We purchased fresh blue crab and shrimp from the seafood department and were seriously overcharged for what we received. For those prices, I expected FRESH, high-quality seafood. Instead, the seafood was old, dry/mushy, and completely unacceptable. My entire family was upset. We ended up THROWING IT AWAY because I wasn't willing to risk anyone getting sick. The service was good and the store has a great variety, but the prices and quality simply do not match. Charging premium prices for seafood that ends up in the TRASH is ridiculous. I can deal with expensive when the quality is there--but overpriced AND poor quality? Absolutely not

They didn't even have any idea of the size of the ready-made cakes...(6 in? 8 in?...they had no idea). When this Publix first opened it was better but it's gone downhill.
