I've seen what the local grocery chains and the warehouse stores have, and the quality really can't compare, and at $5/lb less than those places, it seems even that much better. But let's talk about service, the real win here. The gentleman behind the counter asked me how he could help me, and I told him what I was looking for. He showed me big hunks of meat, ready to be sliced how I want it. And boy did I put that to the test. I went home with two 1.5" thick porterhouse steaks, and even a couple of NY Strip steaks. I watched as this gentleman carefully trimmed the excess fat off the cuts, and packaged them with the care that someone puts into a Christmas present for their favorite person. Indeed, it felt to me that I was his most important customer. You cannot go wrong spending your money here. In fact, I highly recommend that you do! Thanks folks for your awesome service and product.
