The chicken schnitzel was a very well prepared and tender breaded chicken cutlet. However, the accompaniments elevated the dish beautifully. We topped it off with Apple strudel which I must say is the best apple strudel I've ever had. Wonderfully flaky, tender crust with phenomenal apple filling and unsweetened whipped cream on the side. Our server was great, informative and super friendly. The vibe was chill and we had a delightful dinner here.

The interior is warm, wooden tables and bar, cozy lighting and a great place to meet up or dine solo. The menu offers great comfort food: chicken sandwich, burgers, salads, soups, breakfast and dinner. There is a Happy Hour Monday-Friday 3-6:30pm. "Their signature dish is a "hotchee," this hearty spin on a classic chili-cheese dog consists of a grilled hot dog in a bun, topped with a slice of American cheese, the Hamilton's signature chili, a squeeze of yellow mustard, and a generous heap of diced onions." Sounds delicious with a nice IPA. My veggie burger deluxe arrived and it was a generous portion of burger, salad, and potato wedges. I asked for a side of chipotle aioli. The veggie burger tasted good; black bean patty with sautéed onions on a brioche bun. The potato wedges were delicious and the aioli sauce had a spicy kick to it. The bartender then expressed "this will not work out...." Confused i said what do you mean....? He expressed that he is the owner and he is not going to serve me. " it's not gonna work out , I am all of this and you cant stay here" I didn't understand why he REFUSED to service me ...just after simply asking questions. No attitude and definitely nothing off putting. Question, a patron like myself will have service refused for simply asking a question?? Or was there more ? Why was I refused service? I dont want to make this about Race....but there was no attitude, no aggression....just a question.
