Had they told me the shutters had to be removed, I would have had a reputable company do it. It has been a real nightmare and I have had my place in OC since '98. The hinges weren't installed the same day because of a delay with the delivery. I have called Premier every other week up to June 25 2025. The person who took my message assured me that Frank would call me back. It is now July 5 2025 and I am still waiting for a response. I am very concerned about the shower door falling off the hinges and hurting someone. The problem appears to be either a lack of communication or incompetence.
