We had Poke in Hawaii and thought we'd have to fly 5,000 miles to enjoy great poke, but happily we were wrong! Martin, the co-owner is a gifted chef snd his poke was so perfect that I became a Poke Motion Food Truck Groupie! Over the summer we have continued to enjoy Martin's amazing creations. Yesterday my wife had the tuna poke and I tried and loved his sate chicken with peanut sauce, it was so delicious that I can't wait to find out where his Poke Motion Food Truck will be parked this weekend!

We each tried the spicy chicken sandwich, which had only a mild kick, and shared a side of seasoned fries. The boneless breast in the sandwich was big, fresh, and juicy, and it was complemented by LTO served on a brioche bun. The fries were excellent as well. I'm not going to call this place a "Chick-fil-A" killer, but I have to give credit where it's due: This was pretty damn good.
