She told me they'd call me when they found it. I'm just really confused because if my cup wasn't actually ready, why did I get a text saying it was? It ended up being a waste of gas and time since I had to drive there for nothing and now I'll have to make another trip just to pick up something that was supposed to be ready already. I'm hoping they find my cup soon, but I also hope they improve their pickup process so this doesn't happen to other people.
