I had called them a week in advance to come and install a water softener system in my home, they sent a technician that was completely clueless with his job, first of all he was here for 4 hours and was not able to complete the job because all the equipment that he brought were broken and damage, plus this technician named Christian was not just able to complete the service job but he also damage my water heater by not closing the water pressure properly. My water heater got damage and I had to replace it completely new!! I tried calling their office during business hours several times that day and they never answer, I left several messages and no one has responded back to me. Finally I spoke to this person name Steve and he just said they were going to send someone on their team to look at the water heater the next day, around 9 am we'll they didn't show up at 9 but at 10:45 am very late and careless, I kept calling again to ask what time they would show up to my house and no one would answer til finally this rude lady name Janet answered and just kept telling me that someone will show up eventually , she's rude and didn't show any care or concern about the situation that was happening. Overall I don't recommend this business at all, find other places that are better suited for your needs, this business are not professionals at all. All of their staff are nothing but RUDE!! Corporate greed at its best. Went to get my water tested and they wouldn't print out the results…read morethat tell you how to use use the chemicals. Keep in mind all the chemicals on the list are Leslie products. Was told that the manager doesn't want them printing them anymore. Some times they print some times they don't. They must have recently got in trouble for not selling because the last time I was in there the manager was there training new employees. A guy came in for a water test and before it was even finished the manager started bringing product up to the counter. Pushing what ever corporate was wanting to sell. My total for all the chemicals that the "test" said i needed would have been close to $200.00. They lost that sale and any future sales over the cost of 2 pieces of paper and some ink. Never going back again. I refuse to support the corporate trend of screwing over customers to save a few pennies.
