A few years ago I scheduled an appointment with Valerie Beacham to test my hearing loss. I had obviously selected the right person and the right office. Valerie is extremely knowledgeable and professional and I have been very happy with the hearing aids Valerie prescribed for me. This year both my parents needed hearing aids as well so I brought them both to Valerie. I will note that having the audiology as a part of an ENT office is invaluable especially for my parents who needed ear checkups as well as hearing evaluations. Clean practice and very nice and professional people working in the office but my criticism is only for the doctor that I saw. If you're looking for a thorough exam this is not the place. I went to get my tonsils checked and Dr. Heath recommended I use mouth wash WITH alcohol which is known to do more harm than good because it kills the healthy bacteria in your mouth. Update - as much as I love Dr Dreyfuss, I'll be looking to switch to a different practice - the problem is takes five-ever (that's more than four-ever lol) to book an appointment! A short while after my last visit and procedure my ear problem returned and I needed to be seen again asap - the soonest they could offer me was two months away! Now, I get it that's ok for elective things like cosmetic procedures which apparently they do a lot of, and many ENT's these days try to push, however they should really have a different track for patients whose problems are not elective but need more timely attention as they're seriously detrimental to quality of life. Not only do they not have a separate track for this but they didn't even offer a cancellation list I could have tried to get on. Not happy with this practice anymore. read more

I was very pleased with all of my visits to see Dr. Thompson. He thoroughly explains everything to us in a way we can understand. He has a wonderful personality that puts you at ease in a very stressful situation. We initially saw Dr. Dreyfuss and he is amazing as well. After years of being prescribed antibiotics for sinus infections, Dr. Dryfuss gave me answers to what was causing them. He operated on my deviated septum. I can finally breathe again! Dr. Tsang was our doctor. My husband took my son and said the doctor was great with our son (who is 2 and usually has a difficult time at the doctor's office). Dr. Tsang was very helpful and clearly explained (in non-medical terms) how our son was doing.
