The beef and chicken teriyaki is served in thin strips and is nice and tender. The salad was a bit bitter, and their dressing is creamy and on the sweet side. We chose a couple of rolls with our meal. The I-5 roll and the Sacramento roll. They seemed almost the same, and was recommended because it was suppose to be the most similar to the California roll, but I think I'm going to stick with the Lobster roll the next time. The staff were helpful and quick to refill out waters. They are connected to a boba place which we found cool. We also loved the cool wall mural, reminding us of the alleyways in Japan.
