I called from Birmingham Alabama to have an arrangement sent to a dear friend in Yuma, AZ who had lost her sister and her husband within two weeks of each other. I was very apprehensive to do an online long distance order for flowers, since my experiences in the past with what you order and what the person gets was always a dismal failure. A particular Christmas arrangement I saw on Teleflora I really liked, but I wanted to order directly through a local florist to where it was being sent and not just any random one Teleflora picked. So I went online to research florists in Yuma, Arizona that did Teleflora arrangements and came across The Rainforest Florist. It had so many great reviews that I thought I would give it a chance. To say they met my expectations is a vast understatement. The arrangement that my friend received was absolutely beautiful and exactly what I had been looking for. This is the first time in a very long time that I have ordered flowers online and not been disappointed. I will definitely be using this florist again when I want to send other arrangements to my friend that lives there. If you're not sure about ordering from a florist online, don't hesitate to give this one a try. They did a beautiful job. I can't say enough wonderful things about them! I only wish they had a location where I live in Flagstaff so that I could order from them on a much more frequent basis, since my experiences with florists here have been a complete disaster. read more

I had to send my mom flowers and it's hard to trust someone else to put together something, but she did. They were beautiful and delivered when expected. I just put on online order in and since it's the weekend I couldn't speak to anyone. They are set to be delivered Monday. You can add a note, a gift, stuffed animal, balloons , chocolates. Those options are nice. They have a lot to choose from online. Keepsake vases. Great florist. read more

Anytime when you order flowers from out of state, it's nerve racking because you don't know how it's going to turn out. When I called The RainForest Florist, the lady who answered the phone was very helpful and I explained to her exactly what I wanted. She was very patient and helpful. Once I placed the order, Paula (she's the one who actually creates the flower arrangement) followed up on the order and to make sure everything was correct. And they text me the flower arrangement before it was delivered and I was pleasantly surprised. It's exactly what I wanted and it was BEAUTIFUL!! Paula did an amazing job!!! Thank you so much Paula! I selected this florist based or the good reviews and am not disappointed. This is absolutely beautiful. It's exactly what I wanted. My friend who received these was thrilled and she said, "the lady that brought them was just so sweet." I talked with Paula to place the order. She was very nice and made sure she understood exactly what I wanted. She even sent me this picture of the flowers before they were delivered. Sent flowers to a friend after her knee replacement surgery. I gave them the Hospital Name and Room info; received a call from the Florist (later in the afternoon) telling me that my friend had been discharged and move to a rehab facility and that they had delivered the flowers there instead. This is one of the best florists that I have ever worked with. My friend's mom passed away and I had sent flowers to her home. Unfortunately she and her husband had to fly to Texas right away to handle her mother's affairs. I however caught up in how my friend was feeling did not remember to call and try to change the flower deliver. The flowers were delivered while they were in Texas and instead of just sitting there wilting the Rain Forest Florist said no problem that they would remake and deliver the arrangement for free when they returned. Not only were the flowers as beautiful as the pictures but the fact that they were willing to do that on my mistake was something you rarely encounter these days. Sadly I am in California otherwise this florist would become my number one go to. Thank you so much Rain Forest Florist, you are amazing!!!! read more

Amazing! I called Allison for my father's funeral. I ordered two large sprays four dozen roses arrangements and the urn arrangement. I told her exactly what I wanted and she delivered everything was gorgeous I couldn't of asked for more it was above my expectations. I highly recommend! The roses were beautiful and they held up very well a week after. so many compliments on the arrangements thank you so much to the Rainforest. They go above and beyond to make you happy. These ladies are incredible. I was out of town on Valentine's Day and wanted to buy my wife flowers. So I went online and ordered her some and wound up ordering $500 of flowers by accident. I can't say enough about the product and service provided by this shop. My 80 year old parents live in Yuma and I'm in California. Flowers are one way I can share my love with my parents when I'm not there with them and these flowers never disappoint. My mom is even impressed by the vase the flowers come in. Recently I had flowers sent to my coworker for her birthday from The Flower Mine, they looked nothing like the arrangement I had selected online and the whole arrangement was very meager and sparse not to mention cost me about $100.00. For my husbands and my eight year wedding anniversary he sent me an arrangement from The Rainforest that he had called and ordered over the phone and honestly it was the most beautiful arrangement of flowers I have ever seen. The Rainforest not only made a wonderful selection they delivered them to me early and added a beautiful bow and vase. I highly regret choosing The Flower Mine for my coworkers arrangement and for future orders will only be sticking to The Rainforest of Yuma for my flowers. Excellent job guys! I live in Minnesota but grew up in Yuma and still have family there. I am so appreciative I can always call them occasionally without much notice and they always do such an amazing job for me. Unfortunately, I cannot see arrangements in person but look on their website, tell them what I like and what the occasion is. Then they give me great suggestions and combine aspects of different things I like. The pictures I see are always beautiful and my family members are always surprised and thrilled.
