This Publix is pretty nice! Lots of parking space, very spacious inside, friendly workers and great deals. We usually visit for the subs and BOGO deals offered. Prices are kind of on the higher side especially with so much competition nearby but you go here for the quality. read more

Had to travel in order to find the last Covid vaccine. Still recommended for seniors, four months removed from last booster. Most stores either do not have it or run out before you arrive. Cost for vaccines and tests are bound to increase as crisis funds disappear. Supply chain issues continue. I bet her house at Thanksgiving is the place to be! On our way to buy water we found something better, wine samples!! And dang it they got us, had to add a bottle of Pino Grigio. I was happy when this store opened as it is closer for me than the other Publix stores. The workers are always so friendly, which seems to be the standard for Publix stores. The store seems clean and they offer weekly specials. I like the self check out for when I just have a few items. My reasoning for 3 stars is partly selection. I understand now because of COVID that many of the shelves are empty, but way before that, they just don't have the variety of foods that I am often looking for. Whole water chestnuts is an example...they never have them. Another reason is that I have had to return bad meat on 4 different occasions. I don't ever in my life remember doing that until I shopped here. 2 times were pork ribs and the other 2 were also pork products. Note to self......don't buy pork here anymore. I will continue shopping here, but I often have to go to other grocery stores for items which I think are pretty simple. read more

This Publix is feeling more and more like going to Walmart... only two checkout lanes opened (one of which is the 10 items or less) creating long lines that block isles. They are trying to force people to use self checkout lines so they don't have to hire more people. Might as well go save some money and shop at Walmart at this point. My kid tried to apply and they told her they're only collecting applications right now because they're fully staffed... that's funny cause they clearly need more staffing but are refusing to hire. read more

This is one of the busiest Publix in the area. It is always well-stocked. The staff is very helpful and always willing to go the extra mile for your convenience. The bakery and deli always have additional staff to ensure the line moves swiftly. Publix baggers continue ro offer assistance to your car. The store always has buy one get one free options. There is an abundance of wine and beer options. The produce is always fresh and there is a large variety. For vegans there are refrigerated and frozen products. When I mentioned I didn't want to touch it I got no response. So either sign or no prescription. Nice! Of course they had no sanitizer to use!!! I'm no expert but I would assume if you were to catch this somewhere this would be the place, where a lot of people pick up their prescriptions. Love this Pharmacy. Very helpful in getting my required prescriptions to include sending messages to my doctor and updating me on status of my availability etc. Spoke to Alley today and she was outstanding in finding what my request were and getting me answers on my prescriptions. Pros- Store in general always appears clean. cashiers are great and very friendly, seafood department has good selection for a grocery store and everything has been fresh, bakery makes delicious fresh products. Cons- produce department is awful, had the same brown lettuce out for 3 days (multiple trips back to check for fresh lettuce) and tomatoes are often soft. Totally looking forward to sprouts and Aldi for options Pharmacy- does not go out of there way to help you get the refills you need as other pharmacies have done for us. They will send a couple of faxes but no follow up. read more

I was standing behind a beautiful ebony woman whom was serviced by a WHITE female with GLASSES , BLONDE hair with a mask after the ebony woman walked off the worker turned her back to me an ignored me. mins later a blk young male comes from behind the kitchen area... I'm always in and out of this Publix as it is close to my house. I am always greeted with a smile when I walk in. There are always carts available. The supermarket is always clean. The food is good quality. Everything is easy to find, and if it isn't the staff is always available to help and guide you in the right direction. Today I noticed they have a lot of cashiers available so the wait is never long. I walked up and was checked out immediately. They have a good selection of beer. A lot of craft beers available. So i was standing in line for an item at the customer service kiosk today. There was a lady in front of me and needed a price check. So the rep had asked another rep to go and check the item out. As i stand there 2 other customers come to the kiosk to my left and right. The main rep proceeds to cash the lady out. She had seen me standing there for a few minutes. This grocery store is so nice! Great staff and super clean. Their shelves are always stocked and the fruits and veggies always fresh. The bakery staff are always super helpful when ordering cakes. The sandwich counter can get busy and have a bit of a wait but you can call ahead with your order. Publix just can't be beat. read more

Also, as a BAKERY, it seems insane that it takes 2 weeks just to get fondant in. I absolutely love this Publix. First, I have yet to meet an employee with an attitude. Everyone seems like they are well trained to handle stressful customers. Second, I'm a mother with a family of hungry teenagers and so we go through a lot of food a week. I save so much money here between their BOGO deals and then coupons. In fact, I bought instant oatmeal boxes, reg. price 3.89 box, for just 1.15 after sale and coupons...a box! We stocked up because this is a fav in my home! 3rd, this store is incredibly clean and organized. The only reason I gave it a 4 out of 5 is because I wish the produce section was bigger...like their competitors (starts with an "S"). I enjoy eating healthy food and their produce/farm section is very small and doesn't have as much inventory as I'd like to see so unfortunately I have to get my produce from a Farmer's Market in Tampa. One final thing that was a negative, is the pharmacy. They are not a part of the grocery store but I wanted to verbalize that I've seen first hand how they mistreat customers sometimes. I saw a person in pharmacy (not the pharmacist) roll their eyes at a customer...in front of them! This is applied to the insta cart service at publix. This is not the Publix itself. I thought that I would try this service for the first time. I placed my order with all the things that I needed. Mind you I am very particular about certain things and brands. I also do like rotten vegetables or fruit that is bad. I ordered 42 items and out of that 19 were replaced by other products. I tried to get a hold of my shopper to let her know of the things that I wanted and if there was a problem to let me know. Well, I never heard from her. I changed the things on the app as she was shopping and she didn't get the things that I wanted or didn't get them at all. Now, if you have the extra money to spend on this service, bless you but I do not. They charge $3.99 for delivery, which is free when you spend $35.00 or more. I spent over $250.00 so I feel that I should have gotten the free delivery. Of course you pay the tax which was $2.71. Her tip was $11.53 and then there is the service charge of $10.77 which is part of the delivery persons pay. I know it doesn't seem like a lot, but when you budget your money every week in these trying times its a lot. When she brought me my groceries, I started to unpack the rotted potatoes in the bag, the beans that were questionable, the strawberries that had mold on them and things that I did not even receive. I ordered ground sirloin and got ground chuck. Things like this really erk me. Now I did try to contact her and got no response. If she would have either called or texted me I would have to her a replacement. I did use the app and was changing the things as she was shopping because apparently she couldn't find them. I went shopping the next day to Publix and to my surprise... I got all the things that I wanted and more. So, if you want to waste your money on a service and have someone buy your groceries for you, buyer beware. You get what you pay for. The people do not care about what they are picking out for you. They shop the way they would for themselves. Maybe I am to picky, but I do not like rotted vegetables nor do I like nasty beans or fuzz on my strawberries.
