Attended the grand re-opening event and it was absolutely spectacular! It was such a treat to see beautiful artwork on display from local artists, a great way to celebrate community talent. The event was catered by Our Green Affair Café, and everything was delicious and fresh. A special moment was when members of the Chamber of Commerce presented Tom with a plaque and gathered for the official ribbon cutting. You could really feel the support and excitement in the air. I have been coming to this store for about 15 years. Today was actually my first time back in quite a number of years but they treated me as if I come there every week. It's conveniently located in a moderate sized strip mall with grocery store and some nice places to eat so if you have other errands to run, this is a good place to come. And parking is plentiful. When you walk in right away you are taken by all the examples of frames they have available. I don't think I've ever seen a selection quite this large. And there are many pieces on display they have completed that are awaiting pickup so you can actually see some of their work. Patrick is incredibly helpful and so easy to work with. I brought in a piece I had framed more than 10 years ago and was looking to do the exact same frame and matting with a new piece. I had been to a few other shops and none could match what I was looking for. I don't know why I tried other stores when I should have just come here first. Much to my surprise, even though I hadn't been in the store for more than 10 years, Patrick was able to pull me up on their computer and had a record of all of my previous purchases. A phone call later to check and sure enough, they had the materials to do the framing job I wanted. So simple! He even had all the measurements from the previous job. I brought in an additional piece and he was able to write that one up as well in just a matter of minutes. And as if that wasn't enough, I brought in a piece they had done before just to show them exactly what I wanted. The backing had come off and Patrick offered to repair it and he did so right on the spot. This was before he even looked up my file on the computer. He actually did it while he was on the phone checking for the frame material I wanted. When he brought it back to me, the backing was perfectly in place again and even with new hanging wire. Last, I will say you just can't beat the quality of service they provide along with the very reasonable price! I've tried other frame shops and all I can say is "why?" The availability, timeliness of their work, quality of the work and the personal treatment. I can't imagine going anywhere else ever again. If you have any framing needs, you need to let Patrick take care of you. read more

1/17/2018 Third Update. Raised it to five stars. Wife loves the work and we are very very happy and I may have been a little harsh the first time seven years ago My second Went back for a second try and they are much better then my first visit. I think I got the summer replacement several years ago. My fist review is this: I normally go to Frame Design and Gallery in the Albertson's center on Via De La Valle, but tried these folks once. Yes they were less expensive by a few dollars but the work was just not the same. It was OK, but when you are dealing with custom art work that you have paid top dollar for, why settle for less then the best. The color selection on the art was just not as vibrent as the art work I have had done at Frame Design. read more

The name deterred me a bit at first. Fastframe sounds like Aaron Bros little sister, and I've had some really bad experiences with them! One day when I was shopping at Vons, I decided to take a peek at the shop and was pleasantly surprised to find that the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful! Before they had even seen my artwork they made me feel I was making the best decision by entrusting my framing to them! The owner (new I'm told) Patrick made sure he introduced himself to me and wanted me to be sure to recognize that the store is undergoing some MAJOR changes in the upcoming months. I'm already liking what I see! When I returned to pick up my finished piece (in just a week!) I was floored! The design was stunning and the piece looks perfect in my home.
