I need an attorney or haha got one. suing them now!!!!!!!! stay away from the robbery of a place. go to full grip in Akron, battlegrounds in central Canton, or paul's in Perry/Massillon. mark and other owner rude as heck. and allows there employees to rob people all day. This location has really gone down hill. The management is lacking to say the least. I was in there…read moreon 12/30/22 and one person was working the register. She repeatedly requested assistance at the register and no one bothered to come even though customers were wrapped around the counter. Most people would think there isn't enough help and someone needs to be on the floor, but I witnessed at least two employees on the floor. One was the manager who I have seen multiple times aimlessly walking around. She never offers to assist customers let alone one of her employees. She never one time came up to the front when she called for assistance or bothered to respond. I was in this store over the summer and this very manager could not be bothered to help me locate where something was that showed in stock on the website. She pointed me in the general location and that was all she offered, even after I had told her I looked over there. I eventually found the item, no thanks to her. The cashier was very professional and courteous. She deserves a raise for having to deal with such terrible leadership or lack there of. The Michaels in the old Pat Catans is a better choice and has a better selection and much more organized.

Aero tech may not be perfect, but like anything, it is what you make it. I'm new to the hobby, and the staff have answered my questions completely every time, whether they be dumb questions or misnaming a part I need. As for the other reviews here, they seem out of line to me. Especially mr. "I'm a big important businessman, I'm important!" This is a pretty good local business, with prices that are in line with what a certain online retailer offers. Plus, from what I can tell, questions are welcome.

I am promised a phone call back from one rep and when I emailed my concern, I received a ticket # but absolutely NO follow up. I received the ticket # on 1/12/18. Now, 13 days later, NOTHING. I am going to see if the next rep I get a hold of will let me talk to a supervisor. I caution any and all of you about buying from this company.

I made a purchase for these coins to do my treasure hunting. They promised two weeks delivery. It turns out they don't have them in storage and ready for delivery. This immediately triggered an alarm. If they don't have it available for delivery then it made me think they are actually creating these coins by combining coins they can't sell. When I called in for a refund because I never received my coins they would not allow me to get a refund even though it was never shipped because they could not provide me a tracking number. Instead they told me that they must deliver the package and when I receive it, I have the option of rejecting it. Well the time came when they try to deliver the unsearched coins. I was not home to receive the package. It took them close to two months to deliver the coins. To deal with the matter, I just called my credit card company to dispute the charges because it was never delivered. Becareful with this company.
