Placed an internet order on Friday 01/23/2026. Called to verify the order on Saturday ,01/24/2026 and told the coin was available. I make a special trip to the post office to mail a check that day. Then on 01/29/2026 I'm notified by email they can't find the coin. Then they offer an inferior replacement coin with 22 times the mintage and 60 times the population! Quite Insulting and Disappointing. Quick research showed the exact certified coin I "purchased" on 01/23/2026 was sold on Ebay on 01/27/2026 for $345 more, 4 days after I purchased it. eBay item number:389526473732. read more

This year, 2024, I am in the final stage of finishing a type set that my father began before passing away. I went to some coin shows in the Philadelphia area in 2023-24 and found the lighting unsuitable for analyzing if a coin met my standards for purchase, particularly copper half cents and large cents. I decided to give the internet a try and discovered Executive Coin Co. early in 2024. Two things stood out: (1) their inventory (and descriptions) are excellent, particularly with old coins, and (2) their photography process is very, very good -- the lighting set-up is superb, even on old copper coins, so when you view them on-line the flaws are detectable (which helps with your decision to buy or pass) plus the obverse and reverse are always photographed (unlike some of the websites I checked out). I felt confident about every coin I purchased this year and when received I was not disappointed. When I consider the choices within the inventory (very high grades to medium and lower grades, all as described), the photography and pricing, I think Executive Coin Co. delivers good value to its customers. read more

I have purchased a few coins for my collection and have sold several coins to them over the past few years. The staff has always nice when I have come into the shop. They have a nice selection of coins; some at good competitive market prices, others, not so much. They pay competitive spot/market prices as opposed to other coin dealers in the surrounding areas. While they are not my primary coin dealer, I do use them occasionally and am glad that they are in the area. read more

On a recent trip to Ohio to visit my brother he took me to the Executive Coin Co. He is a regular customer and when we walked in we were greeted by extremely friendly sales people. I was looking for silver strike casino tokens and the saleslady went to the back and found some for me. Great prices! This store is amazing and if you don't see what you want in the showroom just ask. If they don't have it they can probably get it for you. read more

I ordered a couple of pricey items at the beginning of the year, and another not quite as pricey item also. They were okay. Not a bargain but nice looking. Apparently being a repeat customer does not gain you any courtesy from the owners. I guess they list items they don't even have. I have to guess since they didn't even have the courtesy to contact me to say why they cancelled the sale and refunded my payment. When I contacted them they also did not have enough consideration to respond. Perhaps they have forgotten that it is people out here, not just bank accounts. I will find dealers that actually remember what customer service is. tecc is off my list and I removed myself from their website. I can overlook a mistake. All they had to do was tell me something, not be rude and ignorant about it. read more

Even though it was first opened to the public in 1990, the history of The Executive Coin Company can be traced back to the early 1950's. Bill Miholer began collecting coins as a child in Three Rivers, Michigan, when he would sift through his paper route money looking for treasures to add to his collection. In the 1970's Bill and his wife, Terry, and their sons relocated to Stow, Ohio. A couple years later Bill and Terry's older son, David, bought a coin collecting book at a school sale. David was in the fourth grade. When David showed his father the book, Bill, in turn, showed David his coin collection. This began a lifelong passion that has become more than a hobby, but a commitment made by the entire family. The Miholer family has over 100 years of experience in the numismatic (coin) field. They pride themselves on providing quality coins to their customers at competitive prices.

When I brought the ruined fabric and a 2nd test piece to HL to return the defective SF101, I was denied a refund because I "could not prove" that the SF101 was the problem. I opened a dispute with my credit card company and won a refund. I am unhappy that I had to dispute the charge via my credit card company to get a refund. I will not shop again at HL.

Everyone is selling the same stuff and prices are fairly similar for each stall. But it is brighter and well laid out. I guess you can go by who looks the most trustworthy to who you buy from. Just keep an eye out to what you buy and make sure it's what you get. That was the old market. Hopefully it's better now. TBH I did not buy any veggies or fruit. Meat side is abundant with meat, fish, pastry, sauces, cheese and other vendors. You can find a deal. We got 3 pounds of ground meat for $18. Sunday is an off day some vendors are off so not all the stalls are filled. But more than enough. We also went to Christopher the bread guy for our favorite bread. So good! We got the rustic Italian small loaf and they sliced it. Good sandwiches this week for lunch. But they have a million other options too. This is a nice little treasure and it's worth the time and effort to go here. Grab lunch and hang out on W25th it's fun and worth the visit.

I've been at this since 830am and was ready to buy a phone. There's a way to tactfully correct your customer. When I said Samsung store, i meant to say they said they had a Samsung Diagnostic Computer which analyzes the contents. Yes, they are an insurance company. But they told me what was up, didnt pitch anything new and apologized. Maybe they were lying. But in the end they handled the situation w tact Indirectly call your customer a liar: You asked me if the phone got wet, anything spilled on it, do I let my kids play with it? Not to my knowledge and no my kid doesnt play w it. And then I was gonna say but who is 100% when it comes to spill or splash? But I didnt even get that far. You cut me off saying, "Hey man. Im just asking you some open ended questions (Nice, all good sales books recommend those) but then you said you said your kids dont play w it, I think they do... Bro, just keep that last part to yourself. I walked at that point because my phone is my livelihood. I dont know of anything spilling on it. Another reason my kids dont use my phone is because they have a PS5, PS4, Switch, DS, Fire Tablet, Samsung Tablet, Nintendo DS and other laptops of the like. When I said no, I meant it. Again, this store probably does good work. Just need to brush up on some modern sales books. Go to value purchases: 90% silver, pre 33 gold, and silver rounds/10 oz bars. Definitely recommend! 12 year silver stacker customer, still going back to both buy and sell. (Only buying now). I have made multiple purchases over the last couple years and have never been disappointed. Prices are reasonable, coins that are graded are done so properly, delivered promptly, and great communications letting me know when shipped and providing a tracking number for the package.
