Their attention to detail blew me away, and they didn't hesitate to go the extra mile just to help me out. You can tell they care not just about their business, but about the people who walk through their doors. Even though I wasn't there for paintball (this time), I was seriously impressed by how well they run things and how accommodating they are. If they put this much care into helping a random walk-in, I can only imagine how amazing the actual paintball experience must be. You don't find people like this often. Absolute legends.

It's similar to Urban Air but offers even more options for fun, not just for the kids but for adults too. While the kids enjoyed their playtime (with customizable add-ons for each), we got to relax and bowl for an hour, snack on mozzarella sticks, and sip a couple of drinks, all for under $100. That kind of value is rare these days, especially for a family outing. What really stood out was how welcoming the staff were. Everyone greeted us with a smile and made us feel right at home. There's plenty of parking, and the upstairs rooms are perfect for private parties or future celebrations. Between the variety of activities, the friendly atmosphere, and the budget-friendly pricing, Launch is definitely a spot we'll be returning to.

After a month and a half of negotiations with our school district, which is a government entity, they decided to not even try to meet the school district's requirements. I was confronted with unprofessionalism and lack of acknowledgment of their shortcomings from the staff and management team. They were belittling in their communication and demonstrated lack of knowledge in working with school districts and government entities. I have had the pleasure of planning high school proms for almost a decade and have used locations all over the Houston area. This by far was the WORST EXPERIENCE! They wasted months of our time that could have been focused on a better venue. I DO NOT recommend you do business with this company.

It was my nephews birthday and he pretty much lost his money on broken games but did not understand to tell adults what was happening. The fact that the staff knew games were broken yet were not turning them off or putting a sign was just unethical. Terrible arcade and business practice.
