    The drinks

This has got to be hands down one of the best bars I've ever been to in my life. AND IVE BEEN TO ALOT OF THEM. We made a reservation a few weeks in advance, yes, it's that kind of place, and as the day came, we had been drinking and eating so much that we were kind of like, oh, let's just stay home, but since we were only in London for 9 days, I pushed myself (and Jovanie) to get up and make our reservation. I'm so glad I did. I ordered their Bloody Mary which comes in this giant container made out out RYE BREAD! The waiter challenged me to eat the whole container which I could only scarf down half before realizing I had a dinner reservation an hour later and would definitely not be hungry if I continued. So I just ordered another drink. I then had something with beef jerky on it that also had bourbon and BBQ powder? It tasted not unlike a bloody larry. We had such a great time that we went back for our last night in London. We managed to stay past our reservation time but the bartender just moved us to the bar so we could stay and drink more. If this place was even in the same state I lived in, I'd be there at least once a month. The list of drinks is long so I'd need to visit a lot to have tried them all. The staff will help you navigate if you just want to tell them a type of liquor and taste profile. Our last drink was tequila based in a plastic skull suspended in the air dusted with what appeared to be cayenne pepper and had raspberries for eyes that were affixed with delicious chocolate ganache. Please go here. You don't even have to thank me.

Most of all though I need to give them credit for the Electric Earl drink - absolutely outstanding and a five star drink, no doubt about that.

FRIES WITH TRUFFLE CHEESE The fries weren't as crispy as I would've liked, but the soft bite similar to mashed potatoes was pretty good. The cheese itself really carried the rich flavors of the truffle without overwhelming your tastebuds. Such a decadent cheese. SALT AND PEPPER SQUID The squid meat itself wasn't over cooked which is easy to do and makes it feel like you're chewing on a tire. Not the case here. The squid was fried perfectly, nice and crispy first bite. The garlic aioli complimented the batter they used to fry the squid in, very tasty. PEKING DUCK LETTUCE WRAPS These lettuce wraps were the perfect two bites sized appetizers. Such a flavorful and well cooked duck. The cucumber salad and lettuce helped bring the intensity of flavors down so that you could enjoy every bite. There's a full bar, but service is a little slow and congested. Staff are really nice and friendly. The dart games are so involved where each player can have their selfie taken and name displayed on the board. You can compete as teams or against each other depending on your chosen game. At the end, there is a final game stats to show who won and a group photo to conclude all the fun. A fantastic way to test out your dart skills and have fun with your loved ones!

Maybe it was…read morebecause it was kind of (not really) late and there weren't many other places open (aside from the first place we tried across the street who told us the kitchen was closed even though they were open for another 3 hours) but the place was packed! And it was loud. I guess technically it was a darts place and so there was a lot of excitement near the dartboard area. The bar staff were all buzzing about shaking their shakers and pouring drinks. It was a great vibe - apropos for a Friday night. Ok we got the little bit lychee drink (subbed vodka for gin) which was excellent with what looked like a dark dahlia floating on top. I wanted to try a British beer and got the magic rock saucery session pale ale (saying its name is like a built in sobriety test). The ale was definitely IPA but with a really clean finish. And because I'm a pig, ordered the fries with truffle cheese. Wow that was so so good! Shoestring fries with a heavy drizzle of truffle melted cheese. I can't really complain about the super loud music since it probably suited the main clientele and was really good (club versions of many 80s songs). So it looks like a really fun joint for the young locals with some older folks who maybe stumbled in like we did. Really nice bartenders and front staff. Thanks for not giving us a BS line to keep us out like the other place.

And that meant we got to sit in this tiny tucked away little corner archway for just us 4 peeps and it was totally awesome. The cocktails were lovely and I really enjoyed our time here. Such a funky place. The cherry on top was the owner speaking to us after. It's really refreshing to have the actual owner come talk to you and show interest in how you heard of the place and how you Found (ha!) it. He was lovely, and so were the cocktails, and so was Found.

The smell of fresh paint, with it's a lovely warm atmosphere, magnolia walls, dark wood, candles on each table and lots of cocktails to choose from makes it a great after work or pre-party venue. I got the cocktail which was the first on the menu and it was called Frothy Lady (I think). Very sweet and hardly tasted the alcohol. The espresso cocktail tasted great too but couldn't taste the alcohol. So it got me wondering if they were being stingy or were they just really good. The jalapeño pretzels were really nice and the olives had too much lemon on them for my liking but I was hungry so ate them all anyway. It's next to The Book Club and a short walk from Old Street so if you're around give it a try!
