsided was absolutely thrilled with the way my body looked. The results far exceeded my expectations and gave me the additional motivation to continue with a healthy diet and a regular exercise regime. Over the past three years the fat never return to the areas Dr. Khalifeh treated, and my results were lasting which was important to me after considering my investment in the procedure, healing time, etc. I continually receive complements on my figure and with practically no scaring what so ever very much enjoyed the new look of my midsection. I do exercise regularly and watch what I eat, but truth be told there are stubborn fat deposits that are just resistant to diet and exercise, and I don't see how I would have ever received those beautiful results without opting for Laser Lipo with Dr. Khalifeh. Now three years after my initial procedure, I wanted Dr. Khalifeh to use Laser Lipo on my upper and lower abdomen. I also would like to mention that I perceive Dr. Khalifeh to not only be a superb doctor but a genuine human being who emanates a kindness and caring demeanor that is really found. He is someone with integrity, which I find most important when choosing the right doctor.

I then felt comfortable inquiring about breast reduction surgery and after a few consultations with him , photos of his past before and after breast reduction surgeries, I was very confident in his abilities and my fears were gone. The stories about terrible scarring and loss of sensation that everyone talks about did not happen. Dr. Sailon took his time with each step to ensure my scars would be as small as possible. Here comes the good part...the healing process was just as he said it would be with about a 1 week recovery in bed, 3 weeks of no exercise and 2 more weeks of light activity. My week 6 check up was great and week 8 was outstanding! The scars are extremely minimal and they get better everyday. None of the scars are raised-smooth as a baby's bottom. They are slowly fading and in a year, will be barely noticeable. I am now 6 months out and holy crap...best decision I've ever made, full sensation, and they look amazing! I went to get post-surgical bras 3 weeks after surgery and the place I go to is called Sylene. It's in Chevy Chase in Washington DC and they not only specialize in bra fitting, all lingerie and most importantly, all bras for post-surgery patients from mastectomies and reconstructive surgery. The owner commented on how remarkable they were healing and asked for Dr. Sailon's card. When I went back to get my nice bras, she was floored how they came out and the lack of typical scars you would see after a breast reduction surgery. I will always refer him to anyone who needs plastic surgery whether it is for reductions, closures of surgical sites and anything else they need. A friend also has botox injections done and you couldn't even tell. She had to tell me she had it done! Now that is impressive! He is incredibly thorough, kind and comforting. His bedside manners is just as excellent as his skill and he calls and emails to follow up-personally. I usually never do these online referrals, however, how could I not?! The owner, Joi, never disclosed that she has a dog (an adorable poodle) on premises and that it has a full free range while clients are present, including jumping on their laps. This is very inconsiderate to some customers. Those of us who have allergies, fear of dogs, or a simple preference not to be around any animal that isn't their pet, our desires are clearly disregarded by Joi not asking our permission or informing us before booking. I was also dismayed watching her style clients who have relaxed hair and also having to smell the burnt hair and burnt product. She had people waiting and waiting under the dryers and kept me waiting almost 45 minutes because she was not ready for me. I had a wonderful experience with The Glow from start to finish, including hypercare. Everything is pretty much digital which is perfect for my busy life. My consultation was virtual, my agreement was signed via docusign, digital payment deposit. The staff treated me with so much care and kindness. I worked with Teresa my entire process. She was ALWAYS responsive. She answered all of my questions and entertained me as I changed my procedure date 5-6 times via text. I just couldn't find the perfect timing, but she was patient and understanding. The prescriptions were sent directly to the pharmacy the week before. I financed and the merchant sent the funds directly to The Glow. Cashless transaction people!! I wanted to meet my surgeon before the day of surgery, so Teresa arranged my meeting a week before my date. I asked all of my questions and felt more confident in the process. The day of, at 7am, I was greeted with a smile and reassurance that I was in good and capable hands. The office is glam and gorgeous! If you like eye candy, you'll be thoroughly impressed with the fabulous office. I met my team: nurse Jocelyn, anesthesiologist (he was THE BEST) and we shared the same birthday and last but not least, my surgeon Dr. Santiago. They took great care of me