I'll preface this by saying the work they do looks incredible. However, once you pay them -…read moregetting them back to the work site is a stressful endeavor. Work began on my pool installation in September 2022 with an estimated completion date by end of year (I assumed also 2022). Work started quickly with demolition and excavation in September and October 2022 as well as plumbing in late October. Then the rains started and I added multiple material upgrade Change Orders. Things crawled to a near-stop. They blamed the slow progress on the unseasonably wet weather and upgrade from concrete surroundings to paver and natural stone. I could understand this for a couple of months additional work, but we are now on month 9 and I simply cannot get them to come out and finish the project. Project completion "check-off" items that should be reasonably simple to complete, like: make the pool heater operational, turn on the salt/chlorine converter, fix broken stair, finish planters, fix inoperable lights, add on floater for auto-fill function, installation of amp and speaker system, fix broken irrigation lines and wire irrigation valves, etc. In the months of later April, May and so far in June they have only sent someone to work 5 days. They are capable people but under staffed and over-booked for projects. Speaking with the Project Manager originally daily, then weekly nothing that is communicated can be trusted. "I'll have a crew out there on late Monday". No show. Call him again. They will come Tuesday. No show. Believe me, this communication of what/when things will happen are true maybe 5% of the time. In the past two months I've been told to reach out directly to the owner because "resources aren't available". The owner has now stopped answering calls and texts as well. I know many will partially blame me for paying so much of the contract costs without results. I originally thought the contract payments were well designed - with 15 separate milestone payments. Well, in hindsight, most milestone payments were "once ... begins". Not many completion milestone payments, so there are MANY outstanding and unresolved issues. After 9 months of struggles and in particular the last 3 months of basically "no work" I am at my wits end. Nice guys to your face albeit frustrating; does wonderful work but you can't get them to finish; terrible contract terms - so ensure your version contains completion terms and completion clause. So, if you do work with them, please take caution and learn from my mistakes.

This will easily be one of our biggest purchases ever and to find a program like this to save time…read moreand money was awesome. Jesse was very responsive to questions and calls. We used all licensed contractors and from permit issuance to swimming was 14 weeks. We could have been done a month sooner but ended up needing a wall permit from the county. If your dealing with Riverside county, expect delays and lots of waiting. I've heard city permitting is much faster. We also had a week of rain after our permit was issued so that also caused 3 weeks of delays before we could start excavation. I have no contacting experience,I do know how to call, get quotes, and schedule which is your job on this process. All in furniture, bbq, fire pit, patio cover, landscape, lights, pool/spa, and entire front yard landscape(not pictured) we spent ~95k we saved between least 10-20% vs other pool companies and saved months of time.

Jesse is able to put your ideas to paper, deliver you engineered plans that are ready to take to the city for permits, and a playbook of all of the steps to complete to build. It really doesn't get easier than this. Plus, cutting out the general contractor allows to cut cost by 40-50%. My build was complicated, large, and incorporated a 20' infinity edge which made it big enough for twice the material of a normal pool. I was quoted 300k by a pool builder and was able to complete the project for 135k. Incredible.

Worst company ever. Just moved here from CA, bought this…read morehouse mainly because it has a pool. We paid 10K for plaster and a new pump. The pump was set up wrong and the backwash valve was reversed. When fired up it created a clog. When we bought the house the inspector told us the pump needed to be changed, but other than that all was fine. After the new pump we no longer had circulation. The pool is now a pond. Both my wife and I expressed verbally we wanted full service cleaning to both Oliver and Lance. Lance is horrible at communicating and taking responsibility. He lacks business morals and is uncaring about his work as a owner. Oliver, the other owner, slightly edges him out as a better owner. Not by much because he is very lackadaisical with his promises. Oliver had told my wife a plumber would be out to look at this problem. To find out why the circulation doesn't work and where the clog is. This is not as much a complaint as it is more of a warning to the consumer. I have filed a complaint with the Arizona Contractors Board and the BBB. I encourage everyone with a valid complaint to help others by going to the other 2 agencies.

Stopped into the store across the bowling lanes to see if I could get a quote on a new build pool…read more Made an appointment for the following Friday for 11:30. Lance told me to give them a 30 min buffer and joked that they weren't like other places that make you wait all day before coming. Day of the appointment, waited for almost 2 hours and no one came. I even called their number and left messages for Oliver inquiring where they were. No answer and no one showed, so I went to run errands at the store. Lance called me when I was at the store saying he was at my house. I said the appointment was for 11:30, but he said that his calendar showed 11:30-1:30 availability. I thought I heard wrong when I was at the shop, so I quickly finished my errand and went home to meet him. Lance saw the backyard and took some notes on his phone (size of pool, filter, etc), but he never took any measurements. He told me that they would have the quote to me by the end of the weekend. Come Monday, there was no quote, nor after a week. Called Lance to follow-up and he said that he initiated the quote request and didn't know what happened and that he would check on it. It's been 3 weeks now, so this ship has sailed. I know that pool contractors are busy now due to the pandemic, but if you cannot accommodate a quote just let me know so that I don't waste my time.
