This is a review based on the staff attitude, not the product, I am happy with the product. On Mother's Day I placed an order and asked if I could pick the flowers at a certain time, they ensured me they were going to be there after hours for me to pick the flowers, I trusted them and they were not there, I knocked every door on the establishment and no answer, I called today and the female at the phone had an attitude as soon as I mentioned what happened, instead of just owning what happened, she told me " you better plan a head next time " I didn't want to argue and decided to leave this review instead. Some of the flowers we got here lasted long after I expected them to. The staff member even commented that they were really fresh. She obviously knows her stuff. Beyond that, though I wasn't certain what I wanted and found that my questions weren't answered adequately and with out much enthusiasm. When someone walks in your door quite often they're coming in because they want the human contact with an expert of some level. Maybe customer service will improve. I'm hopeful. read more

I've used them several times over the years. The last time is the first time I saw the actual bouquet that was delivered. It was VERY disappointing. It did not look big and full like on the website. The flowers looked fresh but it looked quite sparse compared to the photos. It would be ok if it was inexpensive but these are much more expensive ($75 with delivery) than many other places so I had hoped for better quality. I called and they say they actually put extra flowers than the order called for. Not helpful and very deceiving. Last time I'll use them. read more

Yes I was calling on Christmas Eve. I live 1500 miles away so went through the website and needed some sent to a funeral. called them up. of the dozens of pre-arranged flowers to order, that i were able to scroll through i asked about three or four. didn't have anything to complete whatever I inquired of. You could spend x dollars and we'll make an arrangement for you. OK. the only thing I specifically asked for was PURPLE. in fact, everything she and I went through, all had purple in them. Bought flowers for my grandma's birthday and had them sent to her. She was pleased with them and didn't know the difference between what I ordered and what she received. HOWEVER, the bouquet on the website looked SO STUNNING AND BEAUTIFUL (I PAID for extra flowers -- total cost me $70) and the actual bouquet does not look like the image they advertised. I'm pretty disappointed because I paid an extra $15 or so to make sure the bouquet had extra flowers but they totally ripped us off on the quantity. Just know the photos they use are NOT accurate. Had flowers delivered to my home today, the lady was not wearing a mask. I committed that she was not wearing a mask and was about to ask her to set the flowers down but before I could she rudely extended her arm and said "oh well here" and turned and walked away rudely. Like some of the other reviews here. I too did not get what I ordered or expected. However if you read the bottom of the receipt it says "Your satisfaction is our major concern! If there is a problem...call us immediately." If you dummies had just done that, it would have been fine. That's what I did and they totally hooked me up! Not only did I not have to return the bouquet they delivered that wasn't right but they re-delivered a fantastic looking bouquet! The wife loved them! So now I have two! I spoke to an awesome lady named Latoya and she made everything right and better than I originally expected! So if you're looking at these other reviews of people that didn't get what they expected and you order something from them that's not right...just call them and they'll make it right. Instead of going right to Yelp to complain about a place, how about use some common sense and call the place of business first to see if they can help you. I called the shop the next business day and left a message for the manager about the issue, but never got a call back to discuss. I had a destination wedding that was going to charge more than I wanted to pay so I went local and brought my wedding bouquet with me. The owner helped me pick flowers that would be pretty, in season and sturdy enough to endure the trip. The main flower and color I wanted didn't exist so the staff spray painted a rose in my exact color - color and long lasting - perfect! So many compliments on my wedding bouquet and the photos were beautiful. I left my bouquet at the wedding chapel and the next couple was able to use it for their wedding. I placed the order online to be delivered to my coworker for her birthday before noon. The only good thing about the order was the time it was delivered. They delivered them early which was great but when the delivery person walked in I did not even think that it was my order being delivered as the flower arrangement looked nothing like the picture online. I had called the location a few times to confirm my order and to make sure it was delivered early, at any point they could've informed me that the arrangement would be altered. I could see if it were a minor change but this was a drastic difference from what I initially purchased. I ordered the "Make a Wish" arrangement with three balloons to be delivered with it. The order cost me $76.56 including the balloons and delivery fee, I do not think the skimpy order that my coworker received was worth the price due to it not being even close to the picture. I have attached pictures of what I thought she would receive compared to what she got. Don't get me wrong, the flowers were pretty but the arrangement itself was a huge let down. My son who lives in Washington State sent me flowers for New Year. Flower Mine has delivered flowers to me before. This time there were lilies and a few other things. I was unhappy at the quantity of flowers Verses greenery. Lots of greenery. Also the vase appeared to have pits in the silver coating and rough inside surface. I felt it was an inferior vase. I have thrown most of the arraignment out but have kept a couple carnations. It lasted not even a week. I will tell my son to try another supplier in Yuma next time. read more

A bunch of us at work put our money together, to order a large flower arrangement, for our coworker who had a major loss in her family. I personally placed the order and had it delivered to the funeral. Disappointment and outrage followed when I found out what was actually delivered. It's an understatement that the delivery looked nothing like the order I placed. I personally returned to this florist to discuss how unhappy I was with the delivered flower bouquet. I received nothing but backlash. These are some of the things they told me: 1) They were bombarded all week with several funerals. 2) That both bouquets, order vs delivered were the same value. 3) They substituted 2 flowers for 1 more expensive flower. 4) "What do you want to do now? The funeral is over." I asked for a refund, to give back to my coworker who had received the flowers. They gave me 10% of the flower order. This did not include tax and delivery fee. Of $140 spent, I received a $12 refund. The reasons for going back to complain and for writing this review, is on principle. As customers, we have to speak up, otherwise they'll continue to get away with this. I'm all for supporting local businesses, but it's difficult to do so, when they continue to do mediocre work for a jacked up price.