before, during and after. I had such a great experience with Glow Plastic Surgery from beginning to end. The entire staff was incredibly kind, professional, patient, and genuinely caring throughout the whole process. Surgery is already nerve-wracking, but they made me feel comfortable, informed, and taken care of every step of the way. Dr. Santiago is the GOAT and you can honestly tell how passionate he is about his work and the entire team reflects that same energy. My experience with the glow has been amazing. They honestly care about their patients and will walk with you on every step of your journey. Dr. Santiago is great, I would recommend friends and family for sure. That was one of my biggest concerns. I Wanted a doctor with great bedside manner because I can be a little high maintenance lol. When I explained to him what I wanted and how I wanted my results to look, he took a glance and said I can definitely do that, which put me at so much ease. He definitely knows what he's doing so you're in great hands. I was so hesitant and scared about having the liposuction but after speaking with the staff and doctors at The Glow all that went away. It was the best decision I made in a long time and the only regret is I wish I had done it years ago. But at 55 years young, it was a worthy investment in myself and I would strongly recommend anyone thinking about to call the The Glow now and speak with them. They will put all your concerns to rest. I personally had a wonderful experience. I had the lipo 360, tummy tuck, and fat transfer. I have 2 girlfriends would went to Dr. Santiago a year or 2 ago and they were pleased with their results. This was enough to convince me. The ENTIRE team was amazing. I was treated as if I was the only person in the facility. Pain has been minimal. The staff contacted me prior to my procedure and have contacted me afterwards to check on my progress. All follow-up appointments were made in advance. Below are some highlights from my experience: - Initial appointment w/ Dr. Brown: Overall it was an ok appointment. I had to ask how much the treatment he had planned was going to be (this was my first time getting botox and filler). No before and after photos were taken (I requested for ones be taken of my nose so I could see the difference). Majority if not all practices take before and after pictures to show the patient what was done and to show the results (patient satisfaction). Additionally, I never signed a treatment plan- that is unheard of. I consider this a liability for your practice! o No f/u appointment was scheduled. I currently work in a hospital and have worked in a clinical office AND have friends who work in plastics and they were all surprised when a 2 week f/u appointment was not offered or scheduled. These appointments are scheduled to f/u with the patient and see how they feel about the results and if needed do "touch-ups" as a courtesy. o I had to request to schedule my next botox appointment (end of October) the reception did not even ask me or suggest it. This would have been a perfect opportunity for her to promote the $50 credit if I booked my future appointment today. Thank goodness I asked. - Second appointment with Jennifer: She is awesome! I purchased a new skin care regime with her guidance! 5 stars for her! - Third appointment (today): When I called to make this appointment (mind you this was the earliest date available) I had a conversation with the receptionist stating that I was looking for a touch-up since I was not satisfied and expected better results. I made it clear that a touch-up would be considered as courtesy visit- she agreed and said it our practice offers courtesy touch-up appointments. o During my visit, I had a conversation w/ Dr. Brown about my concerns and that I was expecting better results. He did not mention how many more units he was going to do or how many filler syringes he intended to use. I figured he would do this out of courtesy. Time to check out I was asked to pay ~$1,260.00 I was surprised and told the receptionist I thought this was a courtesy visit. She stated initial appointment as in July and the touch up timeframe had passed. I told her it is because this was his soonest appointment. She stated she spoke with you to see if you could do anything regarding my situation. Below are the requests I stated: I thought this appointment was considered a touch-up appointment. Despite no discounts being offer, I requested for the filler syringe to be discounted to $850 instead of $900 since this was technically my third syringe. Request denied by the manager. Despite not knowing how many units of botox were used, no discount was offered. Overall, horrible experience with the office. No photos nor treatment plan was provided. No discounts on the third appointment were offered. Most offices, due to the miscommunication, would provide me a discount or charge me at cost prices- neither was offered or granted. Please go ahead and cancel my future appointment, because I have no intentions on returning to this office nor do I plan on referring any friends or family here."
