There's a lot of employees putting out product. 3 carts full of unsold merchandise that people discarded at the registers and left. I added mine to them. Terrible customer service. I went to Michael's in and out in 10 min, am employees helped me find what I wanted and said "thanks for coming in". Hobby lobby can pay someone to put my stuff back instead of checking me out. I know I've should've just went with the order in the first place but I thought I found what I was looking for cheaper somewhere else but ended up not what I was looking for. TLDR: Trying to call and email is pretty much useless as they have pretty bad customer service if you can even call it that as they don't really serve any customers in any way.

Aero tech may not be perfect, but like anything, it is what you make it. I'm new to the hobby, and the staff have answered my questions completely every time, whether they be dumb questions or misnaming a part I need. As for the other reviews here, they seem out of line to me. Especially mr. "I'm a big important businessman, I'm important!" This is a pretty good local business, with prices that are in line with what a certain online retailer offers. Plus, from what I can tell, questions are welcome.
