On April 8 2025 I went into contract for 3 glass shelves and the replacement of 2 shower glass door hinges. The shelves were installed according to our agreement. The hinges weren't installed the same day because of a delay with the delivery. I have called Premier every other week up to June 25 2025. The person who took my message assured me that Frank would call me back. It is now July 5 2025 and I am still waiting for a response. I am very concerned about the shower door falling off the hinges and hurting someone. The problem appears to be either a lack of communication or incompetence. read more

I would give this company a 0 rating. Jordan came out to look at a patio door to our sunroom. He measured our door on October 2 and said he would get me an estimate the next day. Days go by, then a week. I called the company and was told they would leave a message for Jordan. No response. Waited another week, nothing. Called a third time on October 27 and asked for a sales manager. Apparently Jordan is the sales manager. Asked to speak to the owner. The woman, Michelle, said she would leave a message. I told her this would be my last call and then I would write a review telling others NOT to use this company. I will not recommend them to anyone. We have a 3-season room that was installed by Premier approximately 11 years ago. We had 2 pieces of glass replaced 3 years ago that were fogged up because the seal broke. The glass was under warranty. I paid for the installation. That went very well. We had another piece of glass that the seal had broken. Jordan came by to look at it. That was a year ago. No proposal, no return calls, nothing. Stopped by the business several times. They said they would give him a message to call. Since then, one of the pieces of glass that was installed became foggy because the seal broke. I'm at the point where I'm ready to get a lawyer involved. read more

Billy an Marshall installed our EZ Breeze windows today and they did a great job. They worked quietly and efficiently. Arrived on time and got right to work. They demonstrated how the windows work. Our screen door now has a dead bolt which is nice for security. I would highly recommend Premier Glass and Screen. We give them, Billy and Marshall 5 stars. read more

I had someone come out to give me an estimate and I'm still waiting two weeks later. I was told that I would get an estimate for the four windows within two days. I called three times and all three times the lady on the phone said hopefully the adjuster will get the estimate to me by the end of the day. Filled out the online form to get a free estimate, twice. No one contacted me so I called them. Asked the girl that answered the phone "who monitors the online free estimate forms when submitted?". She didn't seem to know what I was talking about and said "I can help you". Told Her I need FREE quotes for 1 dresser and 2 end tables. She asked the measurements and I said "I assumed you would come out to measure" She said "we can". I said I like that if it's a free service other wise I'll move on. She Said "wow". This company was hired by our builder to install a screened in deck. Almost a year after the installation they came back today to complete necessary repairs that were never reported to them by our builder. While they could have easily just said, sorry it's been over a year, the owner Frank came out and met with my husband and had a crew come and make the repairs. We were extremely pleased with the guys that showed up today. Frank is an honorable businessman, which is hard to come by in the area. We will recommend him to others we know looking for similar services and definitely use them in the future for other projects at our second home. They are meticulous about measurements, experts in installation and they service their product when needed. Call Frank if you're interested in a 3 season room. Slow to Respond and Doesn't Do the Contracted Work This first job that this company did in October 2013 was to replace a cracked window in a porch in a house near Bethany Beach, DE. That went fine except for the fact that they don't call you to let you know when they're ready to replace the window. The customer has to call them repeatedly. However, I have since learned that the same company has done other work in this house for the former owner. This company enclosed the porch at the same house in 2004. It was initially a screened-in porch. This company added glass windows and electric system. They charged over $12,000 for the job. They also stated in the proposal that they would install insulation under the deck and ceiling. We have since learned that the insulation was never added. When I called the company about the issue, they said that they were under new ownership and were not liable for the missing insulation. I have spoken to another neighbor who used the company to enclose a porch. The neighbor also complained that they do not return phone calls. read more

This is a horribly managed company. We met with Frank for an estimate. We drove 2.5 hours to meet with him. He promised to send us a quote "within a couple days". Two weeks later, after never hearing back from Frank, we reached out to the company again asking for the estimate he promised to send us. We were anxious to get the job scheduled. No one from this company had the courtesy to even return our call and/or send us the promised estimate. Our experience is consistent with other reviews posted about this company. This was a complete waste of our time. If you are looking for a reputable, honest company, don't waste your time with this organization. This company obviously does not care about their customers satisfaction or their reputation. read more

DO NOT USE THEM! I contacted them to replace rollers on my sliding doors. They scheduled a day to come out and never showed. When I called, they said they could tell what kind I had from the outside of the building. They emailed a quote and said to call if I wanted them. I called. To make a long story short, they kept me hanging for FIVE weeks only to tell me that they could not get the parts, nor would they install if I could find the parts. Had them enclose our attached screen room with ez breeze windows. Because of COVID we had to wait several months for product to come in. When it finally did the order was incomplete (at no fault of premier). When the full order finally arrived and the installers came to start the installation we were informed that one of two doors did not arrive. However they did bring a temporary door until the original one arrived. Also one panel had a small hole in it. Jamie and Mark were the installers. They could not have been more professional and accommodating. They did a great job and explained how everything worked. Also came back to install proper door and replaced bad panel. Really, the only issue I had was the lack of communication from the staff. We had to call every time to find out status of the job. Other then that we are very happy with our new enclosed porch. Do not use this company. I waited for them to do some work and they said that they tried to get in the condo but they did not because I have a wifi lock that would have notified me if it was trying to be unlocked. Also, I know from a friend that they went to the wrong house and, after they were told where they were to go, they did not. When I called them to ask them about it, they lied and said they tried to get in the condo and tried to call me. I would have gotten a call or got a notification that they were trying to get in the condo. So they never did the work and I had to look for another company and wait for service even longer. read more
