And I love Spenceresque type of stores (If you didn't grow up with a Spencer's- think jokey/quirky items, funny socks, etc...) But we really came for the ice cream. I saw a photo of the candy dandy milkshake and I knew we had to stop here. A little disappointed there wasn't more milkshake options but I guess enough. The Candy Dandy was enough for 3 people (although my 3 year old totally thought it was all for him!) It would not have been my first choice but I did enjoy the frosting on the rim of the cup (this was my favorite part.) It was fun! The staff were young and having a good time. Agin if you can buy them out of security just because it will be cheaper most times. Sometimes they do have sales on though so check and see what they are offering. When I asked the clerks what the name of the store is - they told me it's a "Paradies Shop" - which is the company that runs it. In any case, this store carries cold bottled water and sodas, snacks, toiletries, books, magazines, newspapers, and tourist knick-knacks. There are silk flowers and gifts and bobbles galore from tacky to elegant. It is a bit claustrophobic but it's set up so you go in one way and out the other. My friend and I just took our time and tried to take it all in, impossible . Ohh yes there is also penny candy and fudge ,though I only gave that a glance, honest. We didn't even get to the antique barn next door which was a shame because it looked really interesting also. As for the customer service, the woman that was there with us was lovely. I went to the right and found honey for your health, honey from around the area, and different products that either had bees on it or had honey in it. I found this super neat and I spent some time looking at the different items before settling on some honey from the area. Someone did come and say hello to me while I was shopping around. But then promptly went to help someone else that had walked in. Once I made my selections I went to wait to check out, lots to look at. It seems they have some bee keeping items and also have beekeeping classes. So, all around they support bees and I love that. There was a comment made in the shop by one of the workers that made another customer feel less included, but I don't think it was meant to be offensive. But I did happen to notice it and felt well, there's some validity to what was said. Nonetheless, great place to get honey and very lovely staff.

The store sells everything honey and bee: honey, wax, propolis, mead, candies, gift sets, honey decantors, aprons and linens, and jewlery. This store also has classes for those interested in learning this art form. In the store they have a live hive you can look at from behind glass, facsinating! People may not like the high prices ($15-30 depending on the quantity and location honey is from) but it's to support our local artisans and the product is MUCH BETTER then any honey you will find in the grocery store. It's raw and unfiltered so all the healing properties are intact. I am a regular there, going weekly during the winter months to help keep my immune system strong.

Think trinkets, unique gifts, spiritual based items and more can be found here. Also must give praise that the owner did a great job decorating the space. Prices seemed reasonable as well so no complaints in that aspect. While we did not buy anything during our stop we appreciated a lot of items. Some of the items were quite funny with some adult humor including some candles with names such as "Sample My Box" as a valentines themed candle as one example. Definitely had some laughs at those items. If oddities, metaphysical, witch, magic based items give this place a chance.
