I've come here twice now. Once as a chaperone on a school trip and once with my own family. It really is a fun way to spend the morning and part of the afternoon. I brought my two kids here - different age groups - and they were both entertained for hours. The waterpark which is best enjoyed at the beginning of business hours was the best part of the place to my family. On the day of our visit, it was a hot, summer day and getting in the pool before it became crowded was everything to us. After spending several hours in the waterpark, we went inside and played the various games and attractions. I will say, the go karts were faster than I thought and as a nondriver, was scary. Bowling was a blast. My kids still ask to go back and we are planning to return again in the summer. All in all, we spent about $300 after everything was said and done but it was money well spent. You pay for the experience and the memories.

Huge place , and extremely expensive , $25 per hour per person for bowling . They charged us $18.75 for 2 beers , and the place is not even that organized . $47 to get in .. nothing that special for all this money . There's certainly better places at more reasonable prices .

Bowling!

I hosted a project graduation here in 2018 and it was amazing then and even better now. First I saw the bathrooms and game areas cleaned several times during my visit. The bowling is not regulation but fun and the balls and lanes are not covered in grease. The game area is fun too! Go karts are regulated to ensure no bumping and that everyone has a safe environment. The water rides are immaculate and the entire facility is well staffed. Food is reasonably priced for an amusement park, I would gladly give my business to this place over dirty six flags or mountain creek.

What a great deal they got going on here ! My family of 4 and I purchased the $50 platinum band that included all indoor rides, $5 arcade card & bowling . We went on a Saturday night and it was busy but not overwhelmingly. We were able to get on most rides and bowled . It's definitely a place you can spend hours in , we stayed until closing time . I would definitely come back with friends and do the same deal again . This place is for all ages , my two year old had so much fun. I'm already planning my next visit .

Are the accepting reservations and ticket purchases for April? All dates are blocked out from April 10th and beyond. May and June is closed too. What's going on?

Hello, So sorry about that we will have the rest of the spring open on the webstore today. However Summer pricing has not been released just yet so when they does get released we will open up all the summer months. Again sorry for the confusion.

Are water shoes required?

No they are not required in the waterpark area.

Are you forced to wear swim suits to go into any of the rides in the water park?

Hello, Yes you will need to have a bathing suit on to go on the waterslides.

Is this a great environment for 11-12 year old boys? Also is there free parking or paid parking? Thanks all!

Great environment and free parking!

Is it good for my 2-year-old son? Can I accompany him in GoKarting?

There is height requirement for the rides.. i did not do the go karts as i seen the way out.. my son ia 3 years he ride the bump cars with me..... however, i was holding the safety bar so it would not bump into him. it was fun for my son..

Has anyone been to the splash plex behind the fun plex? Looking for recommendations?

Yes. I visited in August. It was a great time and ideal for ages 4- 12. The lines were short and I loved the water slides, pool areas and tipping bucket.

Dear Yelp, Sign up…read morefor their emails and they send out coupon codes for Fridays. I spent $75 on two platinum tickets and 2 pairs of socks for my daughter's birthday. Pretty good deal. They had a blast jumping and running around like crazy. It wasn't that hectic on a Friday afternoon when kids were off from school. Kids enjoyed icees and popcorn. However, popcorn was nearly empty and no one made more in the two hours I paid attention to it. I would have purchased more. The floors were clean and someone was sweeping constantly. This place is close to home. We will definitely frequent it during the summer months. Love, Nicole

I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE…read more I had my daughters tenth birthday party here and I could not be more pleased. Let me begin by saying how easy and accommodating the party panning was. I was able to come in and set the enrtire room up to our liking and planning. The costs and fees were decent and whatever you do not use ... you are not charged for ... so the children that did not make it were taken off the bill. The activities were adorable and the children played until they near passed out... of course two hours was not enough time for the to fully enjoy the place... plan to be there ALL DAY. LAZER TAG- has to be one of my most favorite interactive family friendly games. The way our party attendees took to the floor and got after each other.... everyone was a sweaty mess of laughter.

Thomas the train ride tour was also really fun. They also had rides for big kids as well. These included the shredder, slime fest, Dora the Explorer Sky Coaster. and the Avatar Airbender spinning coaster. My daughter and I went on these multiple times and she had a really good time. Everything is super clean, bright, and colorful. It really feels like stepping into your favorite Nickelodeon shows. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful, constantly high-fiving the kids and making sure everyone was having a great time. Wait times were reasonable save for a few specific popular rides. We spent the whole day there and never got bored. The food options in the park and the surrounding American Dream Mall are great as well. If you have kids who love Nickelodeon (or even if you just want to feel like a kid again), this place is a must-visit. To quote my kids. "10 out of 10!"

The layout and theming of the park is pretty cool. I've never been to an indoor amusement park so this was definitely an experience. I'm also a fan of all the old (and new-ish) Nickelodeon shows. I loved the Rugrats! I do appreciate that you can walk around and not have to purchase a ticket. My kids had wristbands and I didn't have to pay for myself. That's definitely a huge plus. There are a good amount of rides. A nice area for littles, and some bigger coasters as well. My 9 year old was able to get on a lot of rides, but I feel like my 7 year old felt a little lost. He was too big for the little rides, but too tiny for many of the older rides so I don't think he had as much of a good time. The jellyfish swings were fun and they really liked the slimer roller coaster. My daughter looooved the shredder ride. She also enjoyed the Fairly Oddparents surfboard (skateboard?) ride but after a few rides she started to get nauseous. If you suffer from motion sickness you may want to take it easy at this park. It seems like EVERY ride spins, or has a spinning component. She had to tap out after too much spinning. Overall, the park is fun and interesting to walk around. Personally, my anxiety couldn't take it as the attendants buckled my kids in and I constantly needed to make sure they were doing it correctly. haha.

