The last time I visited Toys Time Forgot in Canal Fulton, I literally had to buy more memory for my…read morephone--I took that many pictures. It's just one of those places where the nostalgia hits you like a wave. Every aisle is filled with treasures from your childhood: toys you had, toys you wanted but couldn't afford, and even some you totally forgot existed until they were right there in front of you. I told a friend recently that if I had a million dollars to spend only on toys, I'd still leave that store with a wishlist. It's that packed with incredible finds. They have toys dating all the way back to the 1920s, through the golden eras of the '50s, '60s, '70s, and into the '80s and '90s--the stuff we now lovingly call "vintage" or "retro." From Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Star Wars to Marvel Comics, classic board games, and massive collectible statues, the selection is wild. I'm doing a couple of photo dumps just to show people how deep the nostalgia runs there. It's more than a store--it's an experience. If you're within driving distance, I highly recommend making a day of it. Explore the beautiful town of Canal Fulton, grab some food, and then spend time walking through this amazing shop. You won't regret it. And if you're not local--good news--they ship nationwide (possibly even worldwide). Right now they've got a spring sale: 20% off most items, and even 10% off statues and busts. Plus, they're gearing up for a huge Free Comic Book Day event, with a block party, vendors, and performers. Definitely worth checking out. Keep an eye out for flyers about NEO Con while you're there, and block out some time--you're going to need it!

Aero tech may not be perfect, but like anything, it is what you make it. I'm new to the hobby, and the staff have answered my questions completely every time, whether they be dumb questions or misnaming a part I need. As for the other reviews here, they seem out of line to me. Especially mr. "I'm a big important businessman, I'm important!" This is a pretty good local business, with prices that are in line with what a certain online retailer offers. Plus, from what I can tell, questions are welcome.

Trip Review - Ground Zero Comics in Strongsville Ohio. Ground Zero Comics and Cards @markus benn…read more One of Neo ComicCon's earliest supporters was Ground Zero and owner Markus Benn. I love stopping into a shop that is definitely Chaotic Neutral. Maybe Chaotic Good. Or visa-versa. This shop is showcased / packed with Gaming, Gaming, Gaming. If you look up gaming in the dictionary, there's gonna be a picture of this shop They have gaming supplies, all sorts of card games, all sorts of singles, all sorts of table top games, dice and a great place in the back of the store to sit down and play whatever you desire. Markus also has what I believe is the only display of Sideshow collectible statues In Cleveland. If you like the stuff, be sure to break out your wallet they are not cheap. All along the tops of all the shelves are additional statues and other toys and collectibles. Be sure to look up. They carry, as I said, gaming supplies, and Comic supplies. They also have new comics on Wednesdays and Comics displayed around the store. A huge selection of graphic novels are along the wall on the right hand side. Markus has a lot of marquee or dioramas set up, and I love his Beholder, the huge G.I. Joe aircraft carrier and of course the Star Wars robot in the back. Only pictures can do this store justice. Please take a look at the pics. Markus and Ground Zero will have some free comics for a free comic book day. Be sure to stop out and see them.
