Over the years I've taken numerous laptops, Nintendo switch, a tv and probably other things I forgot about here to pawn. I feel like they have always given me a reasonable amount. They have asked me how I much I need every time and they have never given me muchl lower than what I needed at the time. This was all before COVID hit though. Maybe they don't give as much anymore but I never felt like I was treated poorly by anybody there, and I don't go in expecting to get $1000.00. I would NOT recommend this place to my WORSE enemy!! There's a younger blonde that works there that has ABSOLUTELY no idea on how to do her job. I went in to do a pawn loan on a $2000 camera. She literally said the charger wasn't right and she couldn't accept it. Here's the kicker the charger came out of this box so how are you going to tell me that it's the wrong charger?? This is my 2nd NEGATIVE experience with this women!! I wasn't expecting to get much at all but to say you can't take something bc the charger is wrong she literally wanted to argue with my fiancée about it. But it really was the correct charger. i took in a new in box cry baby classic wha($119.00 new) and latoya offered me $20 bucks saying she could buy one for $20 so as soon as i got home i checked she was looking up broken ones!USED IN BEAT CONDITION IT SELLS FOR $80 WITHOUT BOX! i also had an amazon fire hd tablet in new condition she offered me $10 again i checked when i got home and bam!she was looking up broken,not working one's.AGAIN AFTER RESEARCH I COULDN'T FIND ONE FOR UNDER $77.99 I figured alright, i'll just get a loan on my mint condition fender blacktop HSH stratocaster with hardshell case the manager lady flat insulted me and said $200 that she could buy it online for that,i left and sure enough i found one online for sale with $875.00 asking price...THE CASE ALONE IS SELLING FOR $270! these are scam artists and disrespectful people.. they insult you and act like your stuff is garbage! if the owner is reading this, you definitely need a new manager and staff, your not going to stay in business long with how they treat people....