We arrived at 10:30, which I would recommend based on crowds. My 4 and 5 year old had a good time, though I'd say this spot is optimal for slightly older and above. There were just a handful of activities they really couldn't do. That being said, I saw a bunch of toddlers who were also having a blast. The namesake slide was closed all morning, which was a bummer, but I'm also not sure my kids would have actually done it. The trampolines, acrobatic swing bar, and multi-level play structure were their favorites. I agree that some people working here were more happy to be there. The waiver is long. Try to do it ahead of time.

Great experience at Air Riderz Adventure Park in Port Chester…read more Large covered parking lot shared with other stores and shops nearby. We used a Groupon and had no issues redeeming when visiting on a Friday morning. We were instructed to complete the waivers at the kiosks near the entrance. We did have to purchase the mandatory socks which was $18 for three (3) pairs. Before proceeding to the play areas, we put our things in the little cubes they have for storage...i.e. shoes, bags, etc. Keep in mind these are open cubes which anyone can access. I never felt unsafe in leaving our things there...but as always, there is a risk. It was not very crowded on a Friday morning at around 10:30am (they open at 10) so it was a pleasure navigating the space with minimal crowds. There are lots of areas to enjoy for both adults and children. The main area has trampolines as well as some interactive areas where you jump to tap buttons and two video screens where you mimic the movements on screen...both area great. There are a few obstacle courses: ninja, balance beam, and swing pit. The basketball area is also great with a cushioned surface, two hoops, and targets where you can throw balls at. There are two huge slides in the center which are fun. Finally, there a "rock climbing" area with a few different climbing options. You must have the "climb" option added to your pass in order to use it though. You will be belayed during the climb. Be mindful that the gripped socks provided do NOT offer the best grip while climbing in my opinion...climbing was much more difficult that I experience in traditional rock climbing places that provide rock climbing shoes...then again, maybe it is just me. There is a food area which sells some snacks: soft drinks, chips, candy. There are also a few tables nearby where you can eat. Overall we had a great time here...the space was very clean and well-maintained. All staff we encountered were very nice. Be sure to check ahead if visiting with toddlers as there are some restrictions on which areas they are able to visit.

Considering the fact that 3 hours of unlimited attractions is $43 on its own, the Level Up package is a deal! Plus, I don't have to limit my kids' activities so everyone is happy. My boys loved the Dark Ride, which is an interactive ride with shooting elements, and the bumper cars. There was also a ropes course, rock wall, ninja warrior course, and a ballocity play area. The only bummer was that the mini bowling was out of order, and I know my sons would have loved that.

Better version of Chuck E Cheese…read more The best part of the trip to Xtreme Play was the strapped in aerial obstacle course. Geared towards the younger crowd, adults can partake in the play which was pretty cool. There was enough excitement from the various obstacles to provide a thrill, old and young alike. This was definitely the highlight of the entertainment center. Safety wasn't an issue and there was enough supervision even with the additional risks. There are many arcade games but 1/3 of the games seemed to be out of order for my trip. Not sure if that is because of the package my group paid for. Honestly most of the games were stale. The bumper cars were of the kiddie variety and used levers for movement instead of a steering wheel so it was a little less bump which takes away some of the fun. The overall drive space was smaller so the bumps were more like nudges. The scary 3D movie experience also didn't provide the thrill I was expecting. The aroma of buttery popcorn is very prevalent everywhere in the center, so much so that I swear it's on purpose to make you buy popcorn. The pizza was not impressive but I suppose standard for the course. During my visit the wait for the concession lines were really long. The floors were well cleaned and maintained which is a nice change from the normal food stained floors of most kiddie entertainment centers.

Oak Ridge, NJ - calling all influencers! This place is hugely Instagrammable and super enchanting!…read moreLol. Mariah Carey even shot her Christmas music video here. But you don't have to care about snapping cute pics to appreciate that Fairy Tale Forest is an absolute wholesome delight for children and for adults to live their childhood nostalgia. There is a real magical forest feel as you wander through the park, which isn't large, but the life-size storybook cottages and fairy tale sets are beautifully detailed and lovingly restored. The grounds are clean and well-manicured (a sign says the gardens are curated by Raine Garden Designs). A list of daily events & activities are posted such as magic shows, live music, and character meet & greets. The staff and actors are all warm and friendly. My child loved running around and exploring, participating in the activities, but I enjoyed it just as much if not more. There are shaded picnic tables under umbrellas (next to the Bluebird Stage so you can catch a show while you eat). The food is from the on-site restaurant Fables, and is quite good, certainly better than your average amusement park fare (I was really happy to get a proper salad!). The restaurant is only open for private parties/events/rentals at the moment, but I'm told they hope to have it up and running at some point. The interior is also themed. There is a reasonably priced gift shop with a nice selection of toys, souvenirs, costumes, and gifts. I would say this park is suitable for younger kids, maybe up to 8 or even an unjaded 10yo (have your kids dress up as knights, wizards, princesses, and fairy tale characters!). It's also kind of a cool spot for a date. This is an "analog" park with some animatronics, and you shouldn't expect any dazzling razzmatazz or high-octane thrills. Six Flags it ain't. But come with the right mindset for the unique experience this is and you won't be disappointed. It's good ol' fashioned throwback family fun and brings back an era that doesn't exist anymore. Indeed, many NJ locals have fond memories of this park from when they were young. It was built in the 1950s by an industrious German dude and features scenes from Grimm's Fairytales that his mother used to read to the family, and was expanded with more set pieces over the next couple of decades. Unfortunately it closed down in 2003 and FINALLY reopened last year, after efforts were stalled during the pandemic. All I can say is goooo and visit this charming, singular, and uncorporatized attraction, and support a still founding family-owned local business. It's a complete joy!
