They are understaffed. The staff they have are friendly and helpful. There's only one lady (banker) who is not as friendly and never smiles. I have complained about service for disabled as there is a sign that says that if you require special assistance (with the recognized disability sign) to let them know. I think that if someone is struggling to stand up in line with a cane, then a teller or banker should excuse themselves and either offer their support.. Offer a seat, serve them.. There are not enough seats in the lobby and the line goes out the door at peak times. At one point, they didn't even have a notary. I complained about this and now they have one, however if you need this service, call ahead. In summary, if you need branch services, drive the 4 miles to Ravenna branch. Much better.
