I asked Elizabeth do alterations to only one dress for a mini elopement while we rearranged the big day and she was more than happy to help. She did an amazing job on the first dress - pictures below - and now my second dress is finished for our postponed wedding that will be happening July 4th 2021. Elizabeth is a great person to work with and was always easy to communicate with and get a hold of. Miracle Workers! If I could give more stars I would…read more I urgently needed to get my Bridesmaid dress altered for my sisters wedding. Carol assisted me the first day I brought it in and was shocked to see what condition this dress came in from where I ordered it. Basically my dress needed to be cut in half and put back together again. I had my second fitting today and Carol even opened the store earlier for me. They needed to make some last minute alterations to the top which they did within 5 mins and Carol even feed the meter for me for the additional time needed. Offer me water or coffee. If that isn't above and beyond customer service, then I don't know what is. Worried about the cost? Ask yourself this question, do you just want to look good or do you want to look great?! Trotta's will make sure you look sharp on your special day/event! I highly recommend them and will definitely be bringing all my alternations to them in the future. There are 10 and 20 minute metered parking right out front. Go check them out!
