Over the years I've taken numerous laptops, Nintendo switch, a tv and probably other things I forgot about here to pawn. I feel like they have always given me a reasonable amount. They have asked me how I much I need every time and they have never given me muchl lower than what I needed at the time. This was all before COVID hit though. Maybe they don't give as much anymore but I never felt like I was treated poorly by anybody there, and I don't go in expecting to get $1000.00. I figured if you are there to pawn something, then you need money pretty bad and should take what you can get. Just saying. read more

I would NOT recommend this place to my WORSE enemy!! There's a younger blonde that works there that has ABSOLUTELY no idea on how to do her job. I went in to do a pawn loan on a $2000 camera. She literally said the charger wasn't right and she couldn't accept it. Here's the kicker the charger came out of this box so how are you going to tell me that it's the wrong charger?? This is my 2nd NEGATIVE experience with this women!! I wasn't expecting to get much at all but to say you can't take something bc the charger is wrong she literally wanted to argue with my fiancée about it. But it really was the correct charger. I'm absolutely flabbergasted and disgusted with that place!!!DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF && waste your time..!! BTW this is for the new location at the EASTGATE PLAZA NOT BYE MOGADORE RD.. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!! read more

i took in a new in box cry baby classic wha($119.00 new) and latoya offered me $20 bucks saying she could buy one for $20 so as soon as i got home i checked she was looking up broken ones!USED IN BEAT CONDITION IT SELLS FOR $80 WITHOUT BOX! i also had an amazon fire hd tablet in new condition she offered me $10 again i checked when i got home and bam!she was looking up broken,not working one's.AGAIN AFTER RESEARCH I COULDN'T FIND ONE FOR UNDER $77.99 I figured alright, i'll just get a loan on my mint condition fender blacktop HSH stratocaster with hardshell case the manager lady flat insulted me and said $200 that she could buy it online for that,i left and sure enough i found one online for sale with $875.00 asking price...THE CASE ALONE IS SELLING FOR $270! these are scam artists and disrespectful people.. they insult you and act like your stuff is garbage! if the owner is reading this, you definitely need a new manager and staff, your not going to stay in business long with how they treat people.... Mr. Ball spent a great deal of time with me selecting a watch from a surprisingly robust inventory, then followed up by phone on a couple of issues that I needed resolved. He is a true professional with an encyclopedic knowledge of the watch line and the patience to deal with slow shoppers like myself. But today I had to fix a plumbing issue and needed expert help. I took pictures of my plumbing issue on my phone and went to Ace with the hope that I could show the pictures to someone and they could help, not expecting much though. I found the first employee and shared my pictures and issue to her and she sent me to their "resident plumber." Wow! This guy knew exactly what I needed to fix my problem. From the pictures I showed him he diagnosed my problem and showed me the parts I needed to fix it until I can get a plumber to ultimately fix the issue. This guy was an expert. And Ace had what I needed. Then I went over to look at the yard items and found a small bird feeder. A staff member saw me looking at the feeder and voluntarily told me that most of the feeders and related items were located at another location in the store and pointed me in the direction. She didn't have to do that but I'm glad she did because I would have not known about the location.
