Many plants were around was an added plus too. Due to showing up so early, especially on Easter meant no one else was there but I assume it turns into a very popular spot at certain times/days. They have many different games available to play as well. As well as host different events that you can check their socials or website to see whole months worth of events. They have a good variety of food and drink offerings as well to help power you through your gaming session or as a grab and go option too. I grabbed an iced vanilla latte while my wife got the lavender iced latte. For some small bites I grabbed a chocolate chip scone and my wife got an everything sour cream scone. The staff asked if we wanted them warmed up with butter which was a great option! A perfect bite to pair with our drinks. Neither my wife or I are really much of gamers in the sense of tabletop games. If you are a fan of that style of games or want to dip your feet in this would be the ideal spot for that. They also had puzzles and board games available for sale as well as puzzle and book exchange too. Check this place out!

The food looked really good and will have to try the next time I'm in. The owner was super friendly when I checked out. They have a puzzle you can do while you hang out and lots of games. They also have some game nights that are already planned. Overall I'll be back! Such a cute vibe!

Welcome to North Conway's best yet undiscovered store/ice cream shop that you will also fall in love with, Tricks *AND* Treats! So which door do you enter, the one that has every delicious flavor you could ever want on the left, or the one to the right where Spiderman and Batman greet you in life sized form? I'll take Door #2 please! As you walk in, you will begin to see this store should probably be in Salem, MA and not randomly in the mountains, but that's a good thing. It's full of tchotchkes, a lot of stuff people don't really need but could be a good gag for a day or two. OK, I've looked around several rooms of this museum like Halloween store but it's now time to head over for the real show... But first, take a peek to your right. Do you love epic scenery? Then you've come to the right place for a gazillion dollar view of the mountains. Seriously, take it all in and appreciate it. Ok, let's peek into the ice cre.....WAIT, is that Han Solo?! And a uuhhmm unicorn? This place can give you ADHD but stay on target, as Red 3 used to say. ICE CREAM!! There it is. You heavenly sack of cow momma juice. Which flavor, the one packed with candies or the one that tastes like burnt caramel. Ah hell, let's try both between all of us. I went with a usual cone but the real walk away awesomeness here are the shakes. They are going to cost you more than double and do take almost 10 minutes to make but were super worth it in the end. Instagram influencer I am not so I'm just pointing out that when you see the first 20 something with 20k followers act like they found this place, my review will be on record here that nope, that wasn't them. Hop on your broomsticks and head on over to North Conway for the most magical combination of October and creaminess you could ever imagine.

It really is a fun little shop, that said like the Christmas Loft, if it wasn't on my tour group's itinerary, I would never have stopped and I don't envision a scenario where I'd go back either.

Please note there are 2 breakfast menus- first breakfast and second breakfast so flip over the menu for lots of yummy options. You order at the counter. Lots of people pop in just for a coffee as well so the line moves quick. They had some yummy looking pastries including a large scone "sandwich" with red Currant jam and clotted cream. They give you a number for your food order and bring it to you, but you pick up your coffee at the counter. There were a few large groups there so they had seating to accommodate. A few outdoor tables as well. Some people pop in for the fun whimsical & magical decor - LOTR nods. So plan to take a lot of pictures. We had the Rapscallaion wrap - so yummy and poutine -added egg & corned beef hash. Both yummy. Will be a fun place to bring guests who visit. When you are done, You clear your own plates here, I think it wasn't clear as a large table left all their plates.

You order at counter and food is brought to your table. The food was delicious and portions were generous. Atmosphere keeps the conversation and eyes going. Very clever and fun. Even the dishware was fun. Second trip we decided to try the high tea service. A menu of assorted teas and a prefixed food menu. My daughter made reservations and prepaid for our lunch ahead of time. We discussed price point and we believed it to be $48 a couple because who goes to tea alone? Turns out it was $41 per person. This is steep for lunch especially considering what it includes. Tea, a tower of treats; this works out to be 2- half sandwiches each (chicken and cucumber and whipped feta) a very small egg salad on 2-3 bite croissant, a scone with fixings and about 2-3 quarter sized macarons per person. This is very not nearly as generous as their daily menu portions. We had a reserved table and a waitress took our tea order from the table and delivered all items to the table except any napkins or utensils. We still needed to go get them from a centrally located area for diners. Our waitress was very sweet but obviously inexperienced and wasn't clear on how the high tea worked and it took about 40 minutes just to get the tea. Most disappointing was the bread. It was very dry and crumbly so sandwiches were falling or crumbling apart as we ate them. So as far as value is concerned, the high tea was not a good value in my opinion.

Recently, the Oxbow Western Timothy Hay I've been buying online has been *terrible*; the worst quality I've ever seen. I wonder if it's sitting around for longer than it should be in a hot warehouse or truck? The hay is also frequently unavailable randomly on Amazon; and, Amazon frequently can't ship this hay out for at least seven to ten days for some reason. Unsure why this is happening, but enough is enough. So now I'm Team Animal House (and, again, I'm so sorry it took me so long to make this decision). It seems locally-owned. There's currently three locations: Damariscotta (which has a self-service wash facility), Brunswick, and Westbrook. The Westbrook location is in a strip mall and has loads of parking. The store is pretty clean, and while it's predominantly focused on dogs and cats, there is alllllllllllll the way in the back lefthand corner a section for our rodent and bird friends. And... voila! A wall full of Oxbow Western Timothy Hay (other kinds available as well) in all sizes: 15 ounce, 40 ounce, 90 ounce. It's nice to be able to look at each bag in person to see what the color/consistency/quality of the hay is and doublecheck lot numbers against each other. I bought a 40 ounce and 90 ounce bag just in case one ended up being not good, and the OH SO LOVELY employee cashing me out asked me if I wanted to join their loyalty program which would, for this particular item, get me a complimentary bag of hay after my seventh purchase. Um... what? YES. I didn't see the litter that I use here (Carefresh, all natural) or the hay cubes (Kaytee Timothy Blend), so unfortunately I can't swap all my shopping here. But I would if/when it becomes an option! THANKS for saving the day, Animal House! My extremely picky and always very hungry rabbit appreciates the good and immediate hay!
